Delays in boarding and takoff
Service was very attentive. I thought that being in premium econ seat means that I get the headphones, but on this flight, none was provided. Thankfully, the flight attendant quickly gave me a new pair of earphones.
Friendly staff, excellent food, a whole lot of good choices for onboard entertainment, comfortable ride, and good legroom even in the economy.
No pillow provided, crew very friendly
The most I like from Singapore airlines is the food comparing to other airlines. Also found a good movie to watch. Sometimes it's difficult to find an interesting movie on many airlines.

Khuyết điểm: "JustFly billed the wrong price, then to fix that,created a new ticket with my name misspelled and failed to cancel the original ticket. We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

Ưu: "The service from the Singapore Airlines is always impeccable. The food is delicious. The business class seat is spacious and wider than all the US airlines. There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."
Khuyết điểm: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Khuyết điểm: "The dinner was terrible. I am a long time customer of Singapore Airlines and I know where the standard are. The food on this flight was the worst I've seen. The starter (vermicelli) was overly salty, dry and severely undercooked. The main course was acceptable but the portion of chicken was more like side dish not main. Missing sides."

We did not receive any compensation, but Singapore/Silk Airlines told us they were able to get us a flight home to LAX instead, but that it wouldn't be until the next day. We spent money on a hotel and food and waited until the next morning, got to the airport early for check in only to find that Singapore/Silk had in fact, given up our seats that they had promised us. They said that we now would have to wait another day just to get a flight from Singapore to LAX. We asked to speak with a manager, and eventually were able to get two seats due to cancellations. This was intended to be a very special and romantic trip that was essentially ruined. Since no one could have anticipated that the volcano would cause cancellation, we should be refunded for our flights. We are so crushed that we did not get to go to Bali, and now we may NEVER get to go because we are out of money. At the VERY least, the leg of our flights from Singapore to Bali, and Bali to Singapore, should be refunded. We are extremely disappointed."

Just too many issues in Puerto Plata and Montego Bay. It was too many delays and took way longer than normal. Not happy at all with the experience after a long day of flying.
The crew and food were great - the ground crew in Zurich was extremely slow in helping guests.
- When serving drinks, the hostess was unaware that her filled bottle of Coke was open. If it weren't for my wife, the Coke bottle would have tipped over and slip all over me. - When clearing the drink glasses, the air host, while trying to throw away someone else's glass - spilt the un-drunk liquid (hopefully water) all over my sleeve! My sleeve was completely drenched! And he did not realize he had done this! I had to get his attention and tell him he had drenched my sleeve! He got me some paper towels to wipe myself and apologized by saying he lost his bearings or something like that! His apology sounded more like “im sorry it happened; but it happened… Quite disappointed
It would have been better if some food were served on the flight from Zurich to Athens.
Boarding process very poor, no annoucements about preboarding document checks, confusion about what documents were needed forCovid19 vaccinations.
When leaving Florence we arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours before our flight. There were 100's of people waiting to check in for several different international flights and only 2 people working at the check in counter issuing tickets and checking bags. Many people were missing their flights and trying to figure out how to get home. We waited over 3 hours on the lines along with most of the other people on our flight. There were several altercations between travelers and ticketing agents. I am not sure if they held the flight or if we put on a later flight running through the airport to board. There were no other people in the airport at security or shops or anywhere just the crazy international flights area. When we arrived in Switzerland for our connection we were very late and again running through the airport to barely make our connection. When we did arrive in Newark our luggage did not. Also I had ordered a gluten free meal when I booked the flight and they did not have my request so I was unable to eat on the plane. If you are asking about allergy meals they should be available or I would have brought my own food on the plane. On a positive note, the blankets and pillow were a nice comfort for the long flight. They also checked our carryon for free so on our sprint through the airports we weren't dragging bags with us too.
Better choice of movies. Way to old . And not enough of a selection.

Khuyết điểm: "The seats decline fairly far back into the next seat. As a result, some of the passengers got agitated if they do not go with the flow and decline like dominoes. Both legs of the flight we had the people seated behind us kicking and shoving our seats. One gentleman was kicking my seat for a couple hours and made a scene on the outgoing flight. The stewardess addressed the gentleman and explained that I had to decline my seat because the seat in front of me was declined. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me, so every time the gentleman kicked me, it not only hurt my back, but my knees. The couple behind us on the return flight jumped the line to get onto the flight, kept kicking our seats and then pretended they did not understand when we asked that they stop. I think the pilot should address the issue upfront so this toddler like behavior does not go on. I am not sure if it is common behavior, but not something I have experienced on an American carrier."

Though port was malfunctioning anyway and I had to readjust it once in a while or I could not hear anything. - Censored movies, with such censorship it is practically pointless to watch some movies. - Leg room is far from generous (economy class)."

Khuyết điểm: "I picked a window seat very early on through a phone call to a Turkish Airline agent in the USA, but when I checked in online, the seat assigned to me was gone and I was put in a middle seat while there were many other seats available. This erasure of the record and random seat assignment nullify the effort on the part of the passenger (making a call is not a trivial act these days because of the long waits) and generate uncertainty in the minds of the travellers. Hope you can improve on this point. That will make an even better impression on the passengers."

One but none of them know what i was saying And at the time my flight was sopposed leave 7:50 so I was freaking out And no one helping at that crtical moment I finaly got the delay flight info after running somany times up and down the road"

Ưu: "I flew Turkish Airlines this year - 2 domestic flights and 3 international - and every flight was great. The long-distance flight (Japan-Istanbul) especially. My seat was more comfortable than with USA companies I've used, I was fed on short-lap flights and provided a pillow (no extra charges), I had real milk to put in my coffee (not chemical creamer) and I didn't pay extra for baggage. Flights were on time, crews were friendly. I'll be using Turkish Airlines more in the future, for certain."
