I had to run to my next flight and I barley made it. Showing up to my flight a sweaty mess after what felt like a mile run was not a highlight of my experience with Korean air. You guys seriously need to do some reconfiguring of your flights..."

That Captain has much to teach all pilots wanting a higher standard to their skills and the recognition of these standards. That caption is worth his/her weight in gold, giving Koran Air a gold standard. To compare, the landing at Osaka April 12, late at night, was done by an apprentice who has much to learn from your gold star captain.."
Khuyết điểm: "The same Sydney to Seoul flight, crossed the Qld Great Barrier Reef around 11am April 12. Having a window seat, so much detail of the Reef was visible which greatly surprised me. Beautiful colours galore. Having my face glued to the window at this time, I was unaware of cabin happenings. A male steward tapped me on the shoulder and said "Close your window blind". The beautiful scene outside my window was a first and being 76 old, likely not to happen again for me. Naturally, I ask the male steward "Why", He repeated 4 more times, "Close your window blind". Each time my reply was the same, "Why". On his last request, his voice raised, so in turn, my reply was raised. Sadly, he walked away silently, hands waving in disgust. Only then did I realise the cabin was completely black, no light seen. If at 11am, traditionally, this is a custom, a service to passengers on that particular flight, the male steward didn't say. He clearly expected to be obeyed and didn't expect a challenge. But also felt I didn't deserve a reason for his, what clearly was a demand. Would he have treated a male passenger differently. I flew economy because that is what my budget demands. Flying is not common for me but certainly a thrill that demands a window seat. I give much praise to all other staff, especially the captain landing that very craft at Seoul. At my age, years of experience allows me to be aware and notice. A beautifully presented mature female stewardess in economy, served me. When I requested a beer with the main meal, she said I will give you my favourite. I knew this was double talk for having only one brand beer left, that was a weak American beer. I watched this lovely lady many times being distracted by other staff with questions and 2 other passengers near me, asking for changes. She never blew it. And she passed me in the Sydney terminal, end of the day for her and believe it or not, she remembered me. She was not in such a hurry to get to her destination, that she gave time by turning her body, giving me a wide smile with eyes saying, Yes, I served you. You see, she's never off the job of customer service. I learned much, flying with Korean Air. Many thanks, Sally"

Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.

Same thing about the seats. Why can I select seats and then those choices not be honored?
Gate folks had trouble maintaining order during birding. Terrible experience. Flight ok. Food not the best. Deplaning ok.

We wouldn't have to drag two large suitcases and a rollaboard after checking out of customs and immigration very far. Same airport to land and depart. Well the arrival airport was changed to Narita $32.00 per person for Airport Limobus to Haneda. We get off at Haneda and are informed we cannot stay there and wait at the domestic airport for our 6:25 am flight to Naha. We had to load all 6 pieces of luggage on the shuttle bus and transfer to the international terminal because they close the domestic terminal at midnight. There was no hotel accommodations at the domestic airport as the hotel was booked two months in advance!!! We had to wait at the international airport terminal till 4:30 am when we then transferred back to the domestic terminal with our 6 pieces of luggage. Tell me how happy you'd be!!!"

The planes were nice. That’s about it. I was very disappointed in the service which was not good. For a long haul flight, they did not provide 2 full meals. After about an hour into the flight they served a tiny tortilla vegetable wrap and drink of choice. Im not exaggerating when I say it was tiny. At first I thought wow what a treat to get an appetizer, but that’s all they served!! In all my long haul travels this is a first. What happened to the first meal?? The second meal (which was not good at all) was served 2 hours before landing at lax. Then there was not any amenity kits given out at least a toothbrush and toothpaste. Nothing was given out. Well I guess that makes sense since no first meal was served. The crew didn’t have any snacks on board or offered any I received more food on my first flight from Manila to Haneda. Seriously this has to be a mistake on someone’s part. Japan Airlines which I flew recently, certainly provided better service food and a toothbrush!!! Actually any flight does like delta American and Korean Air. Even China Southern? What happened to ANA supposedly 5 stars on Skytrax?

Khuyết điểm: "I didn't like that my original return flight selection was changed one month after confirming. The new flight details which were automatically chosen for me had me coming back home a full day later. This forced me to have to select a new return flight with an 8 hour layover."
Ưu: "I was met with a warm smile which made me feel welcome. The staff were friendly and professional. Even though it was a full flight, I did not just feel like a number, top airline. I will choice them again."

Khuyết điểm: "More realistic options to upgrade. Example I can board a train in London and upgrade to first class for £20 to Edinburgh. If you have a coach class or business class empty. Have capacity to feed extra or not. Last minute upgrades can be both a revenue stream and another option to further satisfy some customers. Particularly older generations that can afford and would fund such a win win appealing."

Khuyết điểm: "carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways (Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes, so the carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on Qatar on purpose or by engineering error, and I will not fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class passengers. Entertainment computer (Android based system) ran slow and out of memory at times. Seats were not comfortable for 12hrs flight. My butt was starting to hurt. I did not have this issues on Emirates flights."

Khuyết điểm: "In the bathrooms there was only one type of tissue paper beside the toilet paper. Adding a thicker paper towel like most airlines do would be better so that passengers can clean up any water splashes as soft tissue is not effective for this."

Khuyết điểm: "The layover is very short, my first flight from LAX to Doha was 40 mins late so I barely made last call from Doha to Dubai and my bags didn't make it. I did however have my luggage delivered the next day to where I was staying in Al Ain for free so that was great!"

Ưu: "I liked being seated toward the back of the plane so that me and my cat had some privacy. The crew was very polite and gave me thorough instructions for transporting my cats."
Khuyết điểm: "I bought a carrier for my cat that fit the airline's specifications, but it didn't fit all the way under the seat. Because of this, I had to put my cat in the overhead bin during takeoff. This gave me and my cat a lot of stress, although they let me take her out during the landing. Also I thought the airline would open much earlier than my flight so that I could ensure the safe transfer of my pet-in-cargo."
Ưu: "The airbus had plenty of storage room in addition to leg room. The compartment underneath the window was big and allowed two big purses to fit with additional space left. Plenty of space between seats in front even when reclined. The crew were friendly and ready to assist. So far, this has been the best airbus I've flown in."

I do not want check in due is it my personal belongs are inside. Plus they disarray how to forum a line to board in."

Khuyết điểm: "Asiana Airline allowed a drunken passenger sit next to me. Everyone can smell and knew that he is drunken. The 1st thing he did after sitting was drinking alcohol from his pocket. Yes, one of the staff came to him and got the drink from him. But, he talked me for about 4hours nonstop and made me uncomfortable at all. Other passengers around me saw him because he talked too loud. I expected that they would offer me another sit and left him alone. During 10 hrs flight, I had 2 Tylenol capsules because of the smell of the alcohol from him. It was REALLY hard time for me to sit next to him during 10 hrs. DO NOT ALLOW A DRUNKEN PERSON TO GET ON A PLAIN FOR OTHERS."
