Delays in boarding and takoff
Business class. Staff service was PHENOMENAL. Seats/beds were spacious and comfortable (I had the seat in the middle section which can become a queensize bed with the next seat. I have had more satisfying food in economy, however traveling with an infant, the spacious seat/bed allowed him to sleep for a few hours. The staff were very good to accomdating him too.
No pillows provided. Crew very friendly
It was a very comfortable journey. Everything was good and should be maintained

Khuyết điểm: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."

Khuyết điểm: "The business class seats were smaller than I thought and not so comfortable as the 777. The seats are hard and ungiving and when you sleep on them you really feel it. Plus the flatbed lay out meant you were basically lying in a question mark position, not so goof for tall people like my husband. The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller,lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."

I rarely, if at all, leave any reviews myself but my flights (from SFO - Singapore and vice versa) were AMAZING! I was sitting in economy and the level of attentiveness that we received, I could only imagine how great first class could be. if i could fly Singapore on all my trips overseas I would."

Service was terrible. Flight attendants are rude. Almost feels like they’re doing you a favor. Skipped one of the meals on my row, when asked for water bottle they told me they didn’t have it. Didn’t pick up trash, skipped again for asking for a drink. Didn’t offer tea/coffee service at all. Overall very bad experience will not recommend or fly Qatar airways again

Checkin was greuling slow and an excruciating experience at the Indira Gandhi international airport. There were only 4 windows open to check in 300 passengers. It took me 50 mins to get to the window. I was there 3+ hours before departure time upon arrival from my domestic flight that arrived on Terminal 2. Security took another hour and no one from the flight ground staff came looking for me to expedite my security unlike the KLM staff. KLM staff was looking for their passengers going to Frankfurt in the security and immigration area for a good half hour. Also, I tried multiple times the day of my flight to WEB CHECKIN. the Qatar website and APP didn't let me do that either. I nearly missed my flight and was the last one to board!!!! I hope the airlines adapts to handle larger volume of passengers given the type of Airport rules and regulations. For example, IGA at New Delhi has an additional Immigration step before security that added an additional 45 min to my time to board the plane. Thank you and I hope a real human actually reads this survey response and it doesn't end up being processed by a computer bot that lacks human compassion and emotional IQ.
It was QR707 , sold as AA8119 - I was not able to select seat online and not able to select food option online too!
unfortunately we were unable to travel at this time due to the ongoing Covid situation in Sri Lanka. we hope to go instead in March 2022.

The menu choices were amazing and the wine selections were very good. What made the difference was the attentiveness of the cabin crew. I would particularly like to commend the purser and the flight attendants on flight 707 DOH-IAD for their assistance and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty"

Nevertheless, the purser and the flight attendants made the flight memorable in a very positive way."

There needs to be a more full meal/snack offering around the half way mark if you are going to keep people from grumbling."

Khuyết điểm: "I slashed my finger fairly painfully on a toilet door while pushing it from the outside to open it on the Dubai to Cape Town flight [again, an upgrade on my home flight which is a bucket list dream would more than make up for that!] which i pointed out to a flight attendant and they took note of it and bandaged me up so it was dealt with well but hopefully that gets sorted out [she said she would write a report] cos it did unfortunately affect the rest of my flight a little... And so many crying babies [thankful for volume control on headphones] but literally that was it - love flying Emirates cos on the whole felt super well treated..."

Qantas does not honour the e-ticekts from Emirates and will NOT allow you to preselect seats online. You have to hope for a good seat at airport checkin. Went to the airport could see my luggage sitting in the trolley but still made me wait another 3 hours. NO COMPENSATION / NO APOLOGIZES Going back from Karachi to Washington DC, passenger besides me had a child in his lap throughout the flight. That passengers arm and legs were in my part of the seat throughout the flight. I could not sit or eat or relax. The child in the lap kept on touching me and the food I had on the tray as was unable to eat it. I weigh 165 but the seats are so small that one has to struggle. When back Dulles airport, had to weight for 1.5 hours for the bag to arrive @ thanks to big jumbo A380 aircraft. First class were priority. They checked in first, got their luggage first on a different belt, rest were treated like third class people. Never wasting my $ in this airline."

I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."
Khuyết điểm: "My flight tonight (0078) from MIA to Istanbul was delayed by over 5 hours. I am traveling with an infant and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to help us. Finally, someone at the airport helped in re-booking our flights but I have yet to have anyone give me an answer regarding compensation! In addition, we are traveling with an infant which isn't easy but we had the bassinet seat on our original flight. Now it's sold out for the flight tomorrow and no one will assist in trying to help get us better seats. I understand things are out of your companies control but being in an airport with an 18-month baby isn't easy and no one in this company has made this crazy travel schedule easier. I would like someone to call me back or email me with something that could maybe be done to help us! No one at the call center will help!"

Approximately 27 people could not use these monitors affixed in the seat before you. These monitors (screens) control the reading lights, the signal for the stewardess. Flight 33 on 6/30/2017 had 12.3 hours of blankness and the complaints were numerous, but the crew were of no use. I wish this would have happened to business or first class. The crew were horrible."

Khuyết điểm: "As opposed to our amazing flight from San Francisco to Istanbul, with incredible, caring and attentive crew, this flight was the opposite. The crew seemed annoyed by our few requests. I felt denied water and so, dehydrated. I counted one smile The entire flight. The crew seemed unhappy and wanted to do only the bare minimum. Disappointing, especially after such an incredibly positive experience six weeks ago."

I was disappointed that TK airlines did not allow me to check the luggage through to Frankfurt because the flight was on a different ticket . As an Elite Plus member , I expect better cooperation among the star alliance member airlines . I had to check out and back again , took almost two hours of waiting in lines . Good that on this occasion I had sufficient time and did not miss the LH flight ."

We simply couldn't communicate with the ground crew so they can arrange her with a seat that would match her medical condition. On board the plane, the (idiot) guy from the ground crew told us we can either take unfit seats or disembark. I find it very hard to believe I'll choose Turkish again..."

However, I did end up catching the flight and my bags reached to the destination on time. So overall it didn't cause anything more than stress to catching the flight. =)"

Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

(Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."
