Hour and half boarding then after sitting on the plane foe a hour they announced the plane w Needs repair and were waiting on a mechanic to finish the repairs. Why would they put us on a broken plane? I guess our flight was a test for the repairs. We could of sat in the terminal for the time instead of the plane."

Ưu: "Loved that the crew boarded everyone accorsig to seat zone starting with the backmost part... enabled speedy boarding and you'd think this would be SOP but many PAL flights don't do this. Always happy with the refurbished aircraft and selection of in-flight entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "I couldn't check in online due to the kind of ticket I bought. Was willing to pay for bulkhead seats but had no chance due to unavailability."
Ưu: "the first time a strong turbulence happened, people were screaming and started praying. The pilot got on the speaker and assured the passengers that the plane is ok and able to handle any turbulence. He spoke in a very calm voice and I think it also calmed most of the passengers. I went back to sleep."

Ưu: "I flew PAL 2 years ago and was impressed on this flight home. An awesome added feature that blew me and my 10 year old daughter away was the entertainment! My daughter is afraid of flying. But as soon as we boarded and saw this feature, she completely forgot about her fear. She was so pre-occupied during entire flight to Manila that I was able to relax and enjoy the trip myself. There was a great selection of movies available that almost made me wish the flight was longer so I could watch more! The USB charging option was also a neat feature to have. I could easily charge our phones throughout the flight. I was also impressed with how well staffed the crew was. There was always a crew member going up and down the aisle with water and offering assistance in any way possible. Overall I am happy with the flight. PAL has made the trip home easier, more pleasurable and most importantly closer than ever before. Thank you PAL!"
Khuyết điểm: "It's always difficult to sleep on airlines especially on long flights. I hope one day the seats are much more comfortable and roomier to have some extent ended leg room and better reclining capability."

Ưu: "Customer service was horrible when I called to ask for assistance prior to the trip. The first flight was delayed multiple times for over ten hours due to weather (which was fine) and "waiting for a customer to board." The second return flight was again delayed. The worst was baggage: it took over two hours from parking at gate to me retrieving my check-in baggage from the baggage claim. This airline was horrible. Even though the flight crew was decent, I will not return. This was my first and will be my last time flying with this airline."

Ưu: "Everything was great. The price, the service and food. It reminds me of the way we USE to be treated.on Domestic airlines. How is it that we can receive so much service, free liggage, food, headsets, TV and not receive them on united, American Airlines, jet blue, ETC. It's really a shame when you know this treatment of excellence is possible but not provided on every airline."
