I love Japan Airlines specially the food and crew
There was a miscommunication between Kayak and Chatdeal. My flight wasn't Haneda-Chicago. There was a cancellation on my Haneda-Chicago flight two days before departure (Atlanta-Haneda) and switched to Narita-Chicago but the Narita-Chicago flight wasn't fully booked even though I got a new itinerary. Luckily, I noticed a week in advance but it might have been a disaster. My husband was on the phone many hours for three days from US while I was in Japan. The flight itself was great but the process was not pleasant at all. Hope my situation was rare and nobody goes thru this. Thank you, Junko Gupta
Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.

JAL staff is always super professional, polite, and helpful. The ground staff in Japan were exceptionally helpful by solving our connection problems perfectly.
Most of my selected seats were changed to seats I did not want.
I like the airlines but because I used to fly with Japan airlines.this time not much entertainment and delayed flights and not comfortable compare to my previous flight. Food is not good. Flight attendant are confuse. I had to help other rider because they skip to serve him food.Over all is not Japan airlines that I used to ride.
Everything is superb! But I lost my Red Hearted Shape RING in my Business Class Seat Flight JL067 2/27/22 S11. Hope they can find it and revert back to me soonest. Thank You JAL!
I like services, food on board is very nice and delicious.
Lots of space to spread out (which was not their doing) and big seats with big screens and plenty of legroom.

Given it is a Japanese airline and all, it is normal for them to be Japanese-centric. We had an a-hole sitting in front of us at 51F during our flight to Narita and he was trying hard to argue with us in English, and even told us to move to another seat. When I had the flight attendant (her name is Sako on flight JL736 on Jul 26) over to discuss (in English) she went to the guy in front of us and started apologizing to him. For what??? She then came back to us speaking in Japanese and brushed the issue away. Sorry, no this was not acceptable, even though my fiance was okay with the situation."

Boarding process experience can be improve with better sign for the queing lines and have boarding crew station at end of every quing lines to make sure all passengers are queing in the correct line."

The flight flew off course for almost 30 minutes, while the flight attendants required everyone to remain seated due to supposed turbulence. We felt no turbulence for almost 25 mins. No update was given to passengers while we flew far off course. I motioned to the flight attendant, who was seated due to turbulence warning, to ask why we were off-course, but she could not get up. Many passengers were pointing to the flight path animation, to point out that we were flying straight north, instead of southeast. The flight attendant then called the captain for an update, and then the captain finally made an announcement about weather delays around shanghai."
Boarding needs to be managed properly
The only thing that really bothered me was an obnoxiously loud and annoying child sitting next to her father, who had headsets on and made no attempt to discipline the child. I thought maybe the staff should have said something to him in a polite manner
I had a horrible experience booking tickets in kayak. Got cancelled the last minute and had to give a hefty price. No customer support as well.

Boarding was slow. Zones 3,4and 5 are grouped together. If you are used to boarding by group number, it feels like a free for all.
The bathroom wasn’t super clean

Khuyết điểm: "It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Khuyết điểm: "My pregnant wife was downgraded from business to economy 20 minutes before departure because the airline made a mistake with the reservation for our puppy traveling in the cabin with us. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"
Khuyết điểm: "Canceled flight—absolutely no notification. Convoluted rebooking in whcuhbhey lies to us about what flights we were actually on. Spent a couple hours at Delta rebooking our trip. Lost prepaid night at hotel and dinner eaecatuon plus day of vacation."
Khuyết điểm: "at no point when buying my ticket did the site say zero bags were included. In fact, when purchasing it said that information about baggage was not available.Shocked to have to pay 50 dollars for one bag. I am member of Flying Blue. One bag has always been included in the price of a ticket flying transatlantic."

Khuyết điểm: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"

Ưu: "Although we departed late from Paris, it arrived on time to Mexico City. Most of the stewardess very professional and kind."
Khuyết điểm: "Although we traveled in Business, all business cabins were full of children, tired crying, walking around. My suggestion to AIR France would be that the small cabin of business were assigned to adults only. Regarding food, some options were not available when our turn came."

Khuyết điểm: "Even though the plane was far from full, passengers were allowed only 1 carry-on item (no personal item), contrary to policy published online by Air France. This policy applied even to people with Economy Premium for the rest of the trip (which allows 2 carry-on suitcases, not a useful feature if one cannot begin with this number to reach the transoceanic flight)."
Khuyết điểm: "The airlines didn’t even notify the passengers with the connecting flight. As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Ưu: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Ưu: "The service provided by Jet and Air France was excellent. The wheelchair service did help very much"
Ưu: "Loved the lovely food and wine from Air France, they even serve fresh french bread with camembert, ice cream, champagne (in economy) and brandy with your coffee!"
Khuyết điểm: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."

Khuyết điểm: "Too many business class seats and the plane is so big it basically feels like flying on coach. You have two seats next to the window so it's exactly the same when trying to get up than in economy class with a passenger stuck next to you"
Ưu: "movies were great, watched a lot of them food, while nothing to write home about, was at least tasty and not inedible the staff was great, friendly, welcoming, hard working loved that we could have wine and snacks"
Khuyết điểm: "we had paid for the exit row and had a luxurious amount of room. But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move."

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Flight left almost 90 minutes late because they determined we were too heavy and had to come remove some of the fuel. Additionally, in flight entertainment wasn’t working

Khuyết điểm: "Seating order was not good. Plane should seat from the back to the front. It was reverse order and a little taxing. No one came to check on passengers, offer concessions etc."

Ưu: "The stewardess that was serving refreshments threw my pretzels at me and refused to list off drinks. There was no menu in the seat in front of me, so I was curious of my choices. Extremely rude and unprofessional, there is no excuse for the way I was treated."

Khuyết điểm: "Having air conditioning on an aircraft is critical on a hot summer day. Especially when a flight is delayed 2 hours on the tarmac! Miserable."

Ưu: "The announcements were clear and the captain did not mumble! Not sure what happened at the airport but we had issues with ground crew not coming to help park us. The captain made sure we were informed and it didn’t really add to much to our time."

Ưu: "Rarely do I find the airline food excellent, or even good. But the Pasta dish on the Amsterdam-to-Philly flight that is what I experienced, absolutely delicious."

Sat at the gate for 2 hours after my flight was ALREADY delayed because they didn't load our luggage under the plane correctly and it wasn't safe to fly. I will be calling American Airlines to file a complaint."
Khuyết điểm: "Our flight out of Montgomery, AL was cancelled TWICE! We never made it to Charlotte to take this flight. AA was difficult to deal with in rebooking. My family ended up missing several events surrounding my niece's wedding and the individuals with whom I spoke didn't even seem to care."

Khuyết điểm: "LATAM took our luggage from a flight from a different airline that we used to get from Miami to Orlando. They locked it up and closed before we arrived. My friend was unable to get his medicine, I missed vital time from a work contract, and we had to spend the night at the airport waiting until 1pm today to receive our luggage. This is the worst experience I've had with an airline. No one spoken with on LATAM seemed to care. We were stranded without sleep and got no clear answer from the LATAM hotline. There was no mention of compensation for our troubles. I will not be recommending this airline to other travelers aa this has ruines my work schedule and my friend is unable to get his medicine."
Ưu: "The flight was boarded well in advance of takeoff, which was a pleasant surprise. The short flight was smooth and uneventful. I enjoyed a free movie, and then we were back on the ground."
