Fukuoka lacked any information when our flight might come or if it would possibly be cancelled. Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."

Too often nowadays it seems as if we( the paying customer) are nothing but a huge annoyance to the flight crew for daring to sk for a blanket, need a drink or to have to use the facilities. We had a screaming child in the row ahead most of the flight and one of the flightees went so far as to walk the toddler in her arms around the plane to help smooth her. The food reminded me of airlines meals years ago with a served roll and butter, main course ( beef with potatoes and veggies) , a tofu and soy sauce side and ice cream for dessert- no plastic silver wear here, proper solid stainless. Lots of juice and water on offer all flight and beer, wine etc with meal. American carriers should take a leaf out of this airline's book!"

Ưu: "At Incheon Airport, many passengers were taking up three seats and sleeping, very rude. The plane was already scheduled to be late by twenty minutes, blaming the weather(light snow). While checking in at the gate, the flight attendant gave my wive a hard time about her USA Visa. She has a spouse Visa with the first picture ID having expired and a current USCIS extension letter explaining that this is perfectly acceptable. The male flight attendant asked her for another letter, and none exists. We did get on, he called USCIS to verify this, but we were the last to get on and this started the delays. It is also a little embarrassing, since all of our paperwork is alway in order. We are not criminals. The next delay before leaving was that there were two unclaimed, untagged suitcases on the plane. The flight attendants were running back and forth trying to resolve this, but this was at the last minute when we were trying to take off. The plane then had to be deiced causing even a further delay coming to one and a half hours. As we "almost landed" at O'Hare in Chicago, the plane was ready to hit the runway(within feet), but pulled up at the last minute and accelerated with out explanation. I know they were trying to avoid an accident, but this seemed like bad planning or miscommunication. Next, we were fling over Lake Michigan turning around. It appears we landed on a runway facing west as opposed to facing east. There was no explanation about this, except that we would be delayed even longer. Prior to our deplaning, the flight attendants moved many of the people in the back of the plane to the front empty seats. I believe this was due to the lengthy delay and these must have been passengers with interconnection flights. This was a nice gesture of customer serve, but it was very disrupting to my wife and myself. Since we were detained at the gate, we were upset during the flight, and had a hard time relaxing. This last minute commotion made our flight more nerve wracking. This flight is over 12 hours long, and we expected to sleep/relax and become reaccustomed to the 13 hour time difference. This did not happen. Finally, we live near O'Hare, and our neighbor was doing us a favor and picking us up. Due to the lengthy delay, we had to reschedule our lift home, just another incident to add to our anxiety."

I was so surprise that they was a very long queue at the check in counter with all Korea air. The check in was so slow till have to Waite for about 1 and half hours.after getting my boarding pass and I have only 20 min to do my immigration and customer clearance. And 5 min run to the boarding gate. Korea air should let us know if the check in was so slow and advise us to arrival at the airport 3 hours before departure."

Love the direct flight from Boston to Toronto as well as the highly efficient cabin staff. The food was acceptable but the entertainment could have been better. All the movies seem to be quite old.
Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
The seat cushion was worn out. It was very uncomfortable. The service was very good.
Delayed on boarding and take off NRT-MNL, affecting my transportation in MNL. Work on boarding earlier and meeting or exceeding scheduled take off times.
Everything is perfect all staff in the plane is very good I will fly with Japan airlines every time if I go back Thailand thank you so much for perfect service
Japan Airlines should have done better incorporated with other codeshare airlines (JetBlue) to make sure our reservation doesn’t get mess up and that’s one of the reason why we stayed in Newyork for the whole day to wait for the next flight. Could have been much better experience but it wasn’t and worse. My flight got delayed in Newyork causing us to miss out our flight on the outbound from Narita to Vietnam. On the way back, the agent from JP airlines messed up our reservation and separate our name into 2 different reservations making us running around to figure out how to get the boarding pass for my partner which is ridiculous.

Their wifi connectivity was far better than Gogo's services, which is the provider for most domestic airlines. The real improvement compared to most my travel was the level of service. The staff was incredibly attentive."

The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

It was not close, she was a liar. They lost my bags. They kept calling me sir despite my corrections and obvious female anatomy. They had no remorse or apologies for their errors"

They literally discriminate the families flying with children. We had five tickets and they did let us carry only two cabin bags though the bags weighed only less than 10 lbs. very rude. They asked us to put all laptops together in one bag and check in rest of them at the gate in dallas. They asked us to check in one more bag at the gate in doha for our connection because the cabin bag with laptops is heavy. We were family of 5, traveled with one cabin bag to our final destination. I have been using qatar since 2014. Won’t fly with them again.
it would have been great to be disembarked from an Air Bridge instead of being bussed around the airport after a 16 hour Flight.

Khuyết điểm: "we have booked a wheelchair to carry old grandmother with permanent injured hand and the baby to the plane, and we have confirmed availability of the same by calling QA office in Qatar. However QA did not provide a wheelchair during check-in at Paris Charles de Gaulle for whatever unjustified reason"

Khuyết điểm: "Low cost airline so they charge you for everything. I had to pay $159 to check a bag for a 1.5 hour flight. That nearly doubled the cost of the original ticket. By the time they charge you for everything, you don't save any money. And they even weigh every purse, backpack, handbag, etc. at the gate and start charging customers for carry on. Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time."

Khuyết điểm: "Extra baggage was charged $250 for 1 extra baggage when other airlines change $70. Also on the Qatar Airway site it states that after 3 hours of the flight if seats are available business class upgrade would cost much less and this was not the case. They wanted $2000 for the upgrade."

Recommend hire international famous gourmet chief. Removing casing of my tablet for Qatar security airlines into usa was painful that broke 6 finger nails. Need to warn on the website or ticket security requires remove casing at Doha to usa. Had no issue from USA TO Doha which requires no removal of hard cover casing."

However I did not arrive in Johannesburg because a flight delay (even though our flight was set to let ontime) caused probably 40 people to miss their connections. To their credit, Qatar Airways did find accommodations for us and gave us food vouchers. Otherwise it'd be a zero rating."

This is very upsetting and it appears that Qatar Airways is too slow with boarding, there was no explanation given for why it took so incredibly long to board."

Khuyết điểm: "They make you close all the windows and outside lights after each meal. Want you to sleep most of the time so that you may not get up and stroll around or ask the crew any extra drinks, ice creams etc."

Khuyết điểm: "In the bathrooms there was only one type of tissue paper beside the toilet paper. Adding a thicker paper towel like most airlines do would be better so that passengers can clean up any water splashes as soft tissue is not effective for this."

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
The plane was gross. Everything seemed dirty and had black smudges all over it. The plane was older and areas where paint had chipped off (on arm rests or interior panels) was repainted poorly. I don’t expect aircraft to be pristine but I was kind of surprised this one was still in service. The rest of the flight was fine. The plane was just yuck. Thank god they gave us wet wipes when boarding.
There was no food to review unless you consider pretzels as a food. No movies because there were no movie screens. Stewards were nice and attentive.

Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed due to weather, understandable. We deplaned. This was the first short 1.5 hour leg of an international flight. It seemed clear that we would not make our connecting flights, which messes everything up with covid tests, quarantine, and all the many restrictions that airlines have insisted without thinking about the consequences. I tried to share my concern with the agent at American Airlines, knowing that it would probably be better to rebook and start all over for the following week or something. But his limited perspective, condescending attitude, and egotistical control behavior would not listen to me and was only concerned with getting me to the first stop 1.5 hours away. 7hrs later, stuck on that same plane which rerouted and refueled, I am now stuck in a city for 2 days since I had to rebook and start all over for missing my international connecting flight. Still have 20+ more hours of flying to go and nowhere closer to my destination. Hotel, rental, and new covid tests are all at my expense. Just wish American Airlines staff would listen and help, but if you don't shut up and comply to their every demand, they will ban you and ruin your life forever."

Khuyết điểm: "Our first flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. We waited several hours for another plane to come, and this flight was cancelled as well due to maintenance. We waited in line for 2 hours to be rerouted and now we can’t go out until tomorrow afternoon. We will miss 2 days of our vacation. Terrible experience"

The economy seats were really tight, more suitable for a 2-3 hour domestic flight, not for a transoceanic 7 hour flight. I paid $81 for my seat since AA did not let me choose my seat. $81 for a seat that was really uncomfortable and with very limited leg room. I felt ripped off. There were common screens as entertainment instead of individual ones, very obsolete. This will be the last AA flight I will take."

Ưu: "THis was an ok flight. Everything was on time and the crew was hreat. On the other hand, the food was terrible and the check in process was not expedite at all. The American Airlines crew did not know how to handle my G4 visa while checking in and they neglected to mark my bag with the orange ribbon signaling platinum status in American. This is key to getting your luggae faster in baggage claim when you have a short connection (I had less than two hours). This omission caused my suitcase to arrive last, and I had to run to make it to my next flight."

This caused a delay in arrival and a delay in departure. American Airlines is renowned for this type of treatment. I had hoped it would improve when US Airways had acquired them. Unfortunately, such is not the case. You can do better."
