Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
I am request a total refund and suffering. Fight JL7519 from Miami to Los Angeles on June 9. I paid my Covid test $300usd (antigen then PCR). I also booked three Hong Kong Hotels. W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". I lost my non-refundable hotel money and didn't get the ticket to go to Hong Kong. Easy flight boarded late but they made up the time
They are all good,but can’t compare with Japanese airlines
It was very frustrating experience with Kayak and Japan Airlines. Chatdeal with Kayak has handled the issue in a very unprofessional manner. I had booked japan airlines from San Diego to Bengaluru via narita on Nov 21. While at San Diego airport , I came to know that japan airlines flight from Narita to Bengaluru was cancelled 2 months ago. The airlines asked me to check with Kayak as they were the primary ticket issuer. Now the issue begins from here : Chatdeal in association with Kayak was my primary ticket issuer. Firstly the customer support number that they had issued was of no use as it would always ask me to connect to representative via chat. So I went over chat over. Now in the chat, the representative were very slow in responding. They took almost 30 min for 1 response. All this while I was at San Diego airport having nowhere to go. Finally after hours of discussion, they said that this matter will be taken care by CHANGE section of chatdeal and they would require 24 hrs to come back. I objected as I was in San Diego airport with nowhere else to go. I decided to book a flight myself at 2.5 times to original cost. Finally I agreed and waited for 24hrs. But they never got back. After couple of days and after multiple attempts to get response over mail, finally they responded just to wait for some more days and its Still on going after 1.5 months. This was one of the worst case of professionalism
Stewardesses are so nice! Food is really good I will choose japan airline again!

Especially, when it comes to unexpected occurrences regarding test certificates and sudden new regulations. Not everything is always black and white and not everyone has the same capacity to afford rebooking flights or re-testing. Treatment of foreigners in general at the LAX airport, on my flight at least, were unprofessional and inconsiderate. I generally like flying with Japan Airlines but after what I have seen and experienced personally I’m not so sure it is still one of my number one airlines to fly with anymore."

Free WiFi worked surprisingly well - I was able to make a video call to my family. The plane was clean and tidy . Not really much more to say as it was a very short flight."

I like the variety of food choices and some of the dishes were delicious (salmon and rice). The seats are pretty comfortable. They aren't great for sleeping in, but the flight was decently quiet and dark for some time. I would recommend bringing a pair of earplugs and a neck pillow."

I couldn't even fit my purse under the seat in front of me. I have had more space on Southwest flights. My husband, who is 6'1" could barely get his knees in front of him. This is insane for a 10 hr flight...worse on the way to Japan for a 13 hr flight. Also, not a whole lot of drink service. i was dying for water but it is very difficult to get out of the middle seat to find it. Would NOT book again on this airline."

Khuyết điểm: "I thought I had ordered a vegetarian meal when I booked the flight roughly 1.5 months prior to my trip. However, when the meal was being served, there was only a chicken or pork option and my vegetarian meal had either not been properly booked or had been forgotten. When I informed the staff, I was asked to show proof that I ordered a veggie meal. I could not pull up my email confirmation as we were flying and there was no internet access. I had to lug my bag out of the overhead and search for a print out confirmation. I had not come prepared with the "evidence" the stewardess wanted. While the staff tried to be polite, I also found them to be quite rude, demanding that I produce evidence. Could they not have simply given me an extra salad without all the fuss? I felt I was being treated as a criminal for requesting a veggie meal that had, unfortunately, not been recorded in their system."

Flight was 5 hr delayed, we missed our connection flight. Had to wait another 5 hrs for our next flight. The whole day was wasted.
The departure time changed 3 times in a 2 day period and in one of those times it was moved from 1:40pm to 1:25pm causing many people to rush through the airport due to the earlier boarding time
4 hour delay due to mechanical issue and no compensation was offered. Missed the last train home because of this and instead of a $3 rare, it was $50
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Everything was OK except the refreshments.

I saw no sanitizing on any of the three flights I had to take to get to Detroit. of the four airports only the one in Guadalajara asked any health questions and could be seen sanitizing the waiting room and eliminating seats to keep spacing."

Flew with a 1st class upgrade to DFW and upon missing the connection to DSM (imputable to AA) I would have expected AA to have me await my later conection (3 hrs AA 2488) in the Admiral’s club especially after having paid for the upgrade. Instead, the bozo at the Admiral’s Club entrance in Terminal A A23 indicated that only Mexico City passengers were allowed into the Club even if as a GDL passenger I had a 1st class boarding pass. Poor and misguided management of the moment of truth on behalf of your employee with a 1 Million Miler customer. My experience recently with Delta and United has been with more open minded, customer centric and better trained airline staff. Disappointing and hope someone will read this and let me know that my note was heard. What is next?"

Ưu: "Friendly crew. Due to the apparent regularity of excessively delayed American Airlines flights, they had the staff at O'hare bring a cart filled with cheap canned juice and Diet Soda to lessen the blow of their consistently delayed flights."

We pay entirely too much money to these airlines for them to deliver such painfully mediocre service and consistently delayed flights. I recommend that this airline do a SERIOUS audit of their Preventative Maintenance/Service division across their hubs. If I fly American, I would bet my entire checking account that the plane will be delayed well over 2 hours."
