Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."

They can say something like, "seats # A-C can you place stand on the left and Busniness Class on the right" instead of having everyone crowd to the front and be pushing each other. Or have those rope lines like they do at banks and make the people form a line."

Khuyết điểm: "Emirates baggage on board policy is a bit strict compared to most of the other Asian and American flights I've been on. Usually I'm allowed a regular carry-on and a personal item (i.e., a small backpack), but Emirates was very strict on the personal items. Personal items are limited to only Business and First Class passengers. Also, they were extremely strict about the size of my carry-on. As someone who has been on 20+ flights in this year alone, few of them being budget airlines (which are generally very strict), I had no issues whatsoever with the size of my carry-on until I flew with Emirates."
Ưu: "The vegan meals were very good and tasty. I enjoyed the entertainment provided and the plane was very clean. At times the plane was very cold, however the blanket helped with that. It wasn't this flight but the flight from Tanzania to Dubai, the crew sprayed the plane and I would like to know what was sprayed as it was awful and what if any chemicals were sprayed on us. Perhaps it would be better to spray the plane before the passengers board the plane."
Khuyết điểm: "There was only one flight attendant would didn't assist my friend when we asked her to please take my friend's food tray away. My friend Emily Bayne was having a major discomforting eye allergy attack. Emily eyes were burning, dry, turning red, and very itchy and she wanted to go to the bath room to run warms water over her eyes, however she had the food tray and so we push the attendant help button. But when the flight attendant came to see what we needed and we asked if she could please take Emily's food tray, she just said I will come back later for that. So I told Emily just go to the bathroom I will hold your food tray. Emily Bayne was seated in the middle and I had the aisle seat, 44H. While Emily was in the bathroom I complained to another flight attendant what had happened, she took our food trays and then told her supervisor what happened. The supervisor came shortly and assisted Emily by granting her request and providing her with two warm wet towels, and later 5 more. The supervisor and the other attendant that I complained to continue to check throughout the fljght to see if Emily needed anything else, which was nice and accommodating. The flight after that incident was good, as the supervisor immediately corrected the insensitive act of his flight attendant."

And, we pushed back spot on time both legs."

Oh, and it'd be nice to have bar service better coordinated with dinner.. the bar showed up quite a while after dinner was handed out. Tough if you prefer wine with your meal."

Some how got the new boarding pass 30 mins before departure. Obviously Emirates could not load my checked in luggage since there was only 30 mins left and preferred not to tell me also. Missed the luggage and had to spend 1 hour waiting near the belt and another hour filling up the complaint. Horrible flight."

Khuyết điểm: "My flight tonight (0078) from MIA to Istanbul was delayed by over 5 hours. I am traveling with an infant and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to help us. Finally, someone at the airport helped in re-booking our flights but I have yet to have anyone give me an answer regarding compensation! In addition, we are traveling with an infant which isn't easy but we had the bassinet seat on our original flight. Now it's sold out for the flight tomorrow and no one will assist in trying to help get us better seats. I understand things are out of your companies control but being in an airport with an 18-month baby isn't easy and no one in this company has made this crazy travel schedule easier. I would like someone to call me back or email me with something that could maybe be done to help us! No one at the call center will help!"

Everything else was good or excellent -- especially food and airplane crew."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight from Istanbul to TLV was scary. The Pilot hit the brakes half in the middle of the take off due to a "technical error". It was very scary, even the flight attendant was in panic. Plus, the food was uneatable. Hope to never fly with Turkish Air again."

Ưu: "The food was good, the drinks were great, the stewardesses were professional and helpful and the entertainment system was really good, lots of movies. We got there safe and on time...what more do you need? Oh, and the price for my route was amazing; the next airline was $1000 more and the one after that $2000 more."
Ưu: "Missed the flight for 5 minutes because of wrong information being given to us then tried to get help and no one is there to help for Turkish airlines . Called multiple times and was being hung up on multiple times and after finally getting through the custimer service representative was extreamly rude and was threatening to hang up the phone because I was asking her what I should do next . At the end of the day no Turkish airline associate was able to help us and had to buy another ticket with Emirats . Tar table customer service and just took our money regardless of us flying with you guys. Coming back my mother was sick and we tried to get our ticket dates increased but still wasn't able to and now my mother has to buy another ticket with another airline just because Turkish airline was the worse experience we have ever had and we always fly international ."

Ưu: "For economy... seats were comfortable, great entertainment system, very good food with ample portions, very good service, good size bathrooms. One of the best experiences in economy for me and my wife (and we were on two Turkish flights for a total of 20 hours!) - and we travel alot!"

Ưu: "This rating is for a one hour flight from Istanbul to Ankara. Even so, Turkish Air provided a meal, not just a beverage. Seats were typical coach size, so a bit crowded but not bad. Crew were pleasant."

Ưu: "Good airline. One passenger got sick from Dhaka to Istanbul flight and the plane had to make an emergency landing in New Delhi, India. We were en route again after couple of hours. However, we missed our connecting flight from Istanbul to IAD. But Turkish Airlines took care of us. Gave us hotel accommodation, food, etc. and even the visa fee. Also, being an elite member, was also able to use and enjoy the newly built CIP lounge at the Istanbul Airport while waiting for the flight to IAD."

Khuyết điểm: "Two MH flights I took were 1 hour and 2 hours late. The latter resulted in missing connection to BKK and another flight to TPE. I got stuck in Kuala Lumpur for the night and they booked me a resort that was 30-40 min drive from the airport. How are all of these reasonable?!"
Ưu: "All aspects were fine. Weather caused a delay for landing of ore than 45 minutes, but not airline's fault."

Ưu: "We arrived at the counter 1:50 before scheduled departure. The queue took 55 minutes for us to reach the counter. We were told then we should have rushed the counter to clear the 1 hour hurdle. There was no approach by staff to warn the waiting queue to do this. We were given boarding passes and told to try our luck taking the luggage through security and try gate baggage check. We made the plane 20 minutes before scheduled departure"

Ưu: "Despite recent tragedies that led to loss of life and aircraft, the flag carrier of Malaysia seems to be well on the road back to good health and prosperity. This is a win-win situation all 'round. From being re-booked to an earlier flight by their impressive ground staff to excellent in-flight service and airmanship during the ride, the experience was truly one of the nicest airline experiences in recent memory. With improvements at MNL coupled with this fine experience, I now have another option to choose from when traveling by air both within SEA and beyond. Kudos to all."

Fortunately, he was able to hold the plane and I made it. My baggage didn't though - and was only delivered to the hotel at midnight after a convoluted process claiming it at Tan Son Nhat Airport. Not really good enough given we paid extra in order to be able to travel together. Pick up your game MAS - 2 planes out of the sky and you won't regain customers like this!"

The brekkie was awfulll, the supposed scrambled eggs was congealed into the shape of the holder and again lukewarm the grilled tomatoe looked washed out....unappetiising...so ate the squahed croissant , yoghurt and fruit. What happened to international food standards . Crew was nice...though if wanted water later on had to get yourself.They didn't come around much offering water before Brekkie. No game option eg Sudoku on Entertainment site. My bag come off carousel more scratched than with other Airlines, so poor handling. Disembarked by stairs at Sydney Airport near Cargo plane area and had bus to Airport. Never had that before on an International flight , so took much longer to get into terminal....last thing you want after a long flight."
