What bothered me even more is that when the woman asked the flight attendant to tell me to put my seat up, the flight attendant complied instead of telling the woman it was my seat to do as I wished. Why make the seats recline if they are going to bother the people behind? Why tell me to put my seat up if it was not a requirement for all (ie during take off or landing)? I did not appreciate this and it made my flight extremely uncomfortable."

We had to stand in a security line for two hours thinking that we had as a consequence missed our connecting flight. Again, no communication. We found out when we finally got through security (we had already gone through security at the Paris airport), everyone was in the same situation and our flight had been delayed. It would have been helpful to know that as we were standing in line. While in the line, many people panicked and starting pushing their way to the front of the line. Again, no officials were there to keep order. It was truly a mess! And creating too much anxiety and stress that I really wanted to not have on my trip back to the USA. I realize that in these times, we must go through added security, but I am accustomed to US airports where there is more communication over the intercom and by airport officials. In Istanbul, it seemed that everyone did not want to give directions, and airport officials seemed to avoid the public they were there to serve."

It did cool down eventually so they must have turned on air or fans, but I know the heat was on at some points which made it a bit uncomfortable for such a long flight."

There was a priority line, but for some reason I didn't get in it, although I fly business. The line was not that long but it just did not move. And the a/c was not working. Worst boarding experience ever and I've been flying for over 40 years. When I boarded finally I asked if I could give a review and although they said yes- nothing. So I hope someone who cares sees this."

You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast."

Too much noise in the abin with the lights out due to the presence of lots of high schoolers talking Distance between seats kind of small"

Khuyết điểm: "I was not allowed to check in online, so I had to go to the airport early to check in. Despite purchasing my flight months prior, and arriving at the airport with plenty of time to to check in, I was told that I was going to be bumped from my flight because it was overbooked, which would mean that I would miss my international connection. After waiting for everyone else to board on a tiny flight, there suddenly was a seat available and they let me board, but they managed to not put my bag on the flight, which means I have no luggage. Lastly, despite checking in more than 7 hours ahead of time for the international flight, I was given a middle seat and was told that I would have to pay $40 if I wanted to switch to an aisle/window. The middle seat was cramped and uncomfortable, particularly for 8 hours (after 7 hours of connections and waiting in airports). UGH."

Ưu: "The only part of this flight that was good was when I deplaned at the end"
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed. We sat in the plane waiting for 1.5 hours. Passengers were not addressed as to why we were not moving. During this time the air conditioning was off and it was too hot. The crew was very rude and nowhere to be found most of the flight. I was extremely thirsty and crew was upset when I asked for water"

The queues for Passport checks were completely unruly - no single lines, the dividers were left wide rather than keeping people single file, people were then jockeying for position to get through- because most were now risking missing their flight, tempers flared. Everyone was angry. A very unpleasant airport experience. Which certainly lends itself to an unpleasant flight experience. People were so worked up the tension was palpable. A problem easily fixed, if only there was some care. The passport check attendants moved at a snails pace. It felt deliberate. In these trying times, I was not impressed."
Khuyết điểm: "We paid $30 each way for extra legroom, but our seats did not provide it, and there were no empty seats available in the appropriate rows to correct the error. As happened before the airline pleaded a "change of aircraft" with no extra legroom seats. We were somewhat accommodated by being re-seated in the middle section with an empty seat between us, but this was not what we preferred or needed."

Khuyết điểm: "The main food serving was OK. The light serving was not. It was a thin slice of turkey ham inside a piece of bread. Also no small snacks available during the flight. The WiFi is a great idea however it did not work for me. It is a good thing I only paid for the 4.99 euro option."

I lost more money than I was expecting and the people returnung the miney back to its clients were so disrespectful I really donmt want to use Iberia again."
