Ưu: "Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch."

I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Khuyết điểm: "First of all I have tons of complaints regarding the airport at Istanbul. They have a poorly managed airport and it was so crowded. The cafeteria and places to eat around in the airport were horrendously expensive and they didn't have services like wifi(had to buy it for $8 an hour and it sucked) and drinking water. As per Turkish airlines, the staff in the airport were poorly equipped to deal with emergency situations such as snow. I was flying during the snowstorm and wasn't expecting my journey to be easy. But they should have increased their resources to help people out in such cases.Their help desk was crowded with almost 500+ of people all the time and they only had 2 people to answer their queries. Also, the staff couldn't understand English properly and seemed irritated when I was trying to explain things in English. I had to stand an hour on a line to get my temporary visa issued only to be referred to another line (yes! i waited for an hour to get to the desk and was told to go and sit in another effing line). It was also because most of the signs/boards in the area were written in Turkish only and I didn't know what they were saying. I had to pay for my own hotel during my transit because the line for the hotels was almost two miles long. And when I arrived at my destination, both my luggage went missing. The crew on board were nice and helping people. I do not blame my bad travel experience entirely on Turkish airlines however, the airport and airlines both are not prepared to deal with situations that are unexpected. I also realize the snow storm was the main factor behind everything however any airlines that boasts itself to be a top class international airlines should have means and resources to manage(at least try) their passengers and airport during any situation. No matter what I am never flying with Turkish airlines again."

Food is too much the same across all Turkish Airlines flights. I took 6 flights with Turkish Airlines in 1 week and got cheese sandwiches in every flight!"

Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Ưu: "It's the best flight I could get for such a low price. But don't expect to to get the best and newest planes around but it's still overall a good experience."

Khuyết điểm: "The crew on the Lagos Amsterdam route (in economy) are particularly unfriendly and brusque. This is my experience each time i fly this route in economy"

Ưu: "Unexpected surprise--even on a 1 hour flight at noon, they gave us a sandwich!"

Ưu: "No entertainment or food needed on a half hour flight. Otherwise excellent."

Ưu: "Good food, good entertainment system, comfortable seating."
Khuyết điểm: "Only one toilet working in business class. A crew member told me that it was a decision to fly with only one toilet to ensure no delay. There was a disgusting stench of sewerage for the complete flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg. This was in all likelihood due to the broken toilet on the left side."

Ưu: "They flew full speed to catch up with the delays."
Khuyết điểm: "Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."

Ưu: "There was no flight! So it's one thing that you have to cancel the flight because of fog; but rebooking us the next day on a flight through New York that doesn't exist, was way below the standard of care I would expect from any airline. Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding at AMS was very disorganized. No row boarding for economy, just all at once Lights stay on during the flight, so difficult to sleep"

Khuyết điểm: "My family of five spent a lovely week in Sardinia. Our return flight took us through Rome. We were boarded an hour ahead of departure from Rome for our 10+ hour flight, only to be held on the ground for a one hour delay. Barring equipment malfunction, this is a totally unacceptable way to treat people. Be assured that I will avoid Rome in the future if at all possible. I trust that Rome nor Italy need my tourist dollars and there are many lovely other places to spend them. Exceedingly disappointed, Pam Just"
