Khuyết điểm: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Ưu: "The presence and attitude of the flight attendants were highly pleasant and accommodating. The entire flight was very comfortable and made the 9 hour journey from Manchester to Houston Texas fast and enjoyable. The flight attendants always had a wonderful smile which felt genuine many a time and always made an effort to speak at the level of the passenger. When I had trouble connecting to the Wifi, one attendant even knelt down and connected my phone manually as I was not tech savvy in this regard. The food was of much higher quality as well compared to other airlines I traveled with on this trip."

I had to pay thousands for new flight Austrian Air. Swiss thieved my money and I dont mind saying so. Unfair and unfair conduct. I am saving this letter for twitter to tell my friends of my disgust. I will be happy if this is sorted refunded immediately. A copy of these details and medical letter already provided to Jithendra from flight network (online travel agent)."

The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

Non-reclining economy seats which are desperately uncomfortable for any flight of more than 1 hour, and completely unsuitable for an overnight flight. These planes desperately need a refit. Best avoided until this has been completed. The flight was overbooked, and the cabin crew seemed stressed and very busy. As a long term frequent flyer with CX, this was a very disappointing experience."

We would have missed it if I didnt as the ticket counter when is the Seattle flight going to go up on the screen. Poor communication on Alaska airlines part. Not very happy with that I had to rush to the other terminal because I had the wrong information on my boarding pass."

The flight attendants were also really conscientious but also discrete about making sure that things were comfortable to passengers, for example making sure that windows were closed most of the time and lights were down so that people could sleep in between meals, and moving someone that was sick to a more comfortable and private seat, both for the sake of the sick individual and for the comfort of the people that had initially been sitting around them. -The complementary movie options were great and really helped pass the time on the 24+hr flight from NYC to Western Australia. -1 free large checked bag, which was very nice. -I think the complementary food and snacks were really yummy and generous, for airline food. I very much enjoyed the meals and snacks. Also, the complementary wine was a nice treat and tasted surprisingly good. -The complementary pillows and blankets were nice, warm, and soft. -The flights were on time, much better than American airlines that I've flown on. -The bathrooms were cleaned regularly throughout the flight and were much cleaner and nicer smelling than other airlines that I've been on."
Khuyết điểm: "The only thing thing that could really be improved upon (which is not as much the airline's fault as the plane manufacturer's fault) is that the economy seats and cabin layout could be more comfortable for long flights. I understand how hard it must be to design a plane that fits that many people and that's comfortable for 24+hrs of flying, but a few improvements could relatively easily be made I think, which would improve the experience dramatically: -If the seats were softer (and perhaps more ergonomically designed with an average person's shape in mind) it would make a world of difference, I think. -Being able to put the arm up on the wall side of the window seat would make it much more comfortable. -Padding on the arms would also help. -Of course more leg space and wider seats would make a world of difference, but I know that is tough to do since space is limited."

We had to fly on Thai airways vs. Cathay. We were on our honeymoon trip, we had to fly a different airline, we got stuck in middle seats and couldn't sit together. Not exactly how you like to spend a honeymoon trip, removed from your spouse and sitting with strangers stuck in the middle which wasn't what we booked. Extremely disappointing!"

Khuyết điểm: "Food i.e. AVML was absolutely mediocre. I almost went hungry, but for the snacks which were available whenever, I wanted. Luggage at the SFO airport arrived at the Carousal quite late. Most of the passengers, after clearing the immigration(which normally takes long), had to wait at the carousal for more than half hour to receive their luggages."
When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.
Travelling from Nigeria was a nightmare. Those thugs at the airport gave my husband and i hell because we had our boarding passes on our phone. We had to keep bribing and begging them to let us through. It is the worse travel experience I’ve ever ever had in my entire life. And I travel a lot

So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Khuyết điểm: "Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop."
Khuyết điểm: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Ưu: "Overall, my trip to Cardiff via Amsterdam was smooth and delightful. I've flown a few short trips this summer and I was pleasantly surprised to find KLM still offered complimentary snacks. What a refreshing change!"
