The other check-in crew members told us (5 total) to go together to board the plane then this female staff told us we can only have one family member go in with my mom (to take care of the wheelchair then assist her on the plane) next time we board the plane. Their messages are inconsistent & her attitude was uncalled for, especially when she let other disabled passengers on with their more than one family members & the other Asiana staff members told us to go in at the same time."
Khuyết điểm: "The food. Aused from the serving size, only 2 meal and 1 small snack served for the whole 12 hr flight. Got my gastric pain acting up. FA wasn't also very pleasant. Toiletries wasn't replace when they ran out especially d papers for seat covers."

Ưu: "Our flight is only Incheon to Narita and later that night our final destination is LAX. I have checked in to Singapore Airlines the day before our flight. While checking in at the Incheon airport, the ground attendant ask me for my final destination. After a few minutes, shw mentioned that our baggage will be picked up at LAX. I was so relieved since this trip was 3 weeks with 3 50lbs luggage and 2 10 lb backpacks. I imagined going to Japanese Immigration again and explaining the reason for the entry. Because of this our layover is seamless. Star Alliance made it so easy for us to take their airlines anytime. Kudos to Star Alliance. Oh, the legroom is roomy for Economy! Nothing can compare with their airbus. I am only 5foot1inch and its like having a lounging chair. My husband whose 5’10” is happy with the space. Thanks for thinking of your passengers!"

Ưu: "I wish the American and western airlines would take a lesson from Asiana. Their staff is so polite and efficient at everything from luggage logistics to meal service. The food was great, water and orange juice plentiful. The bathrooms were kept clean throughout the flight. There were even combs and toothbrushes available. Great movie selection and screen interface with lots of inflight info about the plane and our journey."

Almost all the Asian airlines I've flown on, the flight attendants were always real nice and helpful, but That wasn't the case with Asiana airlines this time around. On our flight from LAX to Incheon, and from Incheon to Cebu, the flight attendants all seemed miserable and unhappy, not smiling at all. I've flown Asiana few times before and had always been happy, but this time, it was definitely different, all because of the seemingly unhappy flight attendants. On our 12 hour flight from LAX to Incheon, the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and in 12 hours, they didn't once come around with trash bag collecting trash. Sure, they collected the plastic cups drinks were put in, but that was it. How do you not come around collecting trash AFTER A 12 HOUR FLIGHT? Also, just the little thought of maybe providing a hot towel after a 12 hour flight would have been nice. In the future, if given almost the same price point for a ticket, I would choose another airline over Asiana Air."

In flight meals, while hot and included in the ticket price, were not the greatest."

However, those who had connecting flights weren't able to make it and had to stay overnight in Korea. The next flight arrived 14 hours after the original scheduled flight"

I do not want check in due is it my personal belongs are inside. Plus they disarray how to forum a line to board in."

Ưu: "Enjoyed flying on the upper deck of Asiana's Airbus A380. Seat was spacious and comfortable. Food was adequate and the options were good. Service from the crew was excellent. Entertainment options met expectations."
Khuyết điểm: "Can't complain about boarding from Seoul to LA, but boarding from LA to Seoul and Manila to Seoul were a bit chaotic. Passengers were confused from the lack of organization, instruction or signs. Cabin temperature was quite warm, to the point of being uncomfortable, on the flight from Seoul to LA."
