My next flight with Asiana to the US from Korea encountered another problem and I was further delayed another two hours, with another two hour layover in LA. The cabin crew was friendly, but not very useful. They provided food, but no help. This is the worst Star Alliance airline I have ever flown. I will not be a returning customer."

She asked me to help her cause she was too weak even to close the doors of the compartments."

She wanted me near her for assistance. We were told there the business seats were full with the Seoul Hanoi flights. There was no adjustment for the economy price on those legs of the flights. When we got to Seoul, the whole business area was empty. We were informed by the staff no seating adjustment could be made. A form was completed in regards to the inability to make adjustments. My niece, Julie Cowling, emailed Asiana the day we arrived in Vietnam, the day before we left to return home she recieved a reply. She checked with the ticket counter in Hanoi, prior to our departure, they were unable to make adjustments. There were seats available. This was very frustrating. Routinely airlines can make the seating adjustments."

Khuyết điểm: "I didn't like the "other" passengers who I had to seat with. This is no way a reflection on the crew and airline service. I would recommend an upgrade to business class if you do not like to sit next to inexperienced travelers who have no etiquette or regard for safety procedures and during takoff and landing. Sometimes not even get up to allow you room to go to the lavatory."

Khuyết điểm: "Announcement at gate to board bus was not delivered, had to look up and see passengers boarding bus to take to tarmac for boarding. Bus then stopped at plane for 10 minutes seemingly waiting for 1st class bus to arrive and board first as they came and were unloaded right away."

Khuyết điểm: "the seats are too small for an overnight trip. I would have preferred to be charged more and have more comfortable seating for such a flight. All else was satisfactory."

Ưu: "Vietnam Airlines has good leg room on both international and domestic flights. Blankets and pillows were preplaced on seats, as were headphones in the seat pockets. Lunch and one round of snacks were served. Beverages were offered a few times."

Some passengers complained about being hot, but flight attendant only pointed out the overhead gasper vents, which were obviously open but did little to help the sweating and general discomfort. No personal entertainment system, only drop down screens. Food was average."

Ưu: "Vietnan Ailrlines is the best and most reliable in-country operator. However, that isn't saying much. Overall, the company, its equipment, and employees are the most professional."

Ưu: "Overall my experience was good. Pros: seat are comfortable. The jet seemed more spacious than ANA airlines. Cons: workers know little English compared to ANA from checking in to the flight attendants. I think this was the most disappointing because the language barrier was frustrating when needing help going the right direction and having questions about checking in. The food was OK. The fruit tasted rotten and the food didn't seem as fresh either. The customer service was also mediocre. When I was on ANA airlines all the staff were very helpful and they seemed statisfied with their jobs. When I travel to ASIA again I will try and avoid Vietnam airlines."

Ưu: "On its Airbus A 350 Vietnam Airlines recently introduced a new arrangement for the Premium Economy Section. This is the only aircraft used on the SGN-CDG line. Before they had a lay-out of 3-3-3 seats across, strictly identical with the Economy section. It is now 2-4-2, giving some more space to sit comfortably. All seats have now a fixed separation, with the possibility of placing a glass or other small objects on top of it; they look like a smaller version of the old Business Class seats. In the first row the design of the fold-up screens has been improved. Previously some invaded the personal space of the neighbour, as I had experienced last October (my knee still remembers it). Well done. Prem Economy is worth the difference in pricing."
Khuyết điểm: "In Premium Economy Vietnam Airlines used to serve a lavish breakfast menu. Most of it was sent back as waste, because so many passengers (e.g. French) are accustomed to a minimalist continental breakfast. All this lavishness has disappeared now. While I understand the reason why, I wonder why they also eliminated the small portion of jam or jelly. Only butter is available to spread (spread?) on the tiny bun. It would be a nice touch to have also some jelly. Also during the night shift they used to offer some nice sandwiches to sleepless passengers. Now only pots of instant noodles are offered on demand. These pots are not well adapted for European passengers."

At about 3:15pm they announced the flight was canceled due to a mystery mechanical issue and they re booked everyone on to the 6:10pm flight, which miraculously had enough empty seats to accommodate everyone. The 6:10 flight left about 15 minutes late, and still had plenty of empty seats."

Ưu: "Everyone has to check in at the counter with no digital kiosks, adding an extra hour. Plane was empty but they would not put anyone into first class. Most importantly the plane felt and sounded like it was about to disintegrate. To top it all off it was the worst food I have seen on an airplane"

The level of service is superior to most airlines we've used."

Ưu: "when I tried to to make changes to my trip they asked me for three hundred and fifty Dollars so I called Korean air changes were made at NO EXTRA charge"

Khuyết điểm: "Korean airlines ignored my wife's request for a wheel chair. She explained that she was a diabetic and was feeling dizzy. They did allow her access to a short cut through the terminals; however she had collapsed, broke her watch, cover to the cell phone, injured both legs and right arm. She kept yelling for help and no one arrived, she managed while in intense pain to get up make her flight. When she arrived in Bangkok she went immediately to the Emergency Room and received treatment. I am appalled at the indifference of the members of the boarding crew that didn't offer assistance to my wife."

Ưu: "No entertainment on the flight at all, food was ok. Lucky that I got bump to prestige otherwise I will have comment on seat as well"

Khuyết điểm: "Almost everything. Jin boarding system is suck. They can't give me the boarding pass for the transit flight and they don't know what should I do when I am going transit. This is even more frustrating when the flight is delayed and you have 1 hour of international flight transiting. Food is cool and tasteless. I won't fly with Jin air ever again. I would say that after all these years of at least 70000 miles of air traveling. This is the WORSE of my experience."

Ưu: "I am a frequent flyer internationally and domestically in the USA, and flown multiple airlines but have never ever felt offended by a flight crew until my return flight to the US from Clark airport in the Philippines scheduled to depart on 1-13-2016 at 11:55pm. The cabin flight stewardess in her navy blue top and jeans asked me to sit down when she saw me standing at the front of the plane while the plane was cruising. There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."

Ưu: "For a 6 hours flight there should be some form of in flight entertainment. There was nothing. It also took over an hour to board and we were delayed to our connecting flight by 30 min and almost didn't catch our second flight."

Ưu: "All the crew were super pleasant and friendly despite attending to very rude European passengers."

Ưu: "The airline assigned the latest airplane to my flight. Its USB charging port was good."
Khuyết điểm: "I do not know why the cabin crew provided a meal on 3 pm than much later around 5 pm. The flight arrived to the destination on 7 pm. I thought I ordered a dinner."

Ưu: "Serge and the cabin crew were grey. The pilot made up 20 minutes on a 1 hour flight, came in late from previous flight."
Khuyết điểm: "Scheduling. CP is ALWAYS late, and messes up connections. Hard to coordinate remedies with my phone turned off. It hadn't been once, 10, or 20 times, but EVERY time."

Khuyết điểm: "Cebu Pacific has to be the worst airline I have ever flown with. Boarding alone was so disorganized. People were trampling each other. The flight times changed twice. I lost over $200.00 with no refund. Said I could get credit. Yeah, like I would ever fly with them, again."

Khuyết điểm: "The luggage took ONE HOUR to come out after the flight!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "We were delayed by 7 hours. The ground staff did their best. They gave some snacks which I'm sure Filipinos like but were not to my tastes. Sitting on a hard floor for 7 hours with nothing to eat before a 3.5 hour flight is not my idea of a good day!"

Ưu: "check in went smoothly and boarding was orderly. The flight departed on time and arrived in Singapore on schedule.The flight deck kept us well informed and the cabin crew were very helpful, willing and able to keep the passengers happy."

Ưu: "I was sleepless getting on the flight, so I slept most of the way. I didn’t buy the in-flight food since I wasn’t hungry."

Khuyết điểm: "Because of the weather delay, I made it by the skin of my teeth to my next flight. It was quite stressful waiting for my baggage to come out so I could re-check in to my next destination."

Khuyết điểm: "The cebu gate staff were awful, uninterested, never made announcemnts and as usual it was a cattle call to board. Rows were not followed. The sandwich i had paid for was all dry bread..it was awful."

My fiance booked me a ticket online using his card, Cebu Facific confirmed it but subjected of payment. for what if u already closed that payment ?? we understand that "FRAUD" thing but the thing is u SHOULDN'T CONFIRMED it and get back to us first. Now were having hard time getting money back for the booking that was cancelled."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight was updated with no other options at all. Original flight was cancelled and they booked us on a much later time. Supposedly, we are arriving in incheon at 8pm. With the updated booking, we are arriving at 10pm. On the day of our flight they informed us that ot would be delayed and we’ll arrive at Incheon at 12mn."

Khuyết điểm: "Delayed 4 hours, waiting in an overcrowded space with no aircon (and it's a tropical country). They kept on saying to wait for next announcement (but no screens, just a broken voice). Announcement were vague and couldn't understand when the flight was supposed to depart."

Ưu: "Cebu pacific is one of airlines who prescribe to a pay as you go additude. Be prepared to pay for everything after you pay for your ticket 7kg carry on max limits pay for the food you may or may not eat, and if you get cold easily bring warm clothes. No joke this was the coldest airplane I have ever been on in my 15 years of travel, so cold in fact that upon taking off you can hear the ice crystals breaking loose and traveling through the air system. I am going to say that the plane was in good condition and the flight attendants and pilot crew seem to be well trained as well as very polite."

Due family reasons I needed to fly home a couple days early, having every reason to believe my ticket was flexible. Nowhere did it say otherwise, nor did the booking site warn me. But rudely I was told too bad, zero flexibility. ZERO! They had empty seats on many suitable flights, just wanted to steal my return ticket, simple. Theft. Extortion. The worst imaginable. I went ahead and bought a 2nd return ticket with Philippines Airlines (far far superior airline). My Cebu Pacific seat was zero refund and was sold to someone else I guess. Too bad for Stupid Mr Customer (me) who mistakenly flies Cebu Pacific! NEVER EVER FLY CEBU PACIFIC! This 71-year-old 110-country travel veteran has warned you factually. Ưu: "we had a very tight connection from landing in Manila to catching our flight to El Nido. Cebu's team lead us through the check in process to expedite and save time and even ordered a special shuttle bus for us to take between terminals at the airport. I was very impressed and will be telling everyone I know how great Cebu is."

Khuyết điểm: "Interesting condensation coming from plane due to intense humidity - looked like smoke in entire plane!"

Khuyết điểm: "Our international flight from Lonon to HK was 40kg per person and the HK to clark only allowed 20kg per person. I thought this may have been ok but caused many shopping plan changes and ruined our initial HK shopping."

Khuyết điểm: "They did not serve water for free.I was very thirsty and dehydrated within the four hrs and 20 minute flight. There's no tv, there were no entertainment at all. We boarded 40 minutes late. The weather was sunny out, there should not be any reason for the flight to be in a delay."

Khuyết điểm: "The gate on our boarding pass initially indicated E4 and it was changed to E2 without any notification. The gate was not manned by any airline staff and only the assigned gate had bathrooms. Basically, you have to hold your bodily functions in the general waiting area at the Jakarta airport. Flight was supposed to depart at 12:30pm and a gate change was announced at midnight. We had to move to another part of the terminal, Gate D6 I believe and had to go through security check again. Another badly managed budget airline."
