The crew were courteous, addressing us by name and nothing was too much trouble."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding at Bali Airport is chaotic. This can hardly be attributed to Qatar Airways but this needs to be sorted out. When boarding began, it started with "Group 1" rather than business and other priority customers. It ended up rather chaotic with boarding halted at the end of the escalator causing a very uncomfortable situation as people struggled to get off the escalator."

Reason: There are two queues 1 For people who did a web checkin 2 people who didn’t do a web checkin The Qatar staff at Hyderabad experienced a technical glitch because their only system failed and there was no backup option. There was no apology from any of the staff. No one values the time of the people who chose Qatar making it a very bad experience overall"

Advertising at the beginning of the inflight entertainment became very repetitive when watching short tv shows."
Ưu: "Philadelphia-Doha was excellent and noticeably better than Doha-Bangkok. ood, service, condition of aircraft were all better in the PHL-Doha leg. I have done the trip a few times now so it is not a fluke. Odd that the Doha food (and I usually get the local dishes) is very so-so. I usually only take a bite or two. Not appetizing. The Doha-BKK staff was less professional as well. The trays of the main meal were left with the passengers so long, we passengers started to bring our own trays to the galley. The plane out of Doha was very tight so passengers in economy have that sardine experience. The cup holders did not work although they would have been useful."

Khuyết điểm: "Although the very well crafted advertisement for Qatar at beginning of watching each movie is partially beautiful, I personally find it a bit offensive as a woman the clear emphasis on "my son, this watch and all that is mine will be yours", my daughter, your highest moment will be to get married. My disturbance with what I experience as sexist, worsened each time I saw this. Luckily I learnt how to fast forward, but the sexism of this left me disturbed. so although in reality much of your service is excellent, this advertising of a sexist world view was too disturbing to ignore. I hope my comments are helpful to you in considering that many women in the world now expect their fathers to consider passing on a fair share of their resources to their daughters as well."

No where in the world has an airline ever asked me for this, and I fly a fair bit. Since I didn't allow them to extort me, they forced me to throw away my brand new Delsey hand carry at the airport. I had no cover as they threatened to if load my luggage and not let me fly home. Not a 5 start airline from any angle. Will never use Qatar again!!! This was my first and last flight with them."
Khuyết điểm: "We sat on tarmac for 3 hours with no explanation from the crew or cockpit. Because of the delay, everyone missed their connections in Doha. The crews could have jet a couple of the flights a little longer for people to make their flights. The desk was filled with people and was very chaotic. There were so many people working there but no one could give you a straight answer so it was very confusing. I had to wait at the airport for 4 hours to get it sorted and was given a food voucher for $50 for the entire stop over. I asked about a flight voucher and they laughed and said they didn't do that even though they were the ones at fault. The crew was nice and the food was good but I will never fly quatar airways unless they remedy the situation."

She asked me to help her cause she was too weak even to close the doors of the compartments."

Khuyết điểm: ". I was shocked to see social distancing was not implemented with no seats apart and I was in the middle of four seats. If the journey is as important as the destination, then it already failed the minute I was seated in a very intimate setting alongside strangers and seeing the economy class fully booked. The airline defended this by saying they have special economy seats but I complained that this is not equitable since the seats are limited and not everyone could afford an upgrade. Even if they could, the passengers would still be seated side by side and the total number of passengers aboard a tight and enclosed space or load factor is still very high. The airline’s policy was so inconsistent with the very rigid rules of the different government agencies upon disembarkation."

What is the logic in needing to pass through THREE sets of metal detectors and x-ray machines before boarding?"

After flying 5 business class flights in the last 2 weeks, this was by far the lowest level of entertainment available."

I've never in my life had to exit an airport on a layover to re-enter again and go through the entire check-in process from scratch. There are no signs anywhere that tell you you will have to go through security a SECOND time once you're at the gate. I'm diabetic and need to have water on me at all times. I can't get dehydrated. I had no clue I woudn't be able to take the bottles of water I PURCHASED AT THE AIRPORT!!! with me on the plane. I've never experienced that in all my years of flying. No other airline or airport has ever made you throw out the water that you purchased at the airport. So I wasted my money there. PLUS, the only vendor that had any sort of appetizing food that I could eat as a diabetic was a cash only vendor. They took USD, great, but they were using a conversion chart from May 2017 (I was flying in March 2018) so the exchange rate was in THEIR favor. And they won't give you USD in change. They give you Philippine money in change. So I get screwed on the exchange rate on BOTH sides of the transaction. Plus, what am I going to do with Philippine money when I'm only in the airport for a layover??? So I'm going to lose money again to change it back to USD once I get home. Archaic. We are living in the 21st century. This shouldn't happen. The plane was sooooo uncomfortable for a 13 hour flight. The entertainment system at my seat wasn't working so I had to be moved once we were in the air. The new seat was so worn in, there was virtually no padding underneath my saecrum (butt bone) for the 13 hours. No foot rest, either. And the temperature in the plane fluxuated the whole time between hot and cold (although mostly hot). You should take some lessons from Singapore Airlines.....so much more comfortable in ALL aspects."

I had read some not so good reviews so I was skeptical and canceled my first booking. After looking at other options, I discovered PAL's direct flight from Los Angeles to Manila was the best option so I took a chance. From the moment I check in at the ticket counter in Los Angeles until we landed in Manila, I received exceptional service, tasty food and a clean environment. On both flights going a and coming there was no way to charge your devices I.E. plugs or USB ports... This become much more important with flights don't have tv in the headrests and you have to use your own devices to watch movies over the planes WIFI The food is airplane food and being a cheap airline it's worse than most."

Khuyết điểm: "After I had run from one end of the airport to the other to go through customs and catch my connecting flight and boarded with 15 minutes to spare, I was pulled off by one of your officials and was not given a reason as to why. The flight attendants were talking about sweeping any areas of the plane that I had been in. It was when we had almost reached customs that I was informed that another passenger who was stuck in Customs had mentioned my name and that is why I was pulled off. So, I was treated like a criminal and questioned and threatened by the customs official who went and searched my belongings to see if I'm lying about what I brought with me. They then tried to get me to fly with the other passenger just because we knew each other, even though I clearly and repeatedly told them I am not traveling with that person. I suppose this isn't all Etihad's fault, but if you are pulling passengers off of your plane, don't ignore their questions and treat them like criminals. Also, when I got back on, the filght attendants were unsympathetic about my situation and smiled it off. It ruined my whole flying experience. Also, the buttons to adjust A/C and call flight attendants was really high up and hard to reach for a petite woman."

I was really starving until the next glight because when we left Incheon airport it was 12.55am and most restaurants were closed. Please try to solve this issue"

Ưu: "I thought the food was awesome, and not just for airline food. The vegetarian that I had was excellent. Crew was very friendly and helpful, plane was clean, seats comfortable. On the long flight we were all supplied (even in economy!) earplugs, a neck pillow, blanket and earphones. Everyone has their own little screen and the TV and movie selections were good, like having cable TV in the air, but no commercials."

The boarding flight is painful experience, starting from entering the airport (poor training to staff to verify the identity and ticket details), standing at the counter to check in the baggage (extremely slow). Once boarded, it’s a pleasant experience. The crew is polite and patient.
The paneer served was so hard.
Perhaps providing a menu would have helped as it was my first time onboard and I did not know what was being served.

After having paid an extra 3000 rps which was almost like buying another flight ticket to new Delhi for just a 35 min flight, our flight was 1 hour delayed!! Definitely we will NEVER fly with indigo again!!!"
