Khuyết điểm: "I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was difficult with poor communication, before impolite request for spot check of carry-on bag and person. Ended up being one of the last to board. Entertainment system did not work, and after 4 requests for assistance to different crew members finally gave up asking and so had no entertainment for whole of flight. The last of the crew members suggested that an alternative seat or a future flight voucher could be given, but neither of these materialized. Food mediocre, and crew polite, but some not particularly friendly."

I showed up early and was told that I had to take by suitcase to another location if I wanted to check in 3 hours early. After lugging the suitcase a quarter of a mile, I was told that they don't do that and I had to return to the designated gate at the appropriate time."

Ưu: "Everything went smoothly on the rebooked flight the next day through Vienna to Newark USA. The flight on Austrian airlines was quite comfortable, good food and entertainment for the long flight. Boarding and deboarding all very smooth. Very helpful SWISS staff helped locate our luggage when we missed connecting flight the previous day."
Khuyết điểm: "Thunderstorm at Zurich caused delay of our flight into Zurich, and we missed original connecting flight to USA. Many other travelers affected and there were no other flights that day. One wonders if they could have held the flight for one hour or so to allow everyone to make the flight. There was a huge line, 2-3 hours of waiting, at SWISS transfer desk to rebook. It took another 2 hours to locate our luggage. I believe SWISS were required by EU regs to provide overnight accommodations and meals. But the hotel was 30+ km from the airport and we were not confident we would have transport in the morning to make our rebooked flight. Because we could not take the chance already being delayed by a day, we booked an airport hotel at our own expense. Overall experience of the missed connection was negative based on the airline's (SWISS) procedures, but the individual SWISS staff helping us were all helpful and made extra effort to accommodate."

Khuyết điểm: "I was not able to buy from the duty free discounted offers on the plane. The discounted shopping panflet was not on my LA/Zurich flight.... so I didn't see it and did not buy then.... And on my second part of the trip Zurich/Nice they refused to sell me to me from the Duty Free because they didn't have time..... :( The dark hair flight attendant in the back of that plane was not informative or nice....I had to talk to the head flight attendant in the front of the plane, she was more professional! Other than that everything was good!"

Ưu: "I got ill on my flight to Zurich and the Swiss Flight Attendants attended to me like true professionals. They made sure I was comfortable until we landed which meant the world to me considering I was SO far away from my home. I'd like to especially acknowledge Frank, one of the attendants, who sat next to me to make sure I did not feel alone while I was sitting in the back with ice on my head, and felt like the world was spinning. He was my point of trust and warmth. That was not only extraordinary service, but human compassion at it's finest. Furthermore, the head attendant, who's name I could not get in the haze of the flight, escorted me from the plane to the cart who took me to the lounge to recover until my next flight. Thank you, Swiss Airlines, for having employees who knew how to triage my illness, and took care of me like family would. I appreciate it greatly and will surely be booking all my future European flights on Swiss. Please extend my gratitude to the flight crew on my Athens - Zurich flight on 5/28."
Khuyết điểm: "On the flight to Zurich the passenger behind me gave me a difficult time about reclining my seat back but keep in mind he had his reclined. Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

This wasn't a huge problem for me, but a taller passenger would be rendered unable to watch anything on the in-seat entertaniment system if the person in front of them was reclined."

For example: The crew seemed tentative and untrained. Saw the crew once between the meal at beginning and the meal at the end. I wonder where they can hide for so long on a small plane? Too many announcements by the Captain -- shut up and fly the damn plane! Do you think the crew might replenish the toilet paper on an 8 hour flight? on another note: Seat spacing is adjustable - very close seats Overall--- underwhelmed"

Khuyết điểm: "Having to pay for a second checked bag. And the refreshment (I think it was supposed to be ice cream) was awful. Also, I think it was the young pilots virgin flight. The jerky take off and bouncy initial flight was capped off with an approach to the runway for landing that was very scary, much too fast and wobbly. Thankfully the plane was pulled back up into the air, just before touch down, circled for ten minutes, and retried the landing. This time perfectly smooth and successful."
Last minute gate change had all passengers trotting across the terminal. No ground staff on hand to help inform, just an announcement (in Spanish only) on the PA for the change. otherwise short flight itself was fine
Everything was a nightmare from the long boarding right up until they lost my luggage. Worst flight ever.
There was not enough time to get through security without running and cutting lines. I like that all my documents where in order before I got in line.
Worst, most uncomfortable seats I have ever flown in. Iberia Express a321neo I think

The flight was hours late and caused me to miss my connection to Boston. Iberia was slow to fix things at the airport and ended sending me to a low-budget hotel. This was a bad experience overall and I will likely discontinue using Kayak again going forward.

Khuyết điểm: "While the entertainment system had good options, the screen was very unresponsive when pushing the buttons. On average, it would take me over 10 tries to get any on screen button to work. Gave up several times."
Khuyết điểm: "The people working on the land side lack of a complete sense of service. They are rude, unrespectful and with no professionalism. It is a shame that the last impression you get from Israel is the aggressiveness."
Ưu: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."

Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

You have to go to the airport to recover the baggage. I would NOT RECOMMEND this airline to anyone. The plane was quite old and there are no screens on the seats. One of my worst experiences flying in the last 40 years."

It wasn't necessary to check them because there was plenty of room in the overhead bins when we got on the flight. We immediately asked a flight attendant to help when I realized they might not go through and he said he spoke to someone who caught and tagged the bags to go through, but it still didn't happen. It would have been easier if he had just brought them to us on the plane. Another women's bag was taken with all her baby supplies and bottles in it for a 16-hour travel day. Very frustrating for all of us."

Otherwise I would not have gotten back until over 24 hours later the next day. So, in the end I had to spend over $200 more to get home. I really have never had a good experience flying Iberia."
Khuyết điểm: "This was American Airlines, not Iberia. Flight was supposed to leave at 9:45 pm but was delayed to 10:30 pm. At around 10:45 the flight was delayed again. At around 11 we were told that our pilots were too tired to fly and two other pilots might fly us but we wouldn't know untill 12:30 am. At 12:45 am we were told the back up pilots refused the trip. American Airlines has no back up plan for this apparently and the flight was cancelled till 9:30 am the next day. It was 2:00 am before I received a hotel voucher. Overall terrible experience."

When the plane doors closed on our return trip, we asked the crew about the empty pre-booked seats and they allowed us to move. We really should get a rebate for this leg since we were put in the wrong seats."

Seat light not working 4. Horrible Boarding process in Heathrow and overcrowded waiting area in both Manchester and Heathrow terminals. 5. Being assigned other seats on return trip despite calling 2 weeks before to confirm we had the pre-booked seats. 6. Phone calls prior to check in and talks at check in could not resolve the seat issues. One excuse at check in was poor exchange of data between Iberia and BA. but we booked the advanced seating via BA website."
