Food service and attendants were great. I was in seat 41K which is a smaller seat and in a 2 seat row, I should have been made aware of this.

Ưu: "This was my first time flying ANA (LAX to Haneda and back) and I have to admit it was surprisingly great. I am a pretty tall guy and found the room for my feet in economy to be more than adequate even though i found myself in a middle seat both flights. The flight attendants were extremely attentive, even as my flights were both overnight/red-eyes. The selection of movies available at each seat was pretty good and included your standard Hollywood stuff along with a decent selection of Japanese film, television, and various documentaries. Whether or not subtitles are available for non-Japanese speakers for Japanese language media was kind of hit and miss (I actually did browse around quite a bit), but I was impressed nonetheless. I would warn some western based travelers that they may not find the food to be all that appetizing. I chose the Japanese style option both flights (rice, miso, salad, fish), however I know that had I had any of my family members along for the flight they would have gone with the international option and they probably wouldn't have enjoyed it all that much."

Due to sickness I requested wheelchair but after boarding they just left us alone. They never comeback and i have to walk with my hand language. That was a poor customer support we received in dhaka airport.

The boarding procedure was ABYSMAL. It is infuriating to be asked to "social distance" and wear masks when the airline is unable to conduct boarding in an organized and efficient way. The crew was totally incompetent in informing waiting passengers. No microphones. No digital display of boarding order. No staff assistance. Waiting for WAY too long with no explanation. It was perfectly awful. Food was eatable but completely tasteless. Not nearly enough liquid distribution.

As a result, I will probably go with another European airline on my trans-Atlantic flights. 2) You need to offer snacks between meals on a 12 hour flight (back in the galley). Every other airline I have flown offers these on long haul flights in the galley - usually a small snack like chips or cookies. Your flight attendant told me that she would be serving the second meal in about 4 hours. Really, I was shocked that nothing was available in between meals on such a long flight."

The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat."

Ưu: "The Bogota based crew provided the best service I have ever experienced. Extremely pleasant and customer focused. We were flying with twins and they assisted us through out the flight. Once we landed in MIA they helped us maneuver through the maze to reach the customs & immigration area quickly. All in all a great experience."

Airline made no concessions for travelers knowing that some were just doing a simple trip and those others whose journey was very long. Narrow seats added to stress and discomfort. Airline policy seemed to be "Give me the money and I will deliver you safely. Period" Humanity seems to be last on airline list. Traveling is seriously grueling and unpleasant for all those not in First Class."

Even less than 24 hours before the flight they were trying to trick me into selecting a less desirable seat or pay an additional $93 per seat. It was only because we got to the airport early did better seats mysteriously become available. Even after selecting seats they still tried to get us to pay for "better" seating."

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Zero help and communication with airlines (AA and LATAM) involved with the delays, lost connections or frights cancellations. I should be reimburse or compensate for all the inconvenience generated."

I called customers service and they told me that I cannot change my flight they dont give another solution they just told me that I have to buy another flight ticket. I will not recommended amy of my family or friends to travel in vayama."

He saw that there were 2 men in his row, he switched to sit in the middle seat 1 row behind. However, i paid extra to move up and i ended up being squashed, sitting very uncomfortably. The man took up half my seat. The flight attendants knew of the messed up seating but did not correct it. Overall disappointed, they should make sure everyone sat in the right place."

Eventhough I was talking directly in the LATAM lounge with a representative. Ridiculous could not obtain a seat assignment until I arrived in Bogota, there I found out that the flight was overbooked and ended up having the last of a center seat."

Khuyết điểm: "They have a Delay and they comunicated late. I traveled with a 3 month old baby, so you can imagine whe you have a delay of more than 5 hours."
Ưu: "Made up time lost to bad weather. Several announcements from pilot-I always like that. Makes me feel more personally cared for. "My friend the pilot is taking me there". That might explain how it makes me feel. Wish they did it more. Don't usually complain but below you will see I did."

Being in back row(no recline) would have been manageable if I could have leaned head to side to rest on something that extended out. Left too much light on (all down center) for an overnight flight. Served heavy dinner at 2am. Woke everyone up. Later light breakfast would have been more appropriate. Bathrooms reeked and waste bin overflow. Stewardess in back chatting. Don't they ever check?. They didn't seem to want to there."

My headrest detached from the seat, and I had to sit uncomfortably during the flight. The plug for headphones was broken."

If customer rep would have explained that, u would have taken measures to bring along a prepared meal for myself. Not okay."
Ưu: "Traveling from SJU to GSP, my mom got to the airport in SJU for her 1am flight. To find out it had been canceled. No call or email before hand, the had to wait until 2am to change the flight and get a hotel voucher. After that, next day they board the plane and de-board the plane due to mechanical problems. Another night and just a couple of 10 vouchers. She never received an explanation or recompense for loosing part of her trip in the san juan airport. This is the second time ahe has gone thru this in the same year with United. Awful experinece."

(shrieking baby temper-tantrums, service dogs, and people allergic to service dogs included) Even while dealing with the most self-entitled, disappointingly inconsiderate individuals, the flight attendants kept their composure and remained understanding, professional and accomadating. As for that rude, pompous pig of a woman up in front.. try and remember we're all human here and you should attempt to treat others like so. I can't imagine the staff being particularly fond of the idea of spending an hour delay with your continuous, huffy bitching in their ear. (as if they have any control over the situation"

They won't even let you check in from the point of departure if it's with one of their partners. They also will do everything in their power to not give award miles to pattern airline clubs. It doesn't matter if you give them your United number and even register your United number with the flight for United. They will apply it to the Lufthansa Club and pretend it was just in the state and never actually give you the miles no matter how many times you try. This is not from one experience with Lufthansa / Austrian. I've had this experience many times with every flight I take with these terrible Airlines. I would never fly lifthansa unless it's at least $200 cheaper than any of their competitors."
