And there were only two items as a main course and one of them in very small quantity. I was told that too many veg main courses were loaded by mistake and very few non veg."

On my way to New York, I was brought to the lounge to wait until my boarding will start but nobody picked me up as promised, so I had to walk the way. I needed a wheel chair as well on my way back, extra ordered it at the check in, they said it is noted in the system. But nobody was there to pick me up. When I finally found someone, I was brought to a place, being asked to sit down and wait where I still had to pass stairs to come to the passport controll. From there noone picked me up, so I had to go my way alone with pain in my leg. I don't want to argue, I managed it even with pain but I wonder what happens with people if they cannot walk anymore at all. My advice would be that you work on to improve this service. We extra booked business class but this service was not worth being called business class."

Khuyết điểm: "Had a layover in Toronto. From Toronto we flew to Istanbul and then Venice. While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."

Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

On my inbound flight, the agent servicing us was amazing and I was fortunate to be second in line, but the airline was ill prepared for the situation and the agent was being hung out to dry by his colleagues who kept calling him and wouldn't let him do his job. On the return flight, I was frustrated the agents at first pushed me to take a refund rather than letting me rebook with a partner. I ended up having to leave a day later than expected, and didn't get an itinerary till the morning after my original flight. This was all very stressful. Lastly, you have to think twice about flying through Turkey. Although this coup is over, the next crisis will be over whether President Erdogan creeping authoritarianism."

Philippine airlines is the best airline going. Always friendly and accommodating. If they had flights from west coast to east coast I would never use any other airline. It’s always a great experience with PHILIPPINE AIRLINES.

If the journey is as important as the destination, then it already failed the minute I was seated in a very intimate setting alongside strangers and seeing the economy class fully booked. The airline defended this by saying they have special economy seats but I complained that this is not equitable since the seats are limited and not everyone could afford an upgrade. Even if they could, the passengers would still be seated side by side and the total number of passengers aboard a tight and enclosed space or load factor is still very high. The airline’s policy was so inconsistent with the very rigid rules of the different government agencies upon disembarkation."

What is the logic in needing to pass through THREE sets of metal detectors and x-ray machines before boarding?"

I've never in my life had to exit an airport on a layover to re-enter again and go through the entire check-in process from scratch. There are no signs anywhere that tell you you will have to go through security a SECOND time once you're at the gate. I'm diabetic and need to have water on me at all times. I can't get dehydrated. I had no clue I woudn't be able to take the bottles of water I PURCHASED AT THE AIRPORT!!! with me on the plane. I've never experienced that in all my years of flying. No other airline or airport has ever made you throw out the water that you purchased at the airport. So I wasted my money there. PLUS, the only vendor that had any sort of appetizing food that I could eat as a diabetic was a cash only vendor. They took USD, great, but they were using a conversion chart from May 2017 (I was flying in March 2018) so the exchange rate was in THEIR favor. And they won't give you USD in change. They give you Philippine money in change. So I get screwed on the exchange rate on BOTH sides of the transaction. Plus, what am I going to do with Philippine money when I'm only in the airport for a layover??? So I'm going to lose money again to change it back to USD once I get home. Archaic. We are living in the 21st century. This shouldn't happen. The plane was sooooo uncomfortable for a 13 hour flight. The entertainment system at my seat wasn't working so I had to be moved once we were in the air. The new seat was so worn in, there was virtually no padding underneath my saecrum (butt bone) for the 13 hours. No foot rest, either. And the temperature in the plane fluxuated the whole time between hot and cold (although mostly hot). You should take some lessons from Singapore Airlines.....so much more comfortable in ALL aspects."

I had read some not so good reviews so I was skeptical and canceled my first booking. After looking at other options, I discovered PAL's direct flight from Los Angeles to Manila was the best option so I took a chance. From the moment I check in at the ticket counter in Los Angeles until we landed in Manila, I received exceptional service, tasty food and a clean environment. I have flown several Asian air carriers and have had great experiences on them all. PAL delivered the same experience I have come to love when traveling to Asia. I will definitely fly them again."

Khuyết điểm: "When I was boarding my carry on was 2 kg over and they wanted to charge me $100 with no other option just pay the money or throw your things away. On both flights going a and coming there was no way to charge your devices I.E. plugs or USB ports... This become much more important with flights don't have tv in the headrests and you have to use your own devices to watch movies over the planes WIFI The food is airplane food and being a cheap airline it's worse than most."

It is an inconvenience for family members picking you up and the flight is not on time as noted. Please advise properly so arrangements for pick up at the destination can be scheduled properly. Other than that , all was good."

The Etihad plane was small, 3 by 3 seating configuration. No screen on the back seat. Had to use phone to stream movies for free from their entertainment system. Food was ok. Just get 1 meal. Getting water or a drink is slow and the cabin crew take numerous time to respond to buzzer.

I believe that this person needs to be trained in order to know who needs to be helped first as he worked at that particular counter for people who already Checkin online."

Khuyết điểm: "After I had run from one end of the airport to the other to go through customs and catch my connecting flight and boarded with 15 minutes to spare, I was pulled off by one of your officials and was not given a reason as to why. The flight attendants were talking about sweeping any areas of the plane that I had been in. It was when we had almost reached customs that I was informed that another passenger who was stuck in Customs had mentioned my name and that is why I was pulled off. So, I was treated like a criminal and questioned and threatened by the customs official who went and searched my belongings to see if I'm lying about what I brought with me. They then tried to get me to fly with the other passenger just because we knew each other, even though I clearly and repeatedly told them I am not traveling with that person. I suppose this isn't all Etihad's fault, but if you are pulling passengers off of your plane, don't ignore their questions and treat them like criminals. Also, when I got back on, the filght attendants were unsympathetic about my situation and smiled it off. It ruined my whole flying experience. Also, the buttons to adjust A/C and call flight attendants was really high up and hard to reach for a petite woman."

Although my first plane from Seoul to Abu Dhabi was for 10 hours but only one meal served and it was omlette with sausage And at the beginning a small toast sandwich served. This indeed very strange because everytime I flied with Etihad you serve 2 meals one of them is meat or chicken with rice. I was really starving until the next glight because when we left Incheon airport it was 12.55am and most restaurants were closed. Please try to solve this issue"

Khuyết điểm: "The food was just not appealing ,palak paneer barely had any paneer in it and the sandwich for snack was dry.when I wanted to use the bathroom there was a big puddle on the floor ,I asked the stewardess if it can be cleaned, she decided to bring 5-6 half empty coffee pots to the bathroom & proceeded to dump them in the toilet,after she was done with the dumping procedure she came back with gloves & some cleaner & shut the door to clean up the mess , after she came out I thanked her but she just glared back at me even though I had not left that mess there,I don't think I would be flying Etihad again."

Ưu: "I thought the food was awesome, and not just for airline food. The vegetarian that I had was excellent. Crew was very friendly and helpful, plane was clean, seats comfortable. On the long flight we were all supplied (even in economy!) earplugs, a neck pillow, blanket and earphones. Everyone has their own little screen and the TV and movie selections were good, like having cable TV in the air, but no commercials."

I asked for preferential boarding, was given any. Asked for assistance with security, this was only given after I had to fight for it. Staff need to be aware that when we ask for it, it’s not because we want preferential treatment, we are trying to avoid a meltdown for our kids that get super stressed out by situations such as these. My child cannot stand still for long and runs away. When I stopped him to talk him though the process so he doesn’t run, we got hurried. Empathy will go a long way...."

Then the actual staircase / boarding process took nearly 10 minutes... queueing in 41 degree heat. Muscat is a very new airport and many gates with airbridges were not being used. As the home airport of the national carrier I wouldn't expect tarmac boarding."

Khuyết điểm: "In Oman airs home airport there was no service desk. When the flight was delayed the sent 1 agent do deal with a full glitch’s worth of guests. Even though the delay was over 6 hours they gave no compensation besides lounge access to a lounge that is not fully functional. The next morning (yes the delay was overnight and they didn’t provide a hotel room) they called us all to the gate only to tell us they still were waiting for the plane to be repaired (the night before they’d Told us the flight would be in time as they’d flown another plane in). Again there was only one Oman air agent and just normal airport staff to handle the full flight. People were yelling and there was a lot of anger but no official announcements were ever made and only rumors passed from those who actually had a chance to talk to the on me guy. Finally when i arrived in Bangkok it seemed like they had there act together as there were many agents on the gangway to assist people to find connecting flights. Being so late there was only on flight for me and several others trying to get to Phuket. An agent took us to immigration and told us all he’d meet us in the other side to take us to the check in. HE DIDN’T SHOW UP. We couldn’t go back in the airport to find him or anyone from Oman air and were left to find an airport employee who graciously helped us find the booking office and just make the flight. I fly internationally regularly and this was by far the worst airline experience I’ve ever had or even heard about."

Khuyết điểm: "Poor quality headphones - jacks are often messed up make sure you have your own. Got food poisoning on Muscat to Paris flight - other than that the food tended to be quite bland. Need to give out more water on flight to combat dehydration as well. Stopping in Muscat's terminal was like a time warp back to a 1970s mall. Also no direct connection to terminal, planes park out on tarmac and take people on 1 km bus ride to connect to terminal. Legroom was pretty tight but not horrid Crew making announcements on landing were unprofessional, heard co-pilot or steward laughing in the background - while captain droned on in Arabic - this does not engender confidence in their ability to fly the plane!"

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed out of Heathrow and as a result over 50 of us missed our connecting flights. We arrived in Oman and many missed our flights by only minutes to find ourselves stuck from 8 am to 2 am the next day as only 2 flights a day are offered. They never thought to hold the flights to await our arrival. A hotel was supplied but it charged for internet(we were told by the airlines it was free) had very good meals but NO tea or coffee in the rooms or offered after breakfast without a charge. The airline said we could sleep until midnight and then a shuttle would return us for the 2 am and 2:45 am flights but the hotel insisted on us going at 10pm . driver wanted off was all we thought. Second flight was an older plane ,terrible meal and no individual movie or tv systems ."

We were left to fan ourselves as the cabin overheated in the hot sun. No civilized airline can showe this sort of disregard for passenger comfort. After being tortured for an hour we finally got off the ground. Sorry, Oman Air, lots of room for improvement. I had a wonderful time in Oman and look forward to returning on Emirates."
