The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

I got an aisle seat to have a little extra room (I'm 6'1") only to get hit big time by the food cart (they did apologize). The food was plentiful, but mediocre at best. The flight attendants were working hard, but we're abrupt and tired. Overall, I have three stars, when in the past, flying SA was always a five star experience. It got me back home though. :)"

The flight was delayed, so My children missed the connecting flight and were stranded in a Istanbul for 12 hours. They had to pay for a visa to get out of the airport to go to a hotel and the only one Turkish Air could provide was an hour away. Worst. Airline. Ever. Shame on you.

They told me that medical report is required by the flight captain and this report will cost me 230 TL. I told them no need for their report but they told me that I may not travel and the male misbehaved againest my wife when she told him that no need for their medical assistant and he replied this is not your country. They sqwezed us at the last minute and my remaining family at the plane and they told me that I am not authorized to travel with my wife and small child. We are total of 9 passingers. We were only remaining at the lounge. I told them my remaining family are at plane and I must travel otherwize I am going to claime all charges againest Turkish airline. Finaly at last minute they let me board."

However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."
Ưu: "Almost everything but the checkin process at JFK with Turkish Air agent speaking poor English and casting doubt that everything is going to be fine with my trip. Instead she was reacting "the rules are changing every day" and didn't not weather I should need visa for my native country (?!) although I have showed I was born in that country (Macedonia) and the holders of US passports (which I am) -- do not need entry visa to that country. Everything else was good or excellent -- especially food and airplane crew."

They made us walk even more to get us transferred to hotel for a night. Their crew repeatedly lied about how to get new boarding passes as they were busy and didn't want to do it for us. Sent us to another transfer desk. No veg. food option even after making a special request. They said sometimes those mistakes happen. You can't call the crew from your sit to get snacks. They make you get out of your middle sit and walk to the back of the plane to get a sandwich. The boarding process at the Istanbul airport is even more chaotic. They have their own security (after having done security at the o origin in Rome AND at the IST airport), which requires standing in an hour long line and getting profiled and judged by the airline staff."

The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

There were plent of seats on this flight that had extended legroom. A bit of a mystery, why Westjet elected to put usin the last seats on the plane?"

Khuyết điểm: "Both ways up and down I struggled with over-head luggage space. We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"
