Khuyết điểm: "carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways (Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes, so the carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on Qatar on purpose or by engineering error, and I will not fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class passengers. Entertainment computer (Android based system) ran slow and out of memory at times. Seats were not comfortable for 12hrs flight. My butt was starting to hurt. I did not have this issues on Emirates flights."

Hospitality by the crew members was excellent.
I almost missed my connecting flight. I think timings should be a little modified so that if there are delays, you can still make the connection. I was also missing a bag due to the almost missed connection.

The problem was with Hong Kong International Airport. It seems HKIA is experiencing 'traffic jam' very often. It's quite risky for the passenger like me who is expected to have another long journey back home after arriving in HKIA. Should be praying again and again in order to take the AEL and MTR before the service is over around 1 AM."

The dinner was terrible, options were horrid for non Koreans. The chicken was pink w old texture. Quality of food was immensely poor for Asiana. The staff on our row weren't pleasant and consistently didn't serve water or any liquids during this long flight."

Because of this, I had to put my cat in the overhead bin during takeoff. This gave me and my cat a lot of stress, although they let me take her out during the landing. Also I thought the airline would open much earlier than my flight so that I could ensure the safe transfer of my pet-in-cargo."

Food was pretty decent, better than I have ever had on a domestic US flight. Staff always seemed to appear happy and satisfied with their job/work; service with a smile."
Khuyết điểm: "I found that unlike my SEA to Seoul flight, the staff on this 9 hour flight only brought drinks around during meal time; or you had to specifically call a staff member to get a drink. I really appreciated the first flight staff that took care to bring drinks around more often without needing to call on them. They seem very stingy with carry on items. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience."

My reason wasn't good enough and it didn't matter that I'd bought insurance. I will never go through this trash of a site or its insurance again."

Though I double checked with the Quarantine offices in Chicago and in Incheon, and they said that I did not need any documentation, the person at the check-in counter would not let me take the cats without the Quarantine office's written permission. Only after an hour of explanations I could take the cats. It seemed that that person was not familiar with rules on pet transportation."

It arrived after 18:00, boarding was suppose to be at 18:40 but by the time I was able to get on the rail to the main station it was 18:40. Luckly a crew member had a sign and was calling out "HCMC". Luckily I am in good shape because we ran through the airport to the next connection as they were getting ready to close the plane doors. Need to have someone walk and time, the time of arrival from Seattle into Korea, onto the rail, to the main station and distance to gate 40. You may very well miss your flight."

I would never book with Kayak or Chatdeal again. I bought tickets for British Airways and I’m flying Finnair from Venice to San Francisco on our return leg.
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Terrible, My mom and myself waited more than 3 hours in the check in line and because of AA staff negligence lost the flight, locator ZXOFZS. The bad service of the crew was incredible at the RDU airport.
The plugs were not working in the flight and since they’ve taken out the screens even in first class it makes it kind of useful when you have to use your own device. I also found my cushion to be loose and sliding all over. Overall the flight was good. The crew was great. The lack of amenities and the state of the plane left more to be desired. At least Delta you can use WiFi for free a little as well as getting messaging services for free.
Maintenance delay for 2 hours after Canceling my flight earlier in the week. So typical for this poorly run airline. Will make better choices for future flights.
Red eye from LAX. The most uncomfortable First Class seats I have ever experienced. No blankets or pillows. One bag of chip-like objects and two beverages for the entire flight. It felt very stingy.
Ưu: "Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable. Only negative is out of your control - bad weather in DFW held up departure 5-6 hours. Much of that was on the plane, but crew kept us notified. We had to return to the gate and wait another couple of hours. Awful trip, but not your fault. What I was surprised by was no comp hotel, and the discounts were not rally good discounts."

The AA personnel kept us informed, etc. The one thing you can control is hotels if delayed to the point of missing all connection until the next afternoon. I understand not compi9ng BUT, when google maps shows better rates at local hotels than your "discount" program, that's sad."

I was better off paying for a regular seat. I'm a young African American and the stay treated me as if I didn't belong in First Class! Not to mention the last time I flew into LAX American Airline lost my luggage! I have proof to show! Absolutely ridiculous!"

It's just a job for them to get by and it shows. Many including myself isn't big fans of AA. I wish this airline gets bought out by Southwest who understands value and elite customer service. They don't charge every little thing like American. I hope soon they can fly into Colorado Springs."

The ground staff wasn't at all helpful in trying to get me on another flight and in fact sent me to Delta! The lady there couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Sadly I wasn't compensated at all and had to pay to re-book the flights on the Sunday 17th. On my return from Brisbane, American Airlines had cancelled my flight to Atlanta as they said I was a 'no show' heading out. Thankfully I was able to get a seat on stand by. So, no I'm not a happy customer."
