Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

Khuyết điểm: "Two key issues: 1. Split up seating 2. Required to pick up and check baggage with limited time due to customs check. 1. They split up all four of our seats (despite booking more than 30 days in advance). Our seven (7) year old daughter was by her self. So was our fifteen (15) year old son. When we addressed it to baggage check (part of major issue number 2), they put two seats together, across an aisle, with both children in them. We obviously just sat one of the adults with the seven year old. This was not just us. SEVERAL families had children seated alone and spread all over the plane. ANA needs to require grouped seating for children under thirteen (13) years old with an adult. 2. Tokyo Haneda is the only airport I can think of where I have to pick up and check baggage again just to clear customs. The flights were 1 hour and 45 minutes apart. With nearly an hour dedicated to getting baggage claimed and getting through customs, we barely had time to fix two of our split seats (see issue 1) and rush via a free bus route that took 6 minutes (luckily we were first stop) to get us to domestic terminal 2. We were then lucky again because we made it through security quickly and our gate happened to be right next to the security check we chose. Another side piece: Haneda Domestic Terminal 2 has four security check areas (A-D). We saw no identifying marks indicating which were closest to which gate. Our bags have already been through a bag check process. Feel free to run them through security scans. Don’t make us wait to collect them just to walk them through the customs desk and check them again."

Ưu: "Flight attendants were wonderful, food and snacks were great and seats were comfortable and seemed to have a bit more space."

Ưu: "This was my first time flying ANA (LAX to Haneda and back) and I have to admit it was surprisingly great. I am a pretty tall guy and found the room for my feet in economy to be more than adequate even though i found myself in a middle seat both flights. The flight attendants were extremely attentive, even as my flights were both overnight/red-eyes. The selection of movies available at each seat was pretty good and included your standard Hollywood stuff along with a decent selection of Japanese film, television, and various documentaries. Whether or not subtitles are available for non-Japanese speakers for Japanese language media was kind of hit and miss (I actually did browse around quite a bit), but I was impressed nonetheless. I would warn some western based travelers that they may not find the food to be all that appetizing. I chose the Japanese style option both flights (rice, miso, salad, fish), however I know that had I had any of my family members along for the flight they would have gone with the international option and they probably wouldn't have enjoyed it all that much."

Ưu: "ANA has done well recently, with top notch offerings of food, flight crew, entertainment, and creature comforts. The food options consistently good (and I do enjoy the small touches like the candy at the end), and they are very friendly!"

This then apparently meant that I was to be flagged for all subsequent flights. This meant that in Chicago, after going through two other security checks that day (Zurich and London) and completing customs, I had to engage in a full Homeland security check. This involved removing protective covers from my laptop and phone that were hard to get off (not meant to be taken off regularly) and a full body search that I did not have to do in London. After many hours of traveling, this was very a frustrating experience."

I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

Khuyết điểm: "Their restrictions for carry on size... had to check my small suitcase because it was over their size limit. I was able to carry it on on my trip going (fits perfectly in the overhead bin) but on the way back it was too big.."

Ưu: "I liked that the plane was clean, that the staff consisted of somewhat normal, more mature people, and that water and carry-ons are free."
Khuyết điểm: "I felt that having to pay $50 extra for a seat when I checked in was pretty deceptive and unethical. I think most people would agree that when they purchase a boarding pass, it is assumed that it includes a seat. Having to pay extra for a seat was something I did not plan for and it was out of my budget, but I had no choice, because I had to get home somehow! I'll be going without groceries this week due to this unplanned expense."

Khuyết điểm: "Customer service was very poor. The arline could've notified the connecting flight that we had landed and to wait on us. Instead, the connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 and the flight had already left. In addition, the reps did not show and form of empathy that we had missed the flight, of no fault of our own. When asked to provide transportation the connecting flight, the rep acted put out and stated we would have to wait (mind you, the next flight wasn't scheduled to board until 1:44pm). I was then told, the rep was going to lunch and I would have to flag down a ride. Lastly, a $10.00 voucher was nothing considering most airport meals are over $10.00."

Khuyết điểm: "All went smoothly for this short trip. I booked several weeks ahead but still couldn’t get nonstop from STS to SAN."

Ưu: "The on-time arrival"
Khuyết điểm: "Having to check our bags due to lack of overhead space which was announced before anyone boarded the aircraft. Had they provided our bags to us when we exited the plane, or told us in advance that there would be no space and they would be offering free bag check, that would have mitigated the situation. Instead they wait till the last minute costing us valuable time. In the future, they should pay us the 25 dollar bag fee when they arbitrarily make this decision."

Ưu: "Professionalism. Didn't like the layover but the second part ofthe flight went smoothlythe pilot made us feel safe and relaxed pointed out the light show on the left. Which was a lightning storm it was beautiful. And we got to little rock safely"

Ưu: "Quick and easy"
Khuyết điểm: "Plan on wearing your running shoes. United is bad at giving you a lay over that is almost impossible to make. 45 minutes or less for a layover is going to give u a pretty good chance to miss your flights. We went to LAX and had to run from terminal 8 to 7. If it were long we would have missed it.."

Ưu: "The gentleman at the baggage check-in kiosk was outstanding. UA needs more employees like him!"

Ưu: "Food tasted great, pilot did great job, bathroom easily available, cabin service reasonable."

Ưu: "I fly with United often, even before United was United when they were still Continental. I remember the seats being more comfortable and having a few more inches of room. I sat in the last row out of my own choosing because the middle seat was empty. However, I didn’t realize the last row seats don’t recline. I was just glad the flight was only two hours long."
Khuyết điểm: "No free entertainment. You have to pay for everything now. The seats are smaller than what I remember."

Ưu: "Flight was delayed 90 mins; I was not concerned but understandably some folks were not so happy. Everything else was great."

Khuyết điểm: "my checked luggage was delayed a day"

Khuyết điểm: "The pane was obviously old and interior parts were barely staying on. The seats were rundown and very uncomfortable. The power outlets were not functional."

Khuyết điểm: "The WiFi and TV touchscreen were broken and some of the crew were a bit short with me when I was trying to order snacks and drinks during the flight."

Khuyết điểm: "Would like to purchase everything at beginning, keeps surprise out of the cost. Seems like i could not get my sests."

Khuyết điểm: "The automation of the check in to print luggage tags Crammed seats in regular economy Malfunction of entertainment screen Food was awful and only beer and wine were for free"

Ưu: "Nice plane and the boarding was super quick, I don't mind The new skinnier seats."
Khuyết điểm: "Rude staff, couldn't be bothered with interacting with people."

Ưu: "Non-stop, new plane"
Khuyết điểm: "Seat comfort is worse then on older planes, narrow aisles make getting to your seat a chore. Poorly placed service buttons in armrests constantly cause erroneous flight attendant calls, reclining the seat causes the knee crush. Wow, United execs should really try their offerings"

Khuyết điểm: "Was surprised to receive dinner and wished they had not served so we could have more quiet time."

Khuyết điểm: "Customer service is Zero."

Khuyết điểm: "Card reader for direct tv didn't work"

Khuyết điểm: "The crew was rude and often in helpful. This is a continuing trend on United and I will not fly united again"

Ưu: "All went seamlessly. Except for WiFi not working. Thank goodness for books!"

Ưu: "Being Asian, I consider myself lucky that my United flight wasn't overbooked or else I might have been forcibly removed from my seat and dragged out of the aircraft like a sack of potatoes with a bloody nose, and then United CEO adding insult to injury by apologizing to all the passengers in the flight EXCEPT me. Outrageous. I have flown almost 2 million miles on United but this ugly inexcusable incident gives me serious doubts about this airline's true character."

Ưu: "Quick flight, beautiful day, interesting company sitting next to me very pleasant flight."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was overbooked and they were offering vouchers for later flights, wasn't a bad thing, though, I'd have done it."

Khuyết điểm: "I was supposed to be home by now, but instead I'm sitting in an airport in Houston writing a review about how ducky this flight experience has been. Delays delays delays. Nothing to eat because all the restaurants are closed. Can't go anywhere because nobody knows what is happening and "it could be any minute now." Two hours later... still here."

Ưu: "Spacious seating and free movies on the seat back display made the flight enjoyable."
Khuyết điểm: "Having to check every over head bing, hoping to find an overhead bin to put my luggage in. Luckily the flight crew was great and found me a space in 1st class to put my things. Really great flight crew made the difference in this flight"

Ưu: "I liked that the entertainment on board worked well for the first time since last few flights. The crew was very curious. Thank you."

Ưu: "Comfort. Economy plus was only $75 at check in. Well worth it for the leg room."

Ưu: "Not much to like. The crew was great, pillows and blankets in economy plus were useful as the plane was cold."
Khuyết điểm: "Big problem with the design of the attendant call button located in the armrest. Passengers were constantly inadvertently turning them on when doing the very natural thing of leaning on the arms. Every time this happened, multiple chimes went off. At any given time there were at least 6 activated. To make matters worse, the personal entertainment system wasn't working, so we had no movies for the kid on a 4 hour flight and had to listen to the chiming. Wow."

Ưu: "The crew was pleasant, the captain was friendly, the chairs were comfortable, and the entertainment options were perfect."
Khuyết điểm: "I had switched airlines, and before boarding, I had to receive a new boarding pass for United, but it was unclear that I had to do this beforehand. The food seemed to be minimal and not thought out."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was operated by United, but there was no clear indication that it was so and so checking in at the Lufthansa desk was pointless. Seats are extremely tight and the entertainment system is outdated."

Ưu: "Nothing"
Khuyết điểm: "Everything. I had a very tight schedule to visit my friends in canada. What was supposed to be a quick flight turned into almost 24 hours of travel and ariving 12 hours late. I was lucky to have 3 days in with my friends now i only have 2. Not to mention what was supposed to be an inexpensive trip turned i to an expensive one when you are forced to eat airport food after being constantly re routed. I bought my ticket based on ariving to ottawa in the morning this however was not the case. I will be seeking a refund."

Ưu: "I'm not a frequent flyer so I can only compare to my 2 United trips (1 last year and the most recent) but the experience was great. Thanks"

Khuyết điểm: "Temperature in the plane was way too cold!!! I didn't rate entertainment higher because we didn't use it...we read our books."

Khuyết điểm: "Cramped, uncomfortable seating. Departure time and gate changes."

Khuyết điểm: "I got stuck with a 2 hours delay flying into Dallas and then another 2 hours delay flying back to Newark. Worst experience ever with United Airlines. Couldn't even get a complimentary of any sort and missed 2 events which was very disappointing."
