Could have been better if my connection wasn't delayed to the point I wouldn't have made my international connection. Then was rebooked where I had almost 8 hr wait.. Then I get to Manila but no luggage. Top it off Delta has not offered me anything . Good possibility I'll never fly Delta again!!!
Everything was wonderful. Just wish you would have selection for those that don’t eat meat. Love your airline! Thank you.

The checking took so long and confusing. We barely made the flight from Hanoi to Korea and ran from different terminals to catch the flight from Korea to New York. We paid extra to select seat to sit to gether but then we found out it was just a joke to get money from Justfly since Korean Air said they only arranged seat at check in which we couldn’t check in as early as we wished due to the delay. And from Korea to New York, they lost our 4 luggages. How horrible could that be ? We are thinking about suing justly."
Ưu: "On both of my long haul flights I had very nice, new planes to fly on which were very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating despite having a huge number of people to attend to. Food was good when I ate it. Seats reclined very nicely and there was the most room I've had on a flight ever. Still cramped, but you take what you can get! Would definitely fly again."

Can we not keep it kind of dim while literally everyone is trying to sleep? Also, why are you serving a meal at 3AM?! I know we took off 2 hours ago and people may want food before we get into the bulk of the trip, but it's 3AM! Everyone just wants to sleep and now the lights are on and you're offering me a full meal?! Believe me, it's great that you're trying to keep me fed, but come on, we've got 12 hours of flight left to go! 2. The movies offered were really sub par. The "new releases' only had a handful of movies I'd even heard of before and only like 3 I even cared to watch. The "movie classics" were the same way. Gotta step up your movie options when I'm trapped in your plane for 14 hours."

This went on for 7 hours and they never made Amy announcements to inform anyone of when the flights would finally board."

(air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."

Because of this, it was stale and smelly. I'm not sure why the circulation on their plane was so poor but it really made the flight more difficult than it should have been."
Ưu: "The seats were roomy and considering this was 14 hour flight that was important. The entertainment was superb - they had all the latest movies and plenty of them to last 14 hours. The service was the best. Flight attendants were so nice and accommodating at all hours of the day and didn't even flinch once after our multiple requests for more wine. They made sure we had enough food and snacks throughout the flights and provided plenty of water and juices to stay hydrated."

There was an attendant waiting as we deplaned in Seoul who escorted us to the gate and assured us that the plane would wait for us. And miraculously, our baggage tagged for short connection, did make it with us to JFK!"

Khuyết điểm: "I wasn't able to choose my seat on line and ended up in a window seat. With the seats in front of my row reclined all the way back, I could not get out of my seat to use the restroom. Having just transferred from Korean Airlines and taken other asian airlines on my trip, it's a hard comparison to a domestic airline, although Hawaiian is among one of the better domestics. On my food tray, there was a bowl of miso soup, that the attendant was trying to hand me, while there was turbulence. The bowl of miso was smiling all over the tray, and on my napkin, and since I was on the inside seat, almost spilled all over me. On a previous Korean airline fight, also with turbulence, the attendant had taken the bowl off the tray, and covered it with a saran, and then handed it to me to make sure it wouldn't spill all over me. There's a bit of difference there."
Ưu: "I like that KE is lenient with the baggage allowance of 23kgs per piece that some can still go up to about 25kgs due to measurement system used (Metric vs. US). I also like that KE has bigger leg room even in the economy class."

Anything beyond that is additional $100 for only up to 32kgs. another $100 beyond 32kgs. I will state for a fact that Cathay Pacific only charges US$150 for the 3rd baggage and is already up to 32kgs. Perhaps this is something KE would like to look into. In spite of Cathay Pacific's excess baggage rates, they have a smaller leg room in the economy class."

As I worried about, the time between my flights was not nearly enough. So, I got stuck in Tokyo during golden week and extra night. That was terrible and difficult.
The plane boarded late but they would not give anyone an estimate as to when they’d be boarding to allow people to go to the nearby lounge. The in-flight crew was awesome, and the premium economy is well worth it. Wish they allowed purchasing of business class upgrades, only allowed with points. Food on this flight not as good as their usual. Not many new movies to watch. Overall comfortable flight

Flight from Tokyo to Dallas pleasant. One Stewardess offered 1 type of breakfast fried noodles. While another one thought no one approached me but asked if I want noodles or eggs for breakfast. In other words..not same offerings. Upon arrival in Dallas..no wherlchair assistance. Had ro walk from tarmac to terminal, to Immigration, Customs then baggage claim..no help.

It took them two months - TWO MONTHS - to email me back, to tell me there was nothing they could do. I also had to be reticketed on my flight from Tokyo to Hanoi. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do this. I had to sit in the airport for 3 1/2 hours to get my ticket changed. Unbelievable. They could’ve chiseled it in stone faster than they issued it."

This caused a lot of stress on me however, the Japan airlones Crew escorted me (we ran as fast as we could) to my next flight so that I wouldn’t miss it. Passengers on International flights going out of the Philippines are advised be at the airport at least 3 hours before scheduled flight. Well, the JAL check-in counter opened at 650AM for the 950AM flight (exactly 3 hours before the scheduled flight), with maybe some 50 people already in line. With most passengers coming far from the airport, it will be very very helpful if the counter, even at least one counter, would open earlier, so that passengers who came in early could check in early and wait comfortably in the departure area."

So I requested the representatives at the check in counters at both airports to change our seats so that we could seat next each other. They were willing to help us out and we got the great seats. They had to ask other customers to help this out, too. In the airplanes, the flight attendants were extremely helpful and friendly when we asked them questions and favors, with nice smiles and calm quiet voices. No wonder the atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet during the both flights. The leg room was roomier and the facilities were newer. When I saw three pilots bowed to the customers before getting into the airplane, I felt they were very professional and ready for their jobs."

To make this all worse, I had to suffer through all of this discomfort for over an hour for a 25 minute flight."

I brought this to the attention of Kayak/Aeromexico and the flight appeared to changed for our entire party of six. When we arrived to depart from Akron-Canton there were MAJOR issues with Delta acknowledging the change on their end. We waited at check-in for an hour and half before this was resolved. This also happened when we left Cancun and almost missed our flight. Our daughter also had to put on stand-by in Atlanta due to this fiasco. We spent another two hours working with Delta customer service trying to get her a seat on our flight back to Akron-Canton. Had we not been to Cancun airport extra early AND had our flight delayed in Atlanta we would have missed both flights. This was without a doubt the worse experience we have ever had!! It should have been caught and resolved before I ever had to get involved. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service offered for the tickets we purchased. This was extremely stressful for my wife and kids and tarnished our vacation. This was totally and completely avoidable!!! You can and should do better to service your customers!!"

I was informed from Tripit that the flight was delayed, not by Delta. Reservation personnel took logical course of action to find new flight for connection that we could make because of delayed initial flight. I would recommend that they first see if there is an earlier initial flight that the customer could make, then look at finding later connecting flights. We found out about delay 8 hours prior, so we had plenty of time to get to the airport earlier. Total delay required me to take additional day off of work."

My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service."

That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"

After more calls put me in another United flight later that night which also finally got cancelled. I had to book a new flight with delta and paid $460 on the spot for that. Still awaiting my refund from American for the return leg which was cancelled and left a lady traveling alone stranded at Detroit airport in the night. Apology or compensation -- forget it, you will never get that! Only now if they can refund my cancelled flight..."

After being in the air for about 45 minutes we were informed that there were issues with the engine and that we would be turning around and heading back to Dallas. By this point it was after midnight, and although I was appreciative that safely is a priority, there was no communication as to what the next steps were. After landing we were finally told that we would have to deplane, and after we sat around the gate for awhile we were informed that the flight would be delayed until 5 am. Being 12:50 am at this point a hotel would have been nice, but we were informed that AA was "out of hotels" but that if we wanted we could have a $12 food voucher to use at the one restaurant that was open several terminals over. The AA employee assisting in handing out the food vouchers seemed extremely unapologetic about the situation which didn't help with the frustration everyone was feeling. I will not be booking with AA again, and will be passing along my negative experience to family and friends. It is worth spending the extra money on a ticket for an airline that is more reliable with better customer service."

She scanned my boarding card.and I said to her that I am departing to Detroit. She said I can enter if I am a GOLD card member or purchase a day pass for $59.00. I declined. I am under the impression that United is a partner of Lufthansa.and that they should honor the same Business class privileges as Lufthansa. I found it rather discriminatory act on the part of this particular employee of the United lounge at Chicago airport. Pl. bring it to the attention of the Lufthansa and United . I will appreciate follow up on this matter."

When we got that sorted they then proceeded to tell us that the flight atendent had to leave and we had to wait another 20 min for another atendent to arrive before finally making our way to Detroit. Why would I? There are many other options that take customer service more seriously. I would love to speak to someone higher up in this organization. But, im sure that will never happen."
