When the time of boarding we heard they were calling us to the front and explained the flight we were suppose to be connecting already took off. They had to booked us to another airline. We were extremely disappointed! We asked if we could took another Japanese airline but they said our luggages were already transferred to that airline and the tickets were printed! Mosf importantly we have already waited in airport 5 hours and they needed us to wait for another 3 hours! Very bad experience with how they dealing with this situation!"

Departing from San Diego, this was only an option once a year I was told at the check in counter. I was counting on extra width and legroom as I am 270 lbs and 73" tall. I was disappointed that these up-gradable seats were not available. I also did not like that we sat on the Oksaka tarmac at a divert airport from Narita (Tokyo) and were not given an option to leave the plane and find alternate transportation of our choice to get us to our destination. I understand the high winds and bad weather was not allowing us to land on time, but we sat on the tarmac for 2 1/2 hours and then left to fly into Narita 5 hours late."
Ưu: "Everything from check-in to boarding was easy, clearly outlined, and succinctly instructed. The attendants were very kind, attentive, and caring. Announcements were in multiple languages, and very easy to understand. The flight was only 2 hours long, but even during that short time, they maintained great professionalism and polish. They even retrieved and stowed a bag multiple times for an elderly passenger without complaint, and frequently checked on him to see if he needed anything else. Quite nice to see!"

When I asked, I was told that none were available. The check in person was not pleasant or helpful. I also had to watch to make sure that the luggage labels were attached to be sure that they would make it to Chicago. Once on the plane there was an unrudy boy sitting in front of us jumping in his seat, never wearing his seat belt kicking the seat, turning on the light beating on the tray table, calling the flight attendant. The adult ignored the child through the flight. It was one of the worse experiences I have had on a plane. I would have to think very hard before I fly Qatar again."

This is not acceptable, nobody wants to take responsability for sending me the wrong information in the email. Had I know both of my flights were with American Airline I wouldn’t lost my plane because I would make the right line to begin with ."

They have crammed so many seats onto their planes that I’m surprised it isn’t a health hazard. I was in an aisle seat and every time I started to fall asleep, someone going down the aisle slammed into me, making any sort of rest impossible. And the flight attendants had the typical U.S. flight attendant perma-rage, of course. I feel sorry for them, underpaid and overworked, but always p***ed off. Anerican Airlines needs to look at Emirates and other non-U.S. carriers to learn how to treat their passengers."

Ưu: "Flight was supposed to leave 5:45 PM , they let us board the plane right on time, then we stayed waiting on board for half an hour, there was zero communication from staff or the captain, then suddenly they asked us to leave for no reason whatsoever, we waited and waited, they decided to move us to Gate 1 instead and had us wait for four hours, they served us little food, and told us wait for AA to provide a new plane. we were delayed for four hours, flight left 10PM. very very dissatisfied, never ride with AA or Iberia"

Khuyết điểm: "No movie. I got "spoiled" on flight from Seattle to Phoenix with a movie perk. Was looking forward to another on the 2nd leg of our trip. I thought maybe it was an "American" thing. ... but apparently just got lucky on first leg."

Khuyết điểm: "This was my first time flying First Class. Not only was my flight delayed but everything was changed last minute. My seats, layovers, EVERYTHING! I was better off paying for a regular seat. I'm a young African American and the stay treated me as if I didn't belong in First Class! Not to mention the last time I flew into LAX American Airline lost my luggage! I have proof to show! Absolutely ridiculous!"

Khuyết điểm: "My flight was cancelled, then rebooked three times, when I finally was able to fly almost 24 hours later, the flight was delayed by over an hour. Not acceptable service at all. Not interested in ever flying with American again."

Ưu: "American Airlines was amazing fed you a good meal fun crew good entertainment had 3 glasses of wine desert , and hot biscuits and coffee before landing was a great flight."

Khuyết điểm: "Got through the extensive security lines to USA one hour before scheduled departure and looked at the screen which said 'final boarding' which was not true and made us panic a bit, running for the gate. It did board and leave on time but not an hour early. This flight was night and day different than our ORD to Dublin flight of 5.12.17 which was 5 hours delayed and do stressful."

Khuyết điểm: "Once again the boarding process was a mess. No clear directions given on when groups should board so everyone from every group bombarded the gate. This slowed down finding overhead bin space and getting seated for everybody. Delayed everything when there was such an easy solution."

Khuyết điểm: "First of all, we got on plane on time but had to wait 1h and 15 min to take off!!!ok that's the airport!!!They didn't even welcome us in plane.No food at all!Coke in plastic cup?Just this?No smile, not a blanket even air condition so strong!!!The manager of American Airlines should try to fly with Greek companies!And I don't mean with Olympic airways in Onassis time(with Coco Chanel suits the hall crew) but I mean now, in poor Greece's Aegean air which again and again wins the price of best airliner in Europe..Service, crew, foooood!!!Polite people..Blankets!!! I feel sorry for American Airlines..Ok we landed safe..Thank God, that's something..."
