Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
I was connecting from Atlanta to Chicago to get on this flight. Unlike other airports I've been to, I didn't need to go through security check point which was very convenient and very efficient. I'll use Chicago O'Hara to connect from now on.
I like the service. The seat cushion was worn out and very uncomfortable.

I called Kayak to resolve this since I had confirmation of the booking and was placed on hold. After 2 HOURS I hung up. At roughly 4:00 am I spoke with someone at Kayak who confirmed the flight was cancelled and that I was not contacted. An offer was made to put me on another flight a day later but that was impossible because of needing another Covid test. I was able to arrange another flight that was more expensive."

The screens with arrivals and departures posted that Checkin was open but there was no JAL staff to answer questions. Then getting an update “maybe” the 00:10 flight is cancelled? What is maybe cancelled and JALs phone messege still said the flight would depart at 00:10. So I go back to JFK because after all “maybe” isnt a definitive and according to all the direct JAL sources the flight is suppose to depart, I get to JFK the second time only to be given a printout saying the flight is cancelled with no rebooking, and to call for assistance. The same number is been calling for hours trying to get answers. coukdnt reschedules because I’m calling outside of business hours! I spent $200 on cab rides going back and forth to JFK to go nowhere, get no apology, no new flight booking, and no reimbursement for transportation."

Many passengers on the flight including us had international connections through Tokyo, with only an hour between flights. It was clear we were all going to miss this connection, but in a frantic and haphazard way, the JAL crew's only solution at the gate was just to get us all on the next flight out to Tokyo (I believe via China Air) no matter what our individual final destinations were. They said "from Narita, they will handle all your connections to your final destination." This was a bizarre solution. Why not reroute us individually on other partner airlines, through other countries/cities, from this international airport in Taipei, like airlines usually do? (Also, all of this disorganized communication by the JAL crew at the gate was never translated into English, I just happen to speak a little mandarin and was able to understand what they were directing us to do). My wife was the one who searched for an alternative route on her phone (through HK instead of Tokyo) via their partner airline Cathay pacific and showed it to the JAL rep at the transfer counter, and through a series of radio and phone calls, only then did they say "there might be seats left", but they couldn't book the seats for us there. In order to make the flight, we had to sprint ourselves to a completely different terminal and concourse to another transfer counter to finally book our seats on this Cathay flight. Needless to say, our luggage did not get pulled from JAL in time to make it on the Cathay flights, so we are waiting 2-3 days for them to hopefully be found and sent to us. Overall, I was completely disappointed by the JAL staff, who didn't take responsibility or ownership of the situation, and who's solution to just fly everyone out to Tokyo, no matter our final destination, and to leave us to figure out our connections there was extremely short-sighted and irresponsible, and was a total disservice to their customers. I expect much more from this airline. On another note, we flew JAL from Boston to Tokyo, and Tokyo to Taipei: the food was terrible and food options were really subpar for an international flight, I would've expected much better from JAL and the dreamliner flight."

The in-flight meals, inspired by Japanese recipes of the Japanese destination or origin, were finely made - that goes even for Economy Class. When there was a delay that was ultimately out of their control, they made things right with post-landing arrangements. Never take any other country's airline when flying into Japan - always always ALWAYS take ANA whenever you can. (Avoid codeshares, too!!)"

I paid so much money for tickets and they are saying they don't have meal . When I talked to ground staff about this they also said the same thing and when I asked them what about my next flight meals they said that will let me know at the the time of boarding that they can provide me with food or not. Hell it was so disgusting that you guys will tell me at the time of boarding that you are going to let me know whether you are going to give me food or not.. And they know that I am not alone I was traveling with my 5 year old son also. They are really hopeless. I am really disappointed"
Ưu: "I will try and avoid Narita airport, and Ana again. You have to climb a number of stairs with your carry-on off the buses, and then have to go through security again, it's a hassle. I'll prefer the ICN or other airports which are more travel friendly."

This flight was booked through American Airlines Vacations but was flown on Level Airlines operated by Iberia Airlines. Level is a low budget airline that most items, including additional food and drink are extra. The fight from Barcelona to San Francisco was non stop and over 12 hours in length. They did offer water, if you requested it for free. Flight attendants only came through the isle for dinner service and a light snack an hour before landing. I ordered 2 additional Coke Zero cups of soda, not even the can mind you for €2.50 each. American Airlines needs to advise those who fly this carrier of the lack of service that comes with the price of your ticket.
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
The crew was great. Seating is cramped and too small.

They have this tiny little frame no reasonable carry-on could possibly fit into. Over and over again I see people including myself and my traveling companion’s having to check their carry-on bag because their “too big” this is nonsense. These are standard size bags. It’s more than enough space on board the plane. In a way in which the gate check individuals handle this interaction is a palling you’re insulting demanding and don’t give you a chance to rearrange your luggage so I can go into their absurd dimensions"

Khuyết điểm: "it was not clear that finnair was being operated by american airlines. when I arrived to the airport in Paris, they couldn't locate my flight on finairr or american. my flight was missed and the staff on both airlines (finnair and partner american airline) were soo unhelpful. I have never missed a flight, I travel for work, in the air, more than on the ground and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. I was super disappointed that even after all the mistakes, no one would help me find a new flight and I had to pay for another one. Even after calling finnair several times and pleading for some answers or help."
