On my way to New York, I was brought to the lounge to wait until my boarding will start but nobody picked me up as promised, so I had to walk the way. I needed a wheel chair as well on my way back, extra ordered it at the check in, they said it is noted in the system. But nobody was there to pick me up. When I finally found someone, I was brought to a place, being asked to sit down and wait where I still had to pass stairs to come to the passport controll. From there noone picked me up, so I had to go my way alone with pain in my leg. I don't want to argue, I managed it even with pain but I wonder what happens with people if they cannot walk anymore at all. My advice would be that you work on to improve this service. We extra booked business class but this service was not worth being called business class."

While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."

Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

On my inbound flight, the agent servicing us was amazing and I was fortunate to be second in line, but the airline was ill prepared for the situation and the agent was being hung out to dry by his colleagues who kept calling him and wouldn't let him do his job. On the return flight, I was frustrated the agents at first pushed me to take a refund rather than letting me rebook with a partner. I ended up having to leave a day later than expected, and didn't get an itinerary till the morning after my original flight. This was all very stressful. Lastly, you have to think twice about flying through Turkey. Although this coup is over, the next crisis will be over whether President Erdogan creeping authoritarianism."

Delays ranged from 30 minutes to 75 minutes and all four flight delays were reported to be due to delays in getting baggage on the planes or getting the meals loaded on the planes according to the pilot's reports. Of note, on all four flights, the crew ran out of food before getting to our isle and had only one option remaining with no alternatives for those allergic to any portion of the meal. I would absolutely never recommend Philippine Airlines to anyone. The reduced cost of tickets was absolutely not worth the experience."

Khuyết điểm: "Seats were small and quite uncomfortable. luckily it was a short trip. If travelling long distance I ll have to consider a different airlines."
Ưu: "Economy seats arent different from other airlines. Flight was good in general"
Khuyết điểm: "Transfer desk was hard to find for first timers. Send "ask me" staffs to greet on arrival for connecting passengers or info board will help."
Khuyết điểm: "aircraft a bit old and my remote control was broken, lunckily my next seat was not occupied, so I can move to next seat and the seat a bit old and decline angle so limit. if compare with business class seat of other airlines, it's a bit not up to standard."
Ưu: "Everything was smooth. MAS staff attitude has changed to the better tremendously. Friendly staff, orderly boarding, pilot announcements were clear with good command of English."
Khuyết điểm: "BKK to KL flight food needs some improvement. Presentation and taste. I had the fried fish with rice. But it was really tasteless."

Ưu: "Gotta love seats in business class that lie flat and even give you a little bit of a massage. Superb crew."

Khuyết điểm: "No choice in meal for breakfast. Only one type available. Ran out of red wine. White wine wasn’t chilled. Poor service, no water was offered on a long flight. Have to ask it."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was 40 mins late and because of that, I missed my connection from Hong Kong to San Francisco. Your company then offered me and my friend a hotel stay and transportation to and from the hotel., which was good. I appreciated your company taking care of us. However, it is really bothersome to miss an international connection to go home after a long trip."
Khuyết điểm: "* Business lounge was pathetic with NO food, only drink and snack. * Boarding was not efficient and took longer that it should have so had a late take off. * Business class.... Ran out of food!?!?! What the heck! only water available for 6 of 16 seats! Pathetic * Terminals not updated so had to take transfer to another terminal to get my arranged ride."
Ưu: "All aspects were fine. Weather caused a delay for landing of ore than 45 minutes, but not airline's fault."
Khuyết điểm: "My checked bag did not arrive at my work city of Singapore. It took 2 days to be brought to my hotel despite my being told they would be on the next flight. I arrived back in Denpasar yesterday and, again, my bags are lost and I again I was told they would be on the next flight. I still do not have my bag. Seems to be a pattern with Malaysian Airways and I will avoid them in the future, Also, I left my Ipad plugged in at the Premier Lounge in Denpasar and realized it as I was boarding the plane. The Malaysian Air boarding staff got on radios and appeared to try to help by telling them to put aside for pick up upon my return. Yesterday, The Premiere lounge said they did not have it despite my name, email and phone number being written on the Ipad. Between Malaysian Air and the Lounge and their lack of concern and professionalism it was not a good trip. As One World Emerald member, I steer a lot of business towards these One World Airlines. I expect better treatment."

Khuyết điểm: "Malaysian airlines did not offer us any incentives or better seats after removing us from our flight. We were seated separately and all in the middle row."
Khuyết điểm: "No beer or wine in business class! Did not want a meal, so I got water and a tiny pack of peanuts."
Ưu: "Gate area was good, boarding quick and arrived on time. Crew very pleasant."
Khuyết điểm: "Poor quality food especially the breakfast "snack". Unable to take water on board and tiny serves of water and other drinks left us dehydrated. Far too many ads at the start of entertainmen. Repeated for each selection."

Ưu: "The staff were helpful, well trained, and friendly."
Khuyết điểm: "The on-line check in (which their email says is mandatory for economy class--it's not) was buggy. I had to try three times before I was successful."
Ưu: "Boarding was easy with less passengers."
Khuyết điểm: "The magazine in my seat pocket was dirty. The seat cushion seemed not clean. There was a greasy spot not cleaned."
Ưu: "Malaysia airlines has some of the most beautiful women working for them. Most curteous, kind, and very personable. Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful"
Khuyết điểm: "The long layovers with no hotel voucher from Malaysia air. That would be a big help especially for me since I travel alone. And not to familiar with hotel locations, taxis. I am concerned about my safety in another country..."

Khuyết điểm: "I did not like the fact that I could not check in on-line. This made that I missed half a night of sleep in Darwin because I had to check in at 1AM, flying at 4.10AM."
Ưu: "We bought the entire ticket under Malaysia airlines with connecting flight out of Kuala Lumpur to Taipei in 1 hr. The agents in malysia airlines couldn't check us into the connecting flight because it's co share with China airlines and was rude to us when we questioned them why since we bought the tickets from them. We need up having to run to the connecting flight at Kuala Lumpur because the arriving flight was late. Very unprofessional"
