I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

I know the airline has nothing to do with it but they should pressure the airport to have more safety for the passengers or find an airport in another country that is safer like Macedonia or Bulgary. Just as a temporary thing while things become safer in Turkey. In other words, only stop in Turkey for people who is flying to that country. Connecting flights should stop somewhere else."

Khuyết điểm: "I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg."

My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

But these made it hard to sit more on one side of the seat than the other, something you'd want to do if you were sat next to someone who took up a good deal of armrest area. Media screens had a good selection but were unresponsive and had poor picture quality."

They should be more alert of the situation and help us along with the check-in process more appropriately instead of directly some of us one way and others another way and when pressed, they gave very unsatisfactory answers."
