Everything. Was great except the delay.

It could be better if you let the seniors check in,like the family with children. I’m pertaining the seniors that are not in the wheelchair who are in the long line with other passengers. It will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Connecting flight was delayed by four hours and crew was not sure Did not inform when the flight will leave. Passengers from another delayed flight gathered around our gate and blocked us from entering boarding our plane. They were demanding that our flight should be canceled and didn’t let us board. Security was present they were taking notes but never intervened. This is the first time I have experience this type of chaos on an airport but from the signs posted, it appears that it may be normal situation and this airport. Didn’t expect I will have to push through a mob to board the air plane."

Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.

Crew service is good

I am request a total refund and suffering. Fight JL7519 from Miami to Los Angeles on June 9. I paid my Covid test $300usd (antigen then PCR). I also booked three Hong Kong Hotels. W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". Best flying experience

Easy flight boarded late but they made up the time

They are all good,but can’t compare with Japanese airlines

It was very frustrating experience with Kayak and Japan Airlines. Chatdeal with Kayak has handled the issue in a very unprofessional manner. I had booked japan airlines from San Diego to Bengaluru via narita on Nov 21. While at San Diego airport , I came to know that japan airlines flight from Narita to Bengaluru was cancelled 2 months ago. The airlines asked me to check with Kayak as they were the primary ticket issuer. Now the issue begins from here : Chatdeal in association with Kayak was my primary ticket issuer. Firstly the customer support number that they had issued was of no use as it would always ask me to connect to representative via chat. So I went over chat over. Now in the chat, the representative were very slow in responding. They took almost 30 min for 1 response. All this while I was at San Diego airport having nowhere to go. Finally after hours of discussion, they said that this matter will be taken care by CHANGE section of chatdeal and they would require 24 hrs to come back. I objected as I was in San Diego airport with nowhere else to go. I decided to book a flight myself at 2.5 times to original cost. Finally I agreed and waited for 24hrs. But they never got back. After couple of days and after multiple attempts to get response over mail, finally they responded just to wait for some more days and its Still on going after 1.5 months. This was one of the worst case of professionalism

Stewardesses are so nice! Food is really good I will choose japan airline again!

Especially, when it comes to unexpected occurrences regarding test certificates and sudden new regulations. Not everything is always black and white and not everyone has the same capacity to afford rebooking flights or re-testing. Treatment of foreigners in general at the LAX airport, on my flight at least, were unprofessional and inconsiderate. I generally like flying with Japan Airlines but after what I have seen and experienced personally I’m not so sure it is still one of my number one airlines to fly with anymore."

They aren't great for sleeping in, but the flight was decently quiet and dark for some time. I would recommend bringing a pair of earplugs and a neck pillow."

I couldn't even fit my purse under the seat in front of me. I have had more space on Southwest flights. My husband, who is 6'1" could barely get his knees in front of him. This is insane for a 10 hr flight...worse on the way to Japan for a 13 hr flight. Also, not a whole lot of drink service. i was dying for water but it is very difficult to get out of the middle seat to find it. Would NOT book again on this airline."

Khuyết điểm: "I thought I had ordered a vegetarian meal when I booked the flight roughly 1.5 months prior to my trip. However, when the meal was being served, there was only a chicken or pork option and my vegetarian meal had either not been properly booked or had been forgotten. When I informed the staff, I was asked to show proof that I ordered a veggie meal. I could not pull up my email confirmation as we were flying and there was no internet access. I had to lug my bag out of the overhead and search for a print out confirmation. I had not come prepared with the "evidence" the stewardess wanted. While the staff tried to be polite, I also found them to be quite rude, demanding that I produce evidence. Could they not have simply given me an extra salad without all the fuss? I felt I was being treated as a criminal for requesting a veggie meal that had, unfortunately, not been recorded in their system."

Flight was 5 hr delayed, we missed our connection flight. Had to wait another 5 hrs for our next flight. The whole day was wasted.

The departure time changed 3 times in a 2 day period and in one of those times it was moved from 1:40pm to 1:25pm causing many people to rush through the airport due to the earlier boarding time

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in

I saw no sanitizing on any of the three flights I had to take to get to Detroit. of the four airports only the one in Guadalajara asked any health questions and could be seen sanitizing the waiting room and eliminating seats to keep spacing."

Flew with a 1st class upgrade to DFW and upon missing the connection to DSM (imputable to AA) I would have expected AA to have me await my later conection (3 hrs AA 2488) in the Admiral’s club especially after having paid for the upgrade. Instead, the bozo at the Admiral’s Club entrance in Terminal A A23 indicated that only Mexico City passengers were allowed into the Club even if as a GDL passenger I had a 1st class boarding pass. Poor and misguided management of the moment of truth on behalf of your employee with a 1 Million Miler customer. My experience recently with Delta and United has been with more open minded, customer centric and better trained airline staff. Disappointing and hope someone will read this and let me know that my note was heard. What is next?"

Khuyết điểm: "Everything about the flight was awful. Food pathetic, my monitor didn’t work, smooshed between 2 overweight passengers. Flight crew lacked simple etiquette."
Khuyết điểm: "The bathroom supplies were not replenished. In fact, the facial tissue was empty at beginning of flight. When the toilet paper ran out, I finally informed the attendant and they fixed everything. It seems that checking on that stuff was not part of their routine."

Ưu: "Friendly crew. Due to the apparent regularity of excessively delayed American Airlines flights, they had the staff at O'hare bring a cart filled with cheap canned juice and Diet Soda to lessen the blow of their consistently delayed flights."
Khuyết điểm: "Like every other American Airlines flight I've ever been on, it was delayed. Including the American flight from Denver to Chicago. We pay entirely too much money to these airlines for them to deliver such painfully mediocre service and consistently delayed flights. I recommend that this airline do a SERIOUS audit of their Preventative Maintenance/Service division across their hubs. If I fly American, I would bet my entire checking account that the plane will be delayed well over 2 hours."
Ưu: "I got there safe and there was some entertainment"

Ưu: "Nice head rest (although it did not stay bent at angle, so could actually rest against it)."
Khuyết điểm: "Think it is ridiculous that I had to pay so much to select a seat ahead of time, and it was just a regular seat. I can understand for extra legroom or exit row, but for a regular seat, that is ridiculous. Then there was a fee to change priority boarding, so I could ensure I was able to have my carry-on with me, instead of risk having it go underneath."

Khuyết điểm: "I booked on BA I ended up on AA. US carriers to Europe gives inferior service vis a vis the competition if i wanted a US carrier I would have booked one. It was bait & switch. Compared to whats available in entertainment & comfort on flights, this was like a hires & buggy"
Khuyết điểm: "The seats are terrible. On the first leg I couldn't use the back of the seat. Four hours hunched over in a tiny space is not fun."
Ưu: "The price is competitive. On boarding was ontime. Though the flight was redirected to Omaha due to bad weather in Kansas City, it was only an hour late than the scheduled arrival to Kansas City."

Khuyết điểm: "First flight was delayed 5:30 hours, so I was moved to different flights because I would not have made my connections but those flights were uncomfortable and had bad service and the people working didnt even so much as offer me complimentary peanuts"

I cancelled trip home from Cabo. Stayed anther 6 days. Took Swoop home to YYZ.

Delays

Khuyết điểm: "Seats were uncomfortable"
Ưu: "Leg room on the regional jet actually was better than that of a larger plane."
Khuyết điểm: "We were summoned to the gate area with an announcement that boarding would start in 5 minutes; this turned out to be L-O-N-G before boarding began. After standing around for at least 30 minutes with no information as to what was happening, departure time was delayed several times. This was around lunch time; when I finally decided to buy lunch in the terminal, the departure time was changed again to an EARLIER time, and I had to board without food."
Ưu: "Crew did a good job. In flight entertainment was great. Need a way to use my wireless headphones with the direct tv (maybe through the United app?)"
Khuyết điểm: "Seats in First Class were not as comfortable as I would expect. Hardly any padding in the back or in the armrests. Didn’t care for the food on either flight. Can’t you just serve some good ol’ Meat and potatoes with gravy, a plain vegetable and a roll?"

Ưu: "The original flight was cancelled. Had to spend 12 hours in airport and pay for a hotel room in Houston plus meals. No compensation from UA"

Khuyết điểm: "Noisy intrusive kids-clueless parents no help from crew"
Khuyết điểm: "I left an important notebook on the back of the seat that was in front of me; I was assigned a seat on the rouse 8. Can you do something to get it back to me please?"
Khuyết điểm: "The plane was late, I request wheal chair for my mother because she can't see for one eye no more and only 30% can see on her good eye and in Houston she was lost inside the aeroport because no one take care of my mother , yes lost for almost two hours, very very disappoint , I always book thru Kayak and never complaint, this time very disappointed , Glad my mother is okay"

Khuyết điểm: "Insufficient meals available for the passengers. Flight time was moved back twice and then up. It can really cause problems for people when departure times are moved up. In flight programs were good but no headphones provided. Good thing we brought some!"

Khuyết điểm: "Their new fare for budget flights processing is outrageous. I was advised booking the flight carrying size only undervfront seat storage. Then got an email explaining how this works. Then tried to checkin online 24 hours prior and you can't since you are not checking baggage. Got to airport to find that can't checkin except at counter as you need a UAL employee to scan their I'd during process to get boarding pass. Waited for employee and then she was rude about it. Again reminded me I can't bring anything else onboard or will cost me extra at gate. If UAL wants to offer this they need to be more customer friendly. I was far from impressed for the inconvenience I experienced being s longtime UAL Frequent Flier."

Khuyết điểm: "Getting to airport early only to find at the last moment the plane was delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight. Had to rebook and spent the entire day in airports arriving at our destination very late at night. Wasted a day of vacation."

Khuyết điểm: "The people behind the desk to give you your boarding pass took forever to show..there was no information as to why."
Ưu: "The crew was friendly & responsive. The snack options were good & I got the whole can of Ginger Ale, without asking! Overall, a pleasant experience."

Khuyết điểm: "the omlete was so nasty and the sausage thing tasted horrible"
Ưu: "United covered my hotel room and gave me $30 in meal vouchers. Would have rather been at my destination though."

Ưu: "Loved that the crew was attentive."
Khuyết điểm: "I wanted to charge my device, no outlets available. No TV screen available for movies, just makes the time go by faster when I'm distracted."
Ưu: "The punctuality"
Ưu: "The people were really nice. We left on time or early on most flights which was also nice. Like the variety of liquor and prices for beverage that's offered."
Khuyết điểm: "The in flight entertainment doesn't compare to delta. Our last plane was getting retired so it didn't have any in flight entertainment and the snacks tasted really old. The other flights had spotty connection at best and was hard to connect to their movies."
Khuyết điểm: "How can united cancel my return reservation after they delayed my arrival flight forcing me to jump in a car and drive the 3 hrs I could have driven earlier that day! i choose to fly to make life easier but due to the service I would rather use a different airline or just drive to ensure I'll be at my destination on time."

Khuyết điểm: "Was so hot in the plane while we were stuck on runway ir was ridiculous. I was just sitting there literally sweating to the point my shirt was soaking wet."

Khuyết điểm: "I don't understand why United boards economy class from front to back. It's time consuming, cumbersome, and frustrating. My seat was back in row 35. By the time I boarded, the crew made an announcement that all of the rear overhead bins were full and we should stow our luggage before we get there. No attendant was anywhere nearby to assist with luggage stowing or identifying available locations. I ended up stowing my suitcase in row 14, after moving someone else's luggage to the side to make room for my own. I've gotten yelled at for as much as this on other flights in the past."

Khuyết điểm: "The plane was so damn HOT inside. Then we sat on the tarmac for 40mins, while being cramped inside with no word from the flight crew, on why we were not taking off. Worst and most uncomfortable flight in years for me and the rest of us suffering passengers on board.... Horrible Horrible Flight"

Khuyết điểm: "Terrible behavior by the crew. It felt truly humiliating to be spoken to condescendingly by them and treated very badly."

Khuyết điểm: "Held up at check in because of understaffing. Long TSA line. When we finally got to gate wouldn't let us board. Then agent was extremely rude about putting us on a different flight. Have always flown Delta and am sorry I ever strayed. It will never happen again."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight cancelled- rebooked then delayed 9 times- sat in airport for 12 hours for a one hour flight!!"
Khuyết điểm: "We were suppose to depart around 7:20pm and ended up departing at 10pm. Was said they magically had 4 brocken seats over the past flight! Did not like the waiting period and how they managed it."
