Khuyết điểm: "First, I did an online check-in and was able to secure a seat for the first leg of the flight, but was able to get any information on my second leg. So when I arrived at the Thai Airways counter to load in my bags I asked the Thai Airways representative about the missing information. His response was that he could not get into the ANA system and that I have to go to the ANA counter to ask for that information. Given that my layover in Narita was only about 45mins landing to going to the gate, I was not comfortable with not knowing if I would be on that flight or not. The Thai Airways representation at the boarding counter did help me a bit and got in touch with a guide in Narita to help me get my luggages and get to gate properly. I wanted to note that we did not arrive in Narita on time due to the high air traffic so the plane had to circle around for 15 mins. When we finally landed I had about 15 mins to get through the custom and ran to my gate. When I received my ticket I was shocked that I got a middle seat on a 13 hours flight! If I have known this earlier I would have paid for a better seat, but since I was not able to check-in online and didn't receive any info about this flight prior to boarding I was not allowed to change on this full flight. In addition, the plane ride was awful. The food was disgusting and the seat was very uncomfortable. The seat did not even recline back! I don't expect much from a short distance flight but for a 13 hour long flight, I at least expect the seat to be slightly better than sitting on a rock against a brick wall. All in all, this was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I went through. The stress and the discomfort on the plane was an experience that no one should ever feel while traveling. It was an awful nightmare on an ANA flight. I would like a refund on this flight with no exceptions. Sincerely, Jessica Saesue"

Ưu: "The flight was less busy than usual (it was an Easter Sunday departure) and so service was a bit more relaxed and friendly than usual instead of just efficient. Left gate a few minutes early and arrived 20 min early in Tokyo. Flight time is pretty good - 8pm departure which gives time for a relaxed day sightseeing in Dusseldorf before going to the airport in the late afternoon, Arrival in Tokyo is about 2pm which would be a good time to check in to hotels and relax. Food was good - dinner after take-off and a brunch-type meal a few hours before landing. Entertainment system is also very good although I'd flown a lot recently so seen the films I wanted to see already. Sometimes ANA are just "good" but this one was the best one I've flown recently."

Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

So, we escaped to the back for a while where we were "hushed" by a stewardess. The stewards didn't seem to like it when we were out of our seats, but 12 hours is too long to be stuck in a middle seat."

Never asked for their boarding pass. I heard some laughing saying they did no have connecting flights. I better job and method of handling this situation is needed as long as the ban is in effect. Otherwise, Turkish airlines is fine. My wife and I have traveled most airlines and travel extensively. So, we are aware of good service and bad. Your service minus the electronic equipment is good."

Ưu: "Took Turkish Airline from New Delhi to San Francisco. The flight is at 6:55am from New Delhi, so a little early start - but the connection in Istanbul is excellently timed. The aircrafts were 777-300ER on both legs, and rather new. The entertainment is great and the TV screens are 11inches. Could not complain at all. Food is fine, standard fare, and there are some snacks available through entire flight. Istanbul is a reasonable airport for a short connection. Khuyết điểm: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

We got there safe and on time...what more do you need? Oh, and the price for my route was amazing; the next airline was $1000 more and the one after that $2000 more."

Also it is so hot in the Turkish airport especially in the 300 gates. It made boarding miserable because there was so many people."

This caused massive confusion and I ended up running around the airport to get to my gate. Also there should not have been a second flight listed on the boards because there was no second flight. Very frustrating..."

Khuyết điểm: "Agents at check-in desk took longer time to process passengers, even though some desks had two people helping. The web check-in line moved slower than the line with passengers who had not done online check-in. When I booked my flight via kayak, I was not given an option to select seats (this was new) . I was able to indicate my seat preference but there was no followup. When I checked in online 24 hours before my flight, the only option for seats was in the middle, which I did not want, although I I knew the flight would not be full. I was able to change seats when I checked in with the agent in the airport ."

No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

A minimum flight of 5 hours was served with just the one meal. We were served lunch at 930 am on one flight. The observations in economy aren't as important as business class. Only if we could all afford to travel on business class."

Khuyết điểm: "At Washington Dulles airport the whole staff was really rude and unprofessional. I had only one hand carry and it was 9 kg. I requested them that I can buy a bag and can divide the stuff in two bags. But supervisor who seemed Indian was really racist and he kept insisting that we are flying in 5 minutes. Either you have to pay penalty for this hand carry or you can cancel your flight. I have never ever seen this kind of behavior from anyone specially from a supervisor. I ended up paying $300 extra for only 2 kg extra weight in my hand carry. I would recommend my whole family and friends not to choose this airline anymore."

The flight times were then changed two more times, and our seats were moved from aisle to middle seats. I do not recommend flying Etihad if you have a schedule to keep to."
