Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

Khuyết điểm: "I have never had to stay at a hotel overnight because of a missed connection but when I made the reservation I wondered how you would honor the 1 hour layover and not miss. I wondered this before any of your delays. I was assured the connection would wait but not correct and you did miss. If you would have told me at the airport this would happen I would have made other arrangements. Instructions on what to do was quite poor too. As a foreigner to be handed a stack of vouchers without direction on where to go for transportation wasn’t satisfactory."

Therfore, i not only missed the fight to India, the two remaining connections... Not good day, now I have to pay rebooking on 3 flights to get home!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "I sit in 2K of A350-900. Though it is known as a throne seat, there is an error on the installation of this seat. The foot rest that comes up and supposedly joined with the ottoman to make up the flat bed is too long so this seat never can actually go to full 180 degree mode."

Flight estimated departure is at 1720HRS, but the flight only took off 1750HRS."

The issue is that if you fly with this company you arrive at KUL. Steward was kind but rough - efficient like a robot... and the headphones are very poor, I could hardly understand what was said when watching the films."

Ưu: "Although I only gave it 4 for comfort, that is mainly because it wasn't a fully reclinable seat which I don't think it's available on a 737. Otherwise the level of service from the staff was excellent."
Khuyết điểm: "Relatively little to complain of. As noted above the lack of a fully reclining seat is due to the aircraft type in general. Otherwise no complaints."

Ưu: "Line took 1 and a half hours to get through. Never again and I plane on going to Bali alot in the next 40 years."

Khuyết điểm: "Luggage was lost. Spent last night and all day today without a lot of the things we needed to make our current stay comfortable. We did not have adequate swimwear, contact lenses solution, and most importantly, my wife's medication. She fell ill last night and continued to feel sick today because she was not able to take her medicine. To top it off, my wife currently cannot find a favorite piece of clothing. It is green, lacy lingerie. We are sure it was packed before leaving our previous destination. Could you please check to see if this piece of clothing was located, either at the airport in Bali or in Kuala Lumpur? If found, please send to our next destination, Pingviman Hotel, Chiang Mai. Because of the inconvenience, including not having our luggage for an entire day, my wife feeling ill, and this loss of her valued item of clothing, we believe we deserve some compensation. We are very displeased with these circumstances and hope you agree that something needs to be offered to us to once again feel satisfied. Thank you for your time. John and Emily"
