The crew were awesome!!

There was a miscommunication between Kayak and Chatdeal. My flight wasn't Haneda-Chicago. There was a cancellation on my Haneda-Chicago flight two days before departure (Atlanta-Haneda) and switched to Narita-Chicago but the Narita-Chicago flight wasn't fully booked even though I got a new itinerary. Luckily, I noticed a week in advance but it might have been a disaster. My husband was on the phone many hours for three days from US while I was in Japan. The flight itself was great but the process was not pleasant at all. Hope my situation was rare and nobody goes thru this. Thank you, Junko Gupta

Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.

It was perfect. Thank you so much!

JAL staff is always super professional, polite, and helpful. The ground staff in Japan were exceptionally helpful by solving our connection problems perfectly.

Most of my selected seats were changed to seats I did not want.

I like the airlines but because I used to fly with Japan airlines.this time not much entertainment and delayed flights and not comfortable compare to my previous flight. Food is not good. Flight attendant are confuse. I had to help other rider because they skip to serve him food.Over all is not Japan airlines that I used to ride.

Everything is superb! But I lost my Red Hearted Shape RING in my Business Class Seat Flight JL067 2/27/22 S11. Hope they can find it and revert back to me soonest. Thank You JAL!

I like services, food on board is very nice and delicious.

Lots of space to spread out (which was not their doing) and big seats with big screens and plenty of legroom.

Given it is a Japanese airline and all, it is normal for them to be Japanese-centric. We had an a-hole sitting in front of us at 51F during our flight to Narita and he was trying hard to argue with us in English, and even told us to move to another seat. When I had the flight attendant (her name is Sako on flight JL736 on Jul 26) over to discuss (in English) she went to the guy in front of us and started apologizing to him. For what??? She then came back to us speaking in Japanese and brushed the issue away. Sorry, no this was not acceptable, even though my fiance was okay with the situation."

Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Khuyết điểm: "Canceled flight—absolutely no notification. Convoluted rebooking in whcuhbhey lies to us about what flights we were actually on. Spent a couple hours at Delta rebooking our trip. Lost prepaid night at hotel and dinner eaecatuon plus day of vacation."

In fact, when purchasing it said that information about baggage was not available.Shocked to have to pay 50 dollars for one bag. I am member of Flying Blue. One bag has always been included in the price of a ticket flying transatlantic."

This policy applied even to people with Economy Premium for the rest of the trip (which allows 2 carry-on suitcases, not a useful feature if one cannot begin with this number to reach the transoceanic flight)."

As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Ưu: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Khuyết điểm: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."

Khuyết điểm: "Too many business class seats and the plane is so big it basically feels like flying on coach. You have two seats next to the window so it's exactly the same when trying to get up than in economy class with a passenger stuck next to you"
Ưu: "movies were great, watched a lot of them food, while nothing to write home about, was at least tasty and not inedible the staff was great, friendly, welcoming, hard working loved that we could have wine and snacks"
Khuyết điểm: "we had paid for the exit row and had a luxurious amount of room. But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move."

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in

Didn’t actually fly…had to switch to Miami.

It was a easy process.

Khuyết điểm: "Everything could have been better. The terminal out of Charlotte looked like a bus terminal, unacceptable for AA since it is one of their hubs. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but the airline should have been better prepared for our arrival. While the pilot did an excellent job in getting us in NY on time after airport delays on departure, AA must have not had enough staff working when we arrived. Customers waited over 30 minutes for bags to arrive, which arrived at a different belt than what had been originally scheduled. There were no AA staff in sight when we arrived in NY either. I will do my best not to fly AA again."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight from Miami to Sao Paulo was delayed, therefore, I lost the flight from Sao Paulo to Asunción, those from Latam did not give me any solution and they sent me to the people of American Airlines saying it was their fault. I traveled 3 hours through the whole airport and they did not give me any solution, no new flight."

But we ended up landing earlier than expected so I went to the gate to see if I could get on my original early flight and she was rude and told me I can’t keep switching flights.....when I pointed out that AA had rebooked me she was like ok but you can’t keep switching flights. Then she yelled at the lady behind me who was trying to get to a hospital. -1 Service for AA"
Ưu: "Good is that they sent you to Finnair to correct AA created break in service...why would they pay for it? AA is just an operator per itinerary! Why would you care if ppl get help with connections!"
Khuyết điểm: "Checked in online on Finnair and automatically for the second connecting flight...and not the first -AA. So, had to check-in again for the first flight at the terminal. Board passes were printed 2 out of 3 by AA and both had errors - wrong gate for the first flight and no boarding info for the second connecting flight - just blank! AA did not provide connecting info until I found an unoccupied employee at the terminal and customer service lines were about 20 people in 2 locations I went to. The connecting info should be in the itinerary they said at customer service...nope, it was not there either!"

I should get a refund on that extra money I paid for those seats that we did not get. Also, I booked British Air and was put on American Airlines. I sure hope the seats home are what we chose and paid extra for. So disappointed. Feels a bit like fraud to pay extra for something and not receive it."

When I first received my boarding pass, the pass listed gate A24 as the one where my flight was scheduled to depart. The plane destined to depart from Dallas to LAX did not show up. However, a few of us were kindly offered a cot and blankets to sleep on. The next morning I folded the cot and the blankets and found an American Airline staff member who swiftly rescheduled me for another flight to LAX. She did state that the original flight had departed at 11:15 p.m."
Khuyết điểm: "From around 6 P.M., December 11, 2017, I was at gate A24 - the gate listed as the Departure gate for my return flight to Los Angeles. The last flight that left went to Saint Louis, I believe. There was never a flight to depart from Gate 24 to Los Angeles. I believe the gate may have been changed and for some reason, those who were at Gate 24 were not informed. Also, the travel instructions on the advertisement for scheduling the flight mentioned the ability to carry on luggage for no additional charge. When I received my boarding pass, it stated I was only allowed to carry on baggage that would fit underneath the seat and not in the overhead bin. I had to pay to check my baggage that I thought was free. In spite of the changes, the flight was a good flight. Thank you"

We have brains, we can figure out how to plug our head phones in to watch the inflight entertainment. After saying the “show” was going to start, it never did. The screens were down the whole time and it remained black. good thing I had my phone with a movie on it, or I would be very bored for the 3 1/2 hour flight. Never flying with American Airlines again."

Khuyết điểm: "After madly rushing to get to the gate, we found out 5 minutes before scheduled boarding time that there would be a 15 minute delay in boarding. After that, we were told there would be another 30 minute delay. Once we were on board and the cabin doors were closed we were told there would be another 55 minute delay. Also, LGA is such a mess these days due to construction and would have been nice to get an email notification beforehand about it. We barely made our outgoing flight!"

Khuyết điểm: "American (Alaska was a code share) did not tell us which terminal this flight left from. It was a sattelight terminal which required a long slow bus ride. Carrying luggage up and down stairs. The deplaning experience was such I would avoid the only nonstop to our destination."
Ưu: "Crew was as communicative as possible about the delay process. Answered questions and suggested solutions for travelers who were affected by the delay."
Khuyết điểm: "The maintenance crew delayed the flight by over an hour because they were not able to get a technician to the plane until an hour after the scheduled takeoff time."
Khuyết điểm: "I paid $75.00 to take an earlier flight and Americans crew error nullified this. I feel ripped off."

Staff was very attentive. They took real good care of us. Flight on time etc.. I have not flown United much in the past however after this trip and how well things have gone. United might just have converted me.

The flight was EXACTLY on time and a pleasant flight. All Covid safe practices were in effect.

The ticket agent said the plane was full and there was nothing they could do. It was very frustrating."

Khuyết điểm: "When we got to Denver there was no one to help William off the plane. We even called ahead of time to make sure someone would be there with a wheelchair. The captain of the plane had to help him off the plane. It was so sad. William was so embarrassed. When it was time to board still no wheelchair. He had to struggle to get back on."
Ưu: "Unusual flight in that it was not full, so could really stretch out and sleep, even in economy! Forgot to book seats in advance but gate attendant gave us very nice seats Wonderful crew"

Ưu: "My father passed away earlier that day and I needed a ticket quickly to fly home. At the airport I was a mess and the airline counter attendant was so amazing helping me ( I had never flown United and had no idea about their luggage policies ect..). She quickly pulled me aside.. helped me with checking in and did her best to fine me another seat thatvwas better than the one I had already chosen.Also, she gave me a hug and her condolences. Flying with an airline that has heart helped me so much during one of the most difficult times of my life. I will absolutely fly with them again."

It kept cutting in and out and "searching for signal", I only was able to see 1/4 of the movie I paid for with all the interruptions in signal."

I don't mind going without food for a flight but my husband had surgery die to diverticulitis and can only eat certain food. The flight attendant said that she was going to check if there is anything left in first class but it took for ever and I become impatient as the light were turned off and people were getting ready to sleep. So I switch on the light and another flight attendant came by. I explained the situation but she came back with the same Indian vegetarian dish we turned away. After more frustration and explanation the Stewart came with the. Hi Ken version. I gave my husband my share and he was able to finally take his medication and eat the chicken with the bread. I only ate the ice cream and had a glass of wine. Later on the first flight attendant who served us the meal came with a couple of oranges and a bag of chips. Saying she got this from first class. I kept the oranges and gave her back the chips. Floghing with United is very disappointing to put it mildly."

We arrived early to avoid lines and congestion due to spring break, TSA, and customs only to find the counter closed."
Ưu: "I had not been given a choice of gluten free meal before boarding so I declined the food offered, and the attendant, without my asking her to , went and found something gluten free."

Khuyết điểm: "If you need to cancel a flight wit Air Canada or Southwest you will have one year to use the cost of your flight as a credit. You must to be completely sure to fly with United. If you have to cancel, NO refund will be made. I try to change my flight to Canada and they impose a PENALTY of $200 per passenger!! (almost the price of each ticket). So, avoid United, unless you have no other choice."

Khuyết điểm: "The entertainment system was lacking compared to the system on the Lufthansa flight from Riyadh. The touch screen wasn't easy to manipulate and the choice of movies wasn't the same. I know it was united coming to Chicago but the actual Lufthansa airline flight exceeded expectations over united by far!"

When arriving at LAX we had to wait on the plane runway for 36 mins before being able to get off. Again no one told us why or what was going on. 5 passengers had to sprint to make our next flight which was international and we almost missed it"
