I request for vegetarian food but they are asking me what kind of food you want. Service is slow.

I am deaf & travel alone to India & back to Seattle via Doha by Qatar Airways. They did an awesome services, very friendly and helpful. Since we wear masks all the time during the flights, How can the air-hostess communicate with me? I came to an idea that we communicate each other through texting on my phone which was very helpful! One negative comment is that there are no closed captioning for English movies & dramas on TV. It need to add accessibility for deaf people to enjoy watching during their flights. I will fly with Qatar Airways again in the future.
Disorganized and lacking courtesy in Nairobi JKIA. Business travelers counter not displayed. We paid about $5000 for return tickets because they rudely locked us out saying “you are late.” They had sent us for a new 24 hour COVID test having rejected the 72 hour we had. We did not understand their logic because passengers were still in line. We were in line from 4pm, the flight was after midnight. At PHL, being American citizens, we were not required to present a 24 hour C test! We feel robbed!
Qatar is undoubtedly the best airline in the world. Very impressed with their all around service and customer care.

No where in the world has an airline ever asked me for this, and I fly a fair bit. Since I didn't allow them to extort me, they forced me to throw away my brand new Delsey hand carry at the airport. I had no cover as they threatened to if load my luggage and not let me fly home. Not a 5 start airline from any angle. Will never use Qatar again!!! This was my first and last flight with them."

Khuyết điểm: "After the flight landed we had to present our boarding passes one by one so they could be inspected again and our names were crossedoing off some list. It really slowed down meeting our ride and getting to customs. I think it also contributed o our flight being delayed since the flight before us had to do the same thing as they disembarked. I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."
Ưu: "Great flights. Lots of room in economy, which is needed for a 14 hour flight. Also excellent personal entertainment system in the seat. This was my first flight on Qatar airlines. I will definitely book on Qatar again."

As a Gold privilege member, I choose to sit at the front of the cabin, and yet the entertainment system was unavailable. I wish Qatar Airways could compensate me for my unfavorable experience."
Only liked crew and food, airplane was old, Entertainment system was ok, but my luggage was delayed for 48 hours and contacting the airlines/help center was difficult with referral to different departments, not much of them speak english and was put on hold multiple time to find someone that speaks english, end result me giving up on them and contacting my Visa insurance.

Also the 1 8kilo bad allowance in the cabin is a bit unreasonable but I see why they need to because the overhead storage and under the sit storage was less than normal too."

The weakest part of their offering is in the entertainment area where the movies are out of date and the TV series haphazard."

Had to wait a long time for a wheelchair and then was just dropped off at the gate. When I asked for assistance down the jetway I was told “it’s just a short walk”. All of the business class people gathered in a group and charged when the door opened. I was afraid but walked down"

Khuyết điểm: "Customer service was very poor while we were struggling to get back to the US while the hurricane was coming to FL. We tried twice to fly home earlier because we knew the flights were going to get cancelled but the airlines wanted to charge us $1500 for that. So when the time came and the flights got cancelled they were trying to adjust the flights and we got stranded away from our kids. Overall it was not a great experience as far as their customer service and we were not happy with how they chose to handle things."

Welcome drink were promptly served but the food choice was still a big no-no. EVERYTHING CONSISTS OF DAIRY PRODUCT THAT I M ALLERGIC TO. When I brought this to the flight attendant's attention, none of them was apologetic and none of them tried to find out another solution to me, who was flying their airline the first time and didn't know the not-so-diverse food option."

After 5 days of waiting, more than 50 calls to customer "support " that barely speak English, I was forced to go to "Airport " to chek what is the problem with my request. Over there they helped me, and everything was fine after that. But this is RIDICULOUS, that I need to go to f... airport to solv the problem. Never ever turkish!!!!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "I showed up roughly an hour before the flight, as I had no bags to check in. The employees at the check in counter had already cleared out, so I was unable to get my boarding pass. Then when I called in, they were extremely unhelpful. They gave me no alternative options, and instead only listed out a ridiculous list of fees and said I they could get me on a flight a different day for a total cost that was greater than what I had paid for the entire round trip ticket. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to connect me. I ended up buying a one way ticket home with another airline. I will not fly with Turkish Airlines again in the future, and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Just beware of this service if you see them listed as the cheapest option."

I've flown the following for reference: Lufthansa Air Swiss Delta Air France Air Arabia Saudi Airlines Egypt Air and a couple more I can't think of right now. I'm a very medium sized build and really short (5' 6") and I was so uncomfortable I wanted to (and probably will) cancel my return flight with them. My wife's back is still hurting from that flight. The staff are just plain awful save for 2 flight attendants. Out of 2 flights so far. I was told afterwards that this is commonplace when flying Turkish Airlines. For fairness sake I should mention that both Egypt Air and Saudi Airlines were worse. Whatever money you think you're saving by flying this atrocity you're gonna be spending on fixing your neck and back. Spend the extra and go with Swiss or even Delta. Avoid this rubbish"

Khuyết điểm: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Khuyết điểm: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Khuyết điểm: "Surprised one flight that from what it looked to be, once flight took off a older couple came out of the cockpit are and took a seat in business class. I thought I had seen someone in civilian clothes setting in a area right behind the pilots chair. They did return to cockpit area near end of flight"

Ưu: "Very efficient boarding. We actually departed earlier and then landed in Barcelona 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Overall a very smooth experience."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Khuyết điểm: "My pregnant wife was downgraded from business to economy 20 minutes before departure because the airline made a mistake with the reservation for our puppy traveling in the cabin with us. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Khuyết điểm: "Another Air France company, with their motto: We Don't Care. Ground staff was rude, no good food onboard and have to pay for it. Entertainment is your device, but you can't download the app to use it."
Ưu: "The crew took care with calm and kindness of a man in deep distress and erratic behavior. Impressive. More generally , the crew showed respect and attention to all passengers. Not frequent."
Khuyết điểm: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"
Ưu: "Offering a drink on such a short flight is appreciated albeit unusual these days. Crew was very professional and friendly."
Ưu: "Crew was friendly and professional, fresh croissant and hot chocolate on my short flight. As many airlines charge now for any and all food items it was nice to again experience fast and efficient food and beverage service without the tedious hassle of ordering and paying. I’d gladly fly Air France again. First time, but likely not the last."

Ưu: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Ưu: "The food was great. Very filling and hot foods were hot and cooked thoroughly. For our 8 hour flight we were served 2 meals and snacks and plenty of hot drinks which was nice.The entertainment was great got to watch movies and play games and also learn language through games."
Khuyết điểm: "It was very hot in there probably hotter than it should be. Not much air flow I was sweating the whole flight. Because of this I couldn't sleep it was kinda miserable not gonna lie."
