Ưu: "The seats reclined very far and were super comfortable! I never sleep on planes and I slept the whole 13 hour flight. The staff was so friendly and made sure you were as comfortable as could be. The food was delicious and they give you a menu so that you can make a selection."

Khuyết điểm: "This flight was a standard deviation below the usual quality. The crew seemed inexperienced, and the service was slow. The business-class cabin was only about 40% occupied, and yet the crew seemed unable to provide quick service. As I say, this is not normally the case, but it was a little disappointing."

A second inspection was setup At the gate to checks passports, inspect carry-on bags for laptops and iPads, and a pat-down. we were late taking off, the plane was really full, and the cushions on the seats were off a bit. Seems like the plane was cleaned quickly and not put back together carefully."

Khuyết điểm: "My seat was not functioning so I was not able to recline to more comfortably sleep during the flight. The flight was an overnight flight from NYC-JFK to Istanbul, i.e. so a VERY long flight! A flight attendent was not able to get the seat to recline either and said she'd come back to help with another seat or some other solution, but never returned. This made the flight less comfortable and a bit disappointing as my typically experience with Turkish Airways is excellent!!"

Would fly Your airline again. Will just bring my own food and move around more."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight TK 119 (Khi - Istanbul) reached Istanbul late by half an hour. The layover at Istanbul was 1 hr 25 m. The distance to reach Gate 504 was terribly long. I had to run all that long distance to reach gate. After passing thru security checks, etc. I was completely exhausted. All that trouble to be dropped from plane on the runway and then using bus to reach terminal building and vice versa for the onward flight TK 33, was a terrible experience. The layover time and the lengthy and tiring procedure need immediate revision and rectification. Instead of comfort, passengers get high blood pressure and exhaustion. Very troublesome experience."

Check-in was TERRIBLE !!! The AF staff was mostly clueless and not helpful, and the procedures in place were outdated.

He could have just politely told me there was nothing available. Not looking forward to my return flight"

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

In fact, when purchasing it said that information about baggage was not available.Shocked to have to pay 50 dollars for one bag. I am member of Flying Blue. Khuyết điểm: "Although we traveled in Business, all business cabins were full of children, tired crying, walking around. My suggestion to AIR France would be that the small cabin of business were assigned to adults only. Regarding food, some options were not available when our turn came."

As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Ưu: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

AF without our knowledge downgraded one member, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. They offered no compensation, no apology, and CDG ground crew was terribly rude. All anyone said was, nothing to be done, now please Leave"
Khuyết điểm: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."
