"Flight from Tokyo to Dallas pleasant. One Stewardess offered 1 type of breakfast fried noodles. While another one thought no one approached me but asked if I want noodles or eggs for breakfast. In other words..not same offerings. Upon arrival in Dallas..no wherlchair assistance. Had ro walk from tarmac to terminal, to Immigration, Customs then baggage claim..no help."

Ưu: "The crew was polite, responsive and friendly. The food was very good and served hot. For a flight to Japan, I thought $1,000 round trip direct from Boston was an excellent price considering you got 2 complete meals and additional snacks. Much more than I expected. Would fly Japan Airlines again."

Khuyết điểm: "They have to take the prize for having the absolute slowest customer service in the world. When I booked my tickets, I emailed customer service to make sure I didn’t get a center seat. It took them two months - TWO MONTHS - to email me back, to tell me there was nothing they could do. I also had to be reticketed on my flight from Tokyo to Hanoi. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do this. I had to sit in the airport for 3 1/2 hours to get my ticket changed. Unbelievable. They could’ve chiseled it in stone faster than they issued it."

So I requested the representatives at the check in counters at both airports to change our seats so that we could seat next each other. They were willing to help us out and we got the great seats. They had to ask other customers to help this out, too. In the airplanes, the flight attendants were extremely helpful and friendly when we asked them questions and favors, with nice smiles and calm quiet voices. No wonder the atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet during the both flights. The leg room was roomier and the facilities were newer. When I saw three pilots bowed to the customers before getting into the airplane, I felt they were very professional and ready for their jobs."

It was edible but not impressive."

They booked me a ticket all the way to Singapore without ever asking my permission or informing me. As a result, I was unable to use the ticket, and had to purchase a new one at the airport ticket counter. I called them several times to attempt to fix the issue, but they were utterly unhelpful. I have requested a refund, but am not hopeful based on their past performance. KAYAK should cut all ties with KIWI if it wants to remain reputable."

Ưu: "My husband, my baby(14 months) and I took the flight from Hanoi to New York which was transferred in Korea. The flight from Hanoi to Korea got delayed so we have to fly with Asian Anna instead. The checking took so long and confusing. We barely made the flight from Hanoi to Korea and ran from different terminals to catch the flight from Korea to New York. We paid extra to select seat to sit to gether but then we found out it was just a joke to get money from Justfly since Korean Air said they only arranged seat at check in which we couldn’t check in as early as we wished due to the delay. And from Korea to New York, they lost our 4 luggages. How horrible could that be ? We are thinking about suing justly."

Ưu: "On both of my long haul flights I had very nice, new planes to fly on which were very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating despite having a huge number of people to attend to. Food was good when I ate it. Seats reclined very nicely and there was the most room I've had on a flight ever. Still cramped, but you take what you can get! Would definitely fly again."
Khuyết điểm: "2 complaints I would pose. 1. If we're flying on a super long flight overnight, do you have to turn on every light in the pane to serve food? Can we not keep it kind of dim while literally everyone is trying to sleep? Also, why are you serving a meal at 3AM?! I know we took off 2 hours ago and people may want food before we get into the bulk of the trip, but it's 3AM! Everyone just wants to sleep and now the lights are on and you're offering me a full meal?! Believe me, it's great that you're trying to keep me fed, but come on, we've got 12 hours of flight left to go! 2. The movies offered were really sub par. The "new releases' only had a handful of movies I'd even heard of before and only like 3 I even cared to watch. The "movie classics" were the same way. Gotta step up your movie options when I'm trapped in your plane for 14 hours."

Khuyết điểm: "Old style business seating, quite uncomfortable, not a full recline, very uncomfortable when fully reclined compared to other business planes, TV was small, not good quality, selection of movies was only ok, not great, service was ok, not great, they cater more to Korean customers then other guests, if you are on the upper deck de-planning is difficult and awkward as you have to go through the economy section and staff doesn't keep them seated, so no extra bonus for business in de-planing. washroom items not replaced (toothbrush / mouthwash), overall very average"

Khuyết điểm: "It was raining and the airport was making a lot of announcements about flights that were delayed/canceled but our flight to Korea wasnt mentioned. About an hr before boarding time they changed the gate. The plane we were taking was late arriving. Boarding time was pushed back 30 min. Everyone got on pretty quickly but then we sat in the plane, on the tarmac for over 2 hours. Idk if it was an issue with the plane, or the airport or what. I was sleeping so I didn't bother to ask but my mom was listening. She couldn't hear anything on the PA system. It was too fuzzy."

Ưu: "I love that you get meals and snacks. A lot of airlines really skimp on this, and you are left miserable, hungry, and thirsty. Korean Air will bring you drinks outside the service times set. Free additional bottles of water as well. The service is excellent, the meals are good, and I absolutely love that you get slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and even free headphones should you forget yours. Top service! Good meal portions! I also like that you have 3-4 different meal or snack options each service. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!!! Also, the flight attendants are very polite and courteous. You never feel like they just don't care. They even help with families traveling with small children. A+ guys!"
Khuyết điểm: "I really have nothing negative to say about this airline. They are my favorite, and I fly with them every time I am able, 7 times international to date."

Ưu: "I enjoy flying Korean Air. I get great deals with great service and accommodation."
Khuyết điểm: "It was a late direct flight from Bali to Seoul. The flight was for a 0120 departure, and about 7 hours long. For the flight being a very late departure and both locations being around the same timezone (1 hour difference) I feel as if the lights were left on for too long, over an hour after departure, and then turned on too early, 2 hours prior to landing. Too improve comfort I would suggest to begin service upon takeoff and turning the lights off immediately after, and turning them on an hour before landing to conduct service. Better yet, if possible, conduct service with the lights off and individuals that require additional lighting may use their individual light. I believe, and witnessed in my area, a majority of personnel that just wanted to sleep during these flight hours."

Ưu: "From the April 12 Sydney to Seoul flight, the landing at Seoul was so smooth, so professionally done I hardly knew we had touched ground. That Captain has much to teach all pilots wanting a higher standard to their skills and the recognition of these standards. That caption is worth his/her weight in gold, giving Koran Air a gold standard. To compare, the landing at Osaka April 12, late at night, was done by an apprentice who has much to learn from your gold star captain.."
Khuyết điểm: "The same Sydney to Seoul flight, crossed the Qld Great Barrier Reef around 11am April 12. Having a window seat, so much detail of the Reef was visible which greatly surprised me. Beautiful colours galore. Having my face glued to the window at this time, I was unaware of cabin happenings. A male steward tapped me on the shoulder and said "Close your window blind". The beautiful scene outside my window was a first and being 76 old, likely not to happen again for me. Naturally, I ask the male steward "Why", He repeated 4 more times, "Close your window blind". Each time my reply was the same, "Why". On his last request, his voice raised, so in turn, my reply was raised. Sadly, he walked away silently, hands waving in disgust. Only then did I realise the cabin was completely black, no light seen. If at 11am, traditionally, this is a custom, a service to passengers on that particular flight, the male steward didn't say. He clearly expected to be obeyed and didn't expect a challenge. But also felt I didn't deserve a reason for his, what clearly was a demand. Would he have treated a male passenger differently. I flew economy because that is what my budget demands. Flying is not common for me but certainly a thrill that demands a window seat. I give much praise to all other staff, especially the captain landing that very craft at Seoul. At my age, years of experience allows me to be aware and notice. A beautifully presented mature female stewardess in economy, served me. When I requested a beer with the main meal, she said I will give you my favourite. I knew this was double talk for having only one brand beer left, that was a weak American beer. I watched this lovely lady many times being distracted by other staff with questions and 2 other passengers near me, asking for changes. She never blew it. And she passed me in the Sydney terminal, end of the day for her and believe it or not, she remembered me. She was not in such a hurry to get to her destination, that she gave time by turning her body, giving me a wide smile with eyes saying, Yes, I served you. You see, she's never off the job of customer service. I learned much, flying with Korean Air. Many thanks, Sally"

Ưu: "We had a short connection after a Korean Air Flight from Hanoi to Seoul before catching KE 085 to JFK. The time pressure was heightened because the first flight take off was delayed. There was an attendant waiting as we deplaned in Seoul who escorted us to the gate and assured us that the plane would wait for us. And miraculously, our baggage tagged for short connection, did make it with us to JFK!"

Ưu: "I fly a lot of Asian airlines. This was my first time with KE. Overall, I'd say the food was OK, and I'm not particularly choosy. But the flight from Seoul to JFK was just beef and seafood and a Korean Rice Bowl. Pretty limited. If you're a veggie, I'd suggest putting in for a veggie meal."

Ưu: "I liked their positive & happy attitudes as well as their work ethic."
Khuyết điểm: "Perhaps there could have been a larger & wider selection of movies. I would have liked to have had a hard copy menu so that I could make a more informed choice with my meals."

Ưu: "Collectively, my new wife and I have travelled through dozens of different airlines, including 8-10 international flights, and our journey with Korean Air was the best flight experience we have ever had. The staff was so attentive, the selection of Korean music, and the access to movies, and the comfort of even Economy class was fantastic. Despite the long hours spent on board, Korean Air made it as comfortable as possible. We especially loved the hot towels, and the stickers that allowed the flight attendants to note if we wanted to be woken for meals, or left to sleep!"

Ưu: "The boarding went smoothly considering the number of people on board. It took a while to take off and to land, but that's because the airports are busy. The crew was incredibly well dressed in professional attire. The accommodations were amazing - the flight came with the standard pillow/blanket combo, disposable slippers, headphones, a toothbrush, two meals, a snack, drinks, and the attendants dimmed the lights whenever they weren't serving - all free. The entertainment was amazing - I watched four Hollywood movies that I had been wanting to watch, and that was one section of the movies. There were also TV series and music available, both in English and Korean."
Khuyết điểm: "It was difficult to get the crew's attention, especially from the center seat while speaking English. One of the meals gave me terrible gas, which was uncomfortable for me and my seat mates."

Khuyết điểm: "I wasn't able to choose my seat on line and ended up in a window seat. With the seats in front of my row reclined all the way back, I could not get out of my seat to use the restroom. Having just transferred from Korean Airlines and taken other asian airlines on my trip, it's a hard comparison to a domestic airline, although Hawaiian is among one of the better domestics. On my food tray, there was a bowl of miso soup, that the attendant was trying to hand me, while there was turbulence. The bowl of miso was smiling all over the tray, and on my napkin, and since I was on the inside seat, almost spilled all over me. On a previous Korean airline fight, also with turbulence, the attendant had taken the bowl off the tray, and covered it with a saran, and then handed it to me to make sure it wouldn't spill all over me. There's a bit of difference there."

Khuyết điểm: "Let's start with the overrated leg space and seating comfort. It was cramped as with any other regular airline. Seats in the economy section are not comfortable and have no back support. These seats should have better cushions and back support. Our flight attendant had a bad attitude after we asked for wine and didn't offered us any beverages for at least two occasions. No warm towel either. She just skipped us like we were not there. The meals are just ok. Nothing remarkable. Then we stand in line for almost two hours after a 14.5 hours flight to get through immigration. The overall experience was not good at all and for that price the comfort and service should be much better."

Ưu: "in a relatively short flight I was surprised of the quality of the service, the entertainment and how small details were taken care of."

Anything beyond that is additional $100 for only up to 32kgs. another $100 beyond 32kgs. I will state for a fact that Cathay Pacific only charges US$150 for the 3rd baggage and is already up to 32kgs. Perhaps this is something KE would like to look into. In spite of Cathay Pacific's excess baggage rates, they have a smaller leg room in the economy class."

But no checkin counters were open. The first check-ins began 3 hours prior to take off. By that time the line was backed all the way out into the main corridor. It would be MUCH better for ANA and the customer to begin the checkin process 3.5 to 4hours prior instead of 3."

Khuyết điểm: "Two key issues: 1. Split up seating 2. Required to pick up and check baggage with limited time due to customs check. 1. They split up all four of our seats (despite booking more than 30 days in advance). Our seven (7) year old daughter was by her self. So was our fifteen (15) year old son. When we addressed it to baggage check (part of major issue number 2), they put two seats together, across an aisle, with both children in them. We obviously just sat one of the adults with the seven year old. This was not just us. SEVERAL families had children seated alone and spread all over the plane. ANA needs to require grouped seating for children under thirteen (13) years old with an adult. 2. Tokyo Haneda is the only airport I can think of where I have to pick up and check baggage again just to clear customs. The flights were 1 hour and 45 minutes apart. With nearly an hour dedicated to getting baggage claimed and getting through customs, we barely had time to fix two of our split seats (see issue 1) and rush via a free bus route that took 6 minutes (luckily we were first stop) to get us to domestic terminal 2. We were then lucky again because we made it through security quickly and our gate happened to be right next to the security check we chose. Another side piece: Haneda Domestic Terminal 2 has four security check areas (A-D). We saw no identifying marks indicating which were closest to which gate. Our bags have already been through a bag check process. Feel free to run them through security scans. Don’t make us wait to collect them just to walk them through the customs desk and check them again."

Ưu: "On time. Flight attendants don't shy away from helping passengers put their carryons in the cabin compartments. They were there in a split seconf to assist you - ANA flight attendants only. Food was great in ANA airlines. Toilet is clean. Boardinh was orderly."

Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. "There was a misunderstanding during check in that it was a mandatory requirement to make hotel reservations for quarantine without it you can’t board the airline.So we had to booked a hotel last minute and it was the wrong hotel since it’s not accredited by DOH Philippines. Since it was last minute we can’t get a refund or cancel the hotel. It was stressful and unnecessary hassle."

I was not informed of the change and only realized that when was brought to the gate and put on a plane. It should have better organized and needs agent at gate to answer question."

The guy helped me on checking in told me that AsIan’s didn’t provide this service to the customer. I felt not quite happy but ok with this. The one made me feel upset is they didn’t give me pre-boarding even though they already noticed that I’m disabled. I needed to wait on the line for over 25 minutes, my left leg very tired. I can walk but I can’t stand for long time, it hurts my back and leg. I got almost same style Vegetarian food in both dinner and breakfast, all vegetables, no tofu at all."

Their messages are inconsistent & her attitude was uncalled for, especially when she let other disabled passengers on with their more than one family members & the other Asiana staff members told us to go in at the same time."

After doing so, we saw both flights out the next day with ‘wait lists’ online for purchase at an extremely high rate. Never booking through them again."

Khuyết điểm: "Their website that said that we could pay to use their lounge but when got to the lounge , I couldn't and had a 10 hr layover when I expected to be able to use it"

Ưu: "Though not particularly personable, Flight attendants were generally efficient at their tasks. i.e. No mistakes with pre-arranged special meal requests."
Khuyết điểm: "1) The ground staff in SEA never said a single 'please' or 'thank you', let alone any eye contact or even a mere 'you're welcome' in response to my expressions of thanks; I was made to thoroughly feel like a mere transaction. Clearly, Asiana severely needs basic manner- training for its staff. (this isn't the 1st time I've experienced rudeness from Asiana staff, but I just ignored it & chucked it up to their tired busy working days.) 2) We sat on the tarmac for an hour, exactly. We departed 1 hour later than scheduled, despite a short connection, which they, themselves, scheduled into this flight! ..."

Ưu: "The service was top-notch, and so was the food. On my flight from San Francisco to Korea, things were just fine, Though I wish I had the window seat that was actually adjacent to the window, and not separated from the window by a desk/table arrangement. Aside from that, everything was grand."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight from Korea to Bangkok was a different story. The seats resembled those you would find in premium economy on other airlines. While the food and service were good, the entertainment was abysmal. Basically, you were watching TV with poor quality reception and no ability to choose what you wanted to watch other than flipping through the channels to see what was already on. Although this was nearly a seven hour international flight, The entertainment package felt like something you would encounter on a cheap charter bus to Vegas. If I knew this was the aircraft I would be taking, I would never have booked on Asiana. The flight to Bangkok was really substandard."

Ưu: "When checking in, the agent upgraded me to an exit row for free, which Asiana sells as a "preferred" seat. The legroom was phenomenal and the seat next to me remained empty. I was in the first row of the economy cabin, so I was the first to get served during the meal time and the first to have the trash collected. The seat was comfortable and had ample padding, even though the armrests could not move due to being in the exit row."
Khuyết điểm: "When boarding, there is just one huge line with the entire flight lined up. Myself and a few other passengers just waited around the gate area until final call and then boarded, avoiding having to stand in the line that stretched to the next gate. The aircraft was an non-refurbished A330, featuring the old TV screens that showed entertainment in a loop. Good enough for a 2 hour flight, but any longer and AVOD would have been nice. Flight was delayed for 1 hour, we landed 1 hour late, but I still had enough time to make my connection."

Ưu: "The price: my round trip ticket from Tokyo Haneda to JFK was only 850USD The layover is only 2 hours which is bearable and enough time to find the boarding gate and a little shopping."
Khuyết điểm: "Everything else. You can check-in online within 48 hrs before your flight, but there is no QR code produced on their app for paperless check-in. The food was terrible, and the seats were not made for long flights. I really felt the "economy" vibe. They only provide disposable slippers, but everything else you need to check the lavatories if there were toothbrushes or mouthwash packets left. Overall, I will still consider flying this airline for any emergency flight back to the US, but if there will be a compeittive airline, maybe i'd try another. Their business class seem enticing.. maybe comsoder it too."

Khuyết điểm: "I missed the flight LAX to Manila due to confusing departure time. May 31 Wednesday at 12:20 AM indicated in the ticket is actually one day before May 31; i.e., the passenger should be 3 hours before the flight on May 30 Tuesday around midnight. I clarified with Webjet (India) representative who explained that I go to the airport on Wednesday. Asiana should have used military time; thus 12:20am should be 00:20 Hr. to avoid confusion. Asiana penalty for "no show" was USD511 and earliest available flight was 4 days after May 31. I took another airline to go to Manila. I missed my hotel and all other appointments because of the misleading Asiana flight information. It was a big mess for me!!!"

I also asked upon check in and was told it takes 2 days at least to request a veggie meal. This is really pathetic considering I'm flying from a part of the world that has a high Buddhist population."

Ưu: "Overall Asiana offers very good service on their flights. It was a newer plane and provided limited in-flight entertainment options (movie selection was rather limited, no games). Crew was very efficient and things moved very smoothly. No complaints!"

Internet web-sight is always a problem finding the correct pages if you have a problem no local contact listings (tel. #) in major cities they have offices in. I had a Tel. # for office in BKK, used in the past , they changed the # without even leaving a message or new #. I needed to change my departure date & because I could not contact them thru web sdite or Tel. this was not possible & missed a very important meeting in N.Y."

Khuyết điểm: "When I began my trip at ORD my niece upgraded my ticket to business. At approximately $3400, plus my initial ticket price, due to a health reason my niece had. She wanted me near her for assistance. We were told there the business seats were full with the Seoul Hanoi flights. There was no adjustment for the economy price on those legs of the flights. When we got to Seoul, the whole business area was empty. We were informed by the staff no seating adjustment could be made. A form was completed in regards to the inability to make adjustments. My niece, Julie Cowling, emailed Asiana the day we arrived in Vietnam, the day before we left to return home she recieved a reply. She checked with the ticket counter in Hanoi, prior to our departure, they were unable to make adjustments. There were seats available. This was very frustrating. Routinely airlines can make the seating adjustments."

Ưu: "The flight attendants were responsive and polite. The foot rests at the economy seats were a nice bonus. The bathrooms were well stocked and mostly clean. The entertainment was OK. There were mostly action movies which aren't my thing."
Khuyết điểm: "The check-in line was about an hour long. There were way too few people at the counters for a very large plane. I pre-weighed my bags on scales that weren't being used and moved things around. The really stressful part was my carry on bag. It was overweight and transferred things to my handbag and into my suitcases as much as I could. The only things in my carry on were my laptop and medication. It was still 2 kilos overweight. I appealed to the manager who said I had to check it. Checking a bag with my medication would be dangerous to my health and we know they wouldn't reimburse me for the theft of my laptop. The manager, Yeonju Lee (first name may be spelled incorrectly) was completely inflexible and devoid of compassion as was the check in agent. They said the restriction was due to security measures, which is a lie. I've traveled all over the world with carry on over 20 pounds and there has never been a problem. They said I had to correct the problem in 7 minutes or I would not be allowed on the plane. Ultimately, I almost missed the flight. I had to ask people in the security line if I could go ahead of them. If I can avoid it, I will never fly Asiana again. The seats are hard as rocks which is difficult for a 14 hour flight."

Ưu: "This flight and seat was definitely more comfortable than going to HongKong- space was ver cramped before."
Khuyết điểm: "Vegetarian meals can be better, breakfast eggs get over cooked and rice also."

Ưu: "The crew is not so amazing and the food is not so good.They only serve pork and sea food..i don't eat those food for my religion and i asked for another food anything as long as i had something for im starving, for they never had another food to give? You mean i cannot have food while boarding the plane? Im starving and they don't gibe us any food to eat even if i asked them if theres anything . And that is a total not agreeable we are 3 people riding the plane myself and my kids and we did not have anything to eat. The crew is rude when I asked something instead of looking for another food is theres any. I paid for my flight including the food and i was not able to eat."
Khuyết điểm: "Crew serving food should be nice and make sure that all passengers have food to eat especially if one, two or three or more doesn't eat pork and shrimp..if only i could i could transfer plane at that moment i will do it. Hope they will not feel the way i feel i was starving the whole flight.."

Greeeaat."

Was downgraded on my Marco Polo Membership. An error by the airlines. Won’t fly again with this airlines as a result."

Ưu: "The very nice lady at Hong Kong station who checked me in was kind enough to give me an upgrade when the flight was full."

Khuyết điểm: "Some staff still needs training, sinplying saying no, is not acceptable, finding a solution and working towards a resuloution is more acceptable. Better verbiage used, checking on food count making sure EVERYONE gets what’s printed on the menu. Asking everyone equally on the same roll is the rule of thumb."

Khuyết điểm: "The plane couldn’t take off on time. Delayed arrival at HK and our connecting flight didn’t want to wait for us."

Khuyết điểm: "No extra blanket was available."

Ưu: "I was put on an earlier flight as they had a window seat available. Leg room was good, and the food and movie offer was better than last time."

Ưu: "Brand new A350-900 airplane. Better movie selection. Nicer bathrooms."
Khuyết điểm: "No more advanced seat selection except for an additional $180. No more serving wine and beer with dinner although I think its still available on request. A lot more screaming kids on the flight. Cathay is becoming more like the budget Chinese airlines. Sad."

Ưu: "I liked the movie selection they had for entertainment—many choices. Most of the staff were very friendly, but there was a bit of a language barrier which made it a little difficult to ask for something. They are also attentive, so if you press your call button, you don’t have to wait half an hour until someone helps you."
Khuyết điểm: "Most of the meals were awful. I barely ate on the flights (except the dessert), but how good can airplane food be really... The seats are pretty tight and uncomfortable. They are too upright, making it very difficult to sleep. On one of their planes, the seats didn’t recline at all. I recommend paying a bit more for extra leg room ($150) or flying business or first class even (for long flights)."

Khuyết điểm: "Seating was atrocious. I specifically asked whether I could get an exit row seat (i am 6'4"). I was even willing to pay the extra 200$ for my partner and myself. I was told that there were no open exit row seats. But on boarding, the entire exit row was empty. It stayed that way through the flight. Super annoying."

Khuyết điểm: "Some seats could not be made upright and passengers had to move around during landing time. While serving food, it took close to 2 hours to start serving everyone and the pre-ordered meal was served. Very delayed."

Khuyết điểm: "I am not a frequent flier on Cathay. I would say I would think twice before buying my next ticket. Their call centers and counter staff leave a huge amount to be desired. I called their help desk when I couldn't access my reservation. My problem is their systems push your first and middle names together as a first name in their systems so I couldn't access my reservation. I really, really struggled understanding the person on their help desk. Then 48 hours before my flight I tried to book my seats and get my boarding pass. There were no seats for a party of 3 traveling together and only middle seats for the 3 of us. I waited for 20 minutes calling their support center. Of course their team could not help. All seats were booked. Luckily she offered to book my seats for the return and we managed to get the last 3 together in the back of the plane. If you book through Kayak recommend immediately calling to book seat numbers. I have ran out of room but returning from Vancouver their systems didn't read American passports and everyone tried to get tickets issued the staff at the desk laughed when told and said they knew it was a problem....but it did keep the many skiers busy in the self service line:) Also the desk opens 2hours and 59 minutes before departure so don't arrive early"

Ưu: "Cathay offer a hotel for the overnight delay at Grand Harbor hotel with a free taxi voucher. This is a good help for us to prepare for the horrible next day."
Khuyết điểm: "The missed flight to SFO was replaced by another flight to LAX next day and then from LAX to SFO via United as domestic flight. This is horrible experience since we had to check out all luggages, go through custom and then check in the bags again with all weighing problems. The worse is that to go from International terminal to United domestic counter, we had to pull the luggages along the curb from one end of the airport to the other side of it. We will never take this option again"

Khuyết điểm: "Lost bags. Stranded in Sri Lanka in sweatsuit worn on freezing plane. Cathay has no agent in airport to speak with...must communicate through local airport personnel, who have no information, nor authority to help. Cathay wouldn't track down bag or deliver in readonable amount of time, so we had to go back next day at midnight when nxt plane arrived + hope bags were on it. We were shocked as crew was so organized getting us (people) to connecting flight in Hong Kong. Woman met us at gate and personally led us to connection gate. Only a few gates down in same terminal. In case you're curious: not that we expect Michelin star dining, but the food is dismal. Some of the worst airline food ever. It's like pure sodium + tastes very much like the aluminum can it surely came out of."

Ưu: "Extra leg room upgrade, was well worth the cost. Bathrooms were kept clean by the staff on a 15 hour flight."
Khuyết điểm: "Could not get bottled water between meals and ,apparently an USA regulation, could not bring bottled water on the plane for an international flight into the u.s."

Ưu: "Plane was newer & clean. Cabin crew was helpful & nice with my dad transferring from wheel chair to the plane"
Khuyết điểm: "My family traveled with my 80 year old dad but Hong Kong ground crew would not allow us to board together. My wife & I had to carry all our carry on baggage since my mom was the only one allowed to board with him. All three previous flights the ground crew allowed all of us to stay as a family."

Ưu: "seats were wider and more legroom in economy section, better food than other airlines, crew were helpful, entertainment system offered good selection."
Khuyết điểm: "one entertainment system kept freezing and did not work for the last 4 hours of the flight, toilet need more frequent cleaning."

Ưu: "Crew is always very attentive and helpful."
Khuyết điểm: "Need to have more movie and tv show choices. The food could also be a bit better."

Ưu: "The wonderful people and the service they provided with a great attitude."
Khuyết điểm: "The food was only OK."

Khuyết điểm: "Seats are very uncomfortable. Not enough leg room, don't recline enough."

Ưu: "The flights were on time and there was no problem at all with my luggage."
