Khuyết điểm: "Our Kochi to Dubai flight was late, the bus at Dubai airport was extremely slow and we reached Dubai airport two minutes prior to the closing of the boarding of the onward flight. We had to literally run to catch our onward flight to Boston. However, the ground staff at Dubai were excellent, called the gate staff to alert them about us and managed to get us on board. Surprisingly, our luggage was also loaded on to the same flight and we couldn't believe we got the luggage in Boston! Overall, all went well."

And bvos of that, Emirates staff didnt allow me to chkin my dutyfree stuff which they threw away.. i want to be compensated for that."

A380 business cabin has been economy classed to within an inch of its life, too few crew and those that are on duty disorganised and stressed. 777 crew ratio was 3 crew to 1 pax :)"
Khuyết điểm: "Engine noise. Boarding in Dubai was a farce as called to gate even though aircraft was severely delayed inbound. Surly lounge staff didn’t help. Business Class gate desk ‘closed’ even though staffed as person was busy on the phone. Weird 2 - 3 - 2 layout means window and centre seats have to clamber over reclined neighbours. Seat width better than A380 and also less tomb like when reclined to nearly flat bed."

This was the worst trip ever, Latan just tossed me to Gol airline, which doesn't have any tv on it, one of the boarding lady at Miami airport was so rude, If that's the way they will treat people that buy a cheap flight, we should be warned.

We were charged to check bags
Latam never said that I needed a PCR test 24 hours prior to traveling. I got an email saying “72 hours”. I had to leave the airport in Santiago, pay $45 for a taxi and pay $50 for a rapid test and then rush back to the airport. The Santiago flight left late and I lost my JFK connection to SFO. Alaska air couldn’t help. I had to buy a new ticket
There are 3 reasons to fly a different airline and 1 to fly this one. Cons 1. Getting off the plane they row by row but you cannot stand up before. It took nearly 3x the time and people that are slower that normally wait were being assisted by flight attendant so we all sat and watched. 2. we could NOT use phones while waiting to get off plane as they claimed they were fueling ... That is 7 year old fears. 3. They don't board in any logical way so just a complete mess. Pro 1. Clean plane

Having to purchase a whole new ticket from the airline, save the money and frustration and avoid Kayak and just book directly with the airline. The ticket would have and should have been changed with no fees. $325 lesson learned."

They had assigned 3 people to my seat which was an isle seat I had chosen upon purchasing my ticket 5 months prior. I was changed to a middle seat. They had an extra (makeshift) security check point on the actual boarding ramp. They made everyone open their carry-on bags and suitcases on folding tables just before entering the plane. They also took beverages bought at the gift shops, right before getting on the plane which was unusual. Overall ground crew was not very customer service oriented. In flight crew was better."

People pushing, standing right next to you, when you get on the plane all the old women who do not know how to read always walk to the back of the plane when they're supposed to be sitting in seat 7? Been there? Seen that? Yes ! Seen it a million times. What makes this particular flight so unbelievable, and maybe it was just a training day because there was a lot of airline personnel at the check in kiosk, but I have never processed on to a flight in Columbia, given up my baggage, and be walking to the gate so fast in my life! I truly hope this is something that will become standard, and I pray to God that the other airlines especially Viva will learn how to do!"

According to Latam, Virgin changed my flight and forgot to rebook my return home. I ended up sleeping at the Lima airport, paying out of pocket almost $2000 and having to fly through Miami. No one took responsibility for the fact my ticket was changed and I wasn't informed - unacceptable."
