Airlines lost all my bags and is not being helpful at all in tracing them. Value of baggage is over $25,000. I expect a full refund and expect to be compensated for the loss.

When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

Ưu: "This review is for return travel from ATL to MAA (Chennai, India) and back. Route: ATL-DOH: about 14.5 hrs; DOH-MAA: about 4.5 hrs; Likes: 1. Baggage check-in process was simple and easy. 2. Meal preferences was good - I'm a vegetarian and on the onward journey forgot to specify the meal preference but the crew had enough inventory to meat the requirements. 3. Every seat was provided with a small plastic pouch/packet/goodie bag that consisted of a eye mask (very thoughtful), pair of sock, toothpaste+brush (very thoughtful), hand cream. This was very useful and effective. 4. Entertainment - options were good and current."

Not sure if this is something to do with the browser (tried with Firefox, Opera) 2. It would have been good, as part of the online check-in, if the users reminded to specify the meal preferences, etc. I forgot to specify the meal preferences but thankfully the crew had enough of what I wanted. 3. Take a relook at the packaging of the toothpaste tube in the goodie bag. It was sealed in such a way that it was difficult to open it w/o a sharp object. This should have been easier. 4. Seats were the worst part - poor legroom. Worst, the seat cushion is the worst. I think it was just a fabric over a metal seat with minimalist of cushion. ATL to DOH leg was the worst (and the longest leg of the trip). Unless you have open seats next to you it would be a back breaking and painful trip. Seat comfort wise, I would rate Qatar as the worst. Luckily on the return leg (DOH-ATL) next two seats to mine was empty, so was able to stretch and sleep well. DOH-MAA or MAA-DOH seating was little better (think its a older plane; newer planes have worst seats) 5. The website was damn slow while accessing from overseas. Even in the US, at times the website hangs-up, freezes or spins often. 6. Food was ok -dinner and lunch but minimalistic; I didnt see any specific breakfast menu or any coffee served separately (was part of beverage option during lunch or dinner) 7. There was no alert, communication, notification, reminder of upcoming trip via email or text, etc. Many airlines does this very often but Qatar was totally silent on it (they did have my email during checkin). Not sure why."

I had to call the airline multiple times to get an answer about a new flight. In my first call, the customer service was rude. There was also zero compensation for the inconvenience."

we missed out connection due to predictable sized crowds at the passport control. While an hour and a half seemed enough to me, it was way too tight given the conditions. Iberia had only two customer service agents at the terminal and it seemed half our plane from Los Angeles missed our connections even though we arrived in Madrid on time.
My checked baggage (which we had priority boarding for, so that I wouldn't have to check it) is missing somewhere between Tangier > Madrid > Dublin. Not satisfactory.
Left my luggage behind. Flight attendants were extremely rude. Got charged twice for my ticket and still no refund. Worst airline i’ve ever flew with.

My itinerary also said we were to fly out of Casablanca on American Airlines. After sitting at the gate for over 2 hrs. in Marrakech,one of the ground crew members told us our flight had been canceled, but we were never notified. The supervisor refused to give us a letter stating that they screwed up by either sending us to the wrong gate, or that the flight had been canceled so I could get my money back thru my travel insurance. She said the flight was not cancelled so it wasn't her fault. No flight left from our gate. She refused to help us book another flight. I had no smart phone to book another flight and she told me, that was too bad. I asked what should I do, she said "that is your problem not mine, I cannot help you." There were 2 others they sent to the wrong gate and 6 others who had the same problem as us. Later 2 others, on a different flight with RAM, walked up to the ticketing section and said they were sent to the wrong gate and missed their flight too. I need a letter from someone so I can retrieve my $1800 back from my travel insurance because we had to book other flights and stay an extra day in a hotel in Casablanca. I don't feel that is asking too much. We were there early to fly out and did everything they told us to do. Luckily, someone cared enough to let me use their smart phone to book another flight and hotel or this could of been a real tragedy."

I found this to be very helpful, since on the trip over I was in the wrong side had to bother people to move so I could get to the correct side of the aircraft. Then we get told that they were going to bus us to a larger airport that was THREE hours away. We where told that when we arrive at this airport that there would be hotel accommodations for us and that the agents there will make arrangements for thise with a connecting flight. It was all lies. We arrive at the airport after riding a 2-star bus for three hours inly to be told that they had no idea what we were talking about and that no one told them we where coming. Then we were told that there were no hotel rooms available in the whole city (lie) and that all of the available cars to take us to an available hotel where in another city (another lie). On top of that, if you missed a connecting flight on a different airline, you where screwed. I had to buy a whole new ticket just to get home. It was insane!!! So basically a plane full of people were jerked around and lied to by every employee of this airport that we met. Completely disgusting. If you can avoid it, never ever fly Royal Air Maroc."

They didn't extend an apology or even an explanation as to why the airline simply cancelled our reservations which we had paid for over an month in advance. During all 4 legs of our trip (N.Y. to Casablanca; Marakech to Fez; Casablanca to Lisbon; and Lisbon to N.Y.) customer service was extremely slow and poor, many of the staff members seemed to not like their job because of how unpleasant they were. The breakfast is three different types of carbs and no nutritional value. I will never fly the so-called 'Royal' air Maroc again. Very unprofessional staff."

Khuyết điểm: "1 hour late. Excessive security checks. My itinerary said that it would take almost 7 hours. In reality it was a 9 hour trip PLUS 1 hour to claim bag from baggage claim."

Khuyết điểm: "The food really was bad. For a 11.5 hour layover, the Relax Hotel failed to honor Dinner that had been authorized by Air Maroc, though I suspect they will charge the airline for it. I really would have preferred food voucher(s) that I could use for food at the airport."
Ưu: "It was my first time flying with you and i have nothing wrong to say. Food was great. The flight attendants smiled while is the first thing that always wins you over. Perfect experience."

Ưu: "The transit service was very nice. The free hotel service was also very nice while in transit. Overall it was great first time experience as I was a bit hesitant to fly with RAM at first, but the flight went smooth."
Khuyết điểm: "As I got to my destination, I including many others did not receive all their luggages, some didn't get any of their luggages until the next day. One of my luggages arrived on time, the other one came the next day but nothing was stolen. Thank God. That was the only CON"

Khuyết điểm: "Surly Flight attendants. Crowded flight conditions. Food is horrible and ran out of dinner options."
Ưu: "Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced"
Khuyết điểm: "I was removed from the boarding line right before entering the plane and told that I had been issued a standby ticket apparently on accident in Barcelona. I was directed to wait, then directed in circles all over the airport for different people to try and help me. Ultimately I ended up in a hotel room around 5am where i am now until my flight at 23:25 tonight. It was annoying and a hassle overall not just for myself but everyone involved including those who patiently tried to help but didn't really know where to send me as well as my driver and family waiting for me in Sierra Leone."
Ưu: "The fact that at least one 23 kg check in luggage is allowed for any person, is a luxury. That was awesome to know I won't face more fees just for traveling with enough personal items for the trip. Not every flight or carrier provides food or refreshments either, perhaps to safe money, but when the customer experiences services like those that are provided in Royal Air Maroc, they will continue to come back and support the company, even when prices might go up a bit higher. People in general want to be treated with respect and I feel like each person in my flight received that. Thank you for a calm and safe experience."
Khuyết điểm: "Getting to the airport in Casablanca is a challenge in itself, and I am used to rude or judgemental comments in Arabic when I am a single female traveler, but I do wish that during the boarding and unloading process, that judgmental comments from airport security be kept polite, discrete or silent. I felt like my check was more extensive then necessary."

Ưu: "Food was great as usual. It was free. It was not a full flight so I had a chance to lie down and get some much needed sleep. I had arrived at Dakar airport at 12am for a 6:40 flight because of the strike. My friends in Dakar suggested that I get their that early. So I had no sleep. I was able to check 2 bags without a fee."
Khuyết điểm: "We were not informed prior to arrival at airport that there was a crew strike. And that there was a possibility that our flight would be affected. The flight was delayed for 2 hours with no announcements. I had a Mauritanian necklace that I bought while in Senegal 30 years ago. And the female searcher gave me a hard time, would not let me pass through inspection and reported me to her superiors. She insisted that there was something inside of my necklace. It was only when I got nasty with her in French, did she finally let me pass through so I could wait at the boarding gate. I spoke to others who were on their way to Lagos and other parts of Africa who had waited at airport for 2 days with no accommodations."

Ưu: "My flight was about an hour long. I like that despite the short flight there were drinks and a snack involved. Perhaps in a longer flight there might be food available."
