The Eva ground crew had 10+ hours to arrange a space for the plane, as it steadily approaching its destination, and the arriving time was 10pm, hardly a busy hour of an airport. Another disappointment: as before, I took the bus provided by Eva to neighboring states. This night the arrangement was awful. Poorly organized Eva crew kept all on the roadside, with only three of the five buses next to us, we passengers waited in the open, without a schedule or clue. We were lucky for the night was warm. In a typical NY winter night, 10 Farenheit and windy, we‘d be hurt more."

Since the luggage’s were retrieved at end of the trip, I am not sure where these damaged occurred , either in states or Taipei or when tsa did their search, I do not have any noticed paper to explain the cause of damage lock either"

The blanket provided is kind of short (unless you're short) so bring your own. I brought my own microfiber which fits in my back pack and I can pull it out. It covers a lot more area and so I was super comfortable."

Charged us to check one bag each and would not allow us to carry it on although the same bags were allowed as carry on from NGO-MNL Were told by one person we could checkin for our flight, told were we’re at wrong counter and international counter was not open yet. My checked bag was ripped open somewhere in the process of being transported!! I don’t think I will fly this carrier ever again!"

Ưu: "Cebu pacific is one of airlines who prescribe to a pay as you go additude. Be prepared to pay for everything after you pay for your ticket 7kg carry on max limits pay for the food you may or may not eat, and if you get cold easily bring warm clothes. No joke this was the coldest airplane I have ever been on in my 15 years of travel, so cold in fact that upon taking off you can hear the ice crystals breaking loose and traveling through the air system. I am going to say that the plane was in good condition and the flight attendants and pilot crew seem to be well trained as well as very polite."

Khuyết điểm: "I BOUGHT ANOTHER TICKET WITH PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, WHICH LEFT LATER, TODAY AND I HAD NO PROBLEM. NO EXCUSES. SO I PAID TWICE FOR A TICKET TO MANILA FROM BANGKOK. THE BIG PROBLEM IS EVEN WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT WAY AHEAD OF TIME, THE CEBU PACIFIC PEOPLE, JUST DO NOT CARE, THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAM. THIS HAS COST ME A LOT OF MONEY. AND TIME AND STRESS, THERE IS NO REASON TO NOT LET ME ON THE PLANE. I GAVE THEM THE INFORMATION, THEY NEEDED. THE SAME INFORMATION AS I GAVE PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, THAT I DID FLY WITH. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE HORRIBLE TREATMENT I RECEIVED TODAY."

Khuyết điểm: "Its a shame—Singapore is a first-class city and its people are beautiful; except for one zealous person who made it her goal to ruin Singapore. Cebu Pacific (MNL) required our umbrella to be checked-in without incurring additional expense since it does not make sense to charge us because the umbrella price is way less than the shipping cost. However, Cebu Pacific (SGN) Counter Supervisor was rigid and unprofessional; she wouldn’t listen to reasons and logic. She said that this is SGN and not MNL and therefore, its totally different. She was correct because we were able to go home and security did not say anything about our umbrella. Basically, we do not have to check-in our umbrella in the first place. But the Supervisor was adamant and combative regarding our umbrella. We told her we’ll just throw it in the trash can instead of shipping it."

On top she did not return the booking form. Luckily I had a second copy or my filipino friend would have been stopped by filipino immigration."

If you book through a major third party agency, you cannot log onto their system to make changes like add baggage. At the airport, they told me the only way to ask them is to come to the airport. How environmentally unfriendly and generally inconvenient. Especially in these days where such online services should be easy."

All exit seats were free, the flight attendant told me they can't move me because you need to pay extra for those seats. I don't need to get anything for free, but I paid for my seat just like everybody else and it's very frustrating I was forced to spend my flight sitting not only uncomfortably, but also in an unsafe position in case any serious turbulence happened."

Ưu: "Both outbound and return flights departed on time."
Khuyết điểm: "When booking this return flight with Air Asia we had to pay for baggage.Not sure if its with Kyak or Air Asia but Having included baggage for outbound we were shocked to find it wasn’t included for the return. This cost us £147 at check in which was a shock.This hasn’t happened with Hong Kong Airlines previously. I think either your website or Air Asia’s need a block when booking return flights so you include baggage for both sectors.This would avoid the shock and excessive cost at check in."

Ưu: "The price was cheap and with the value deal you get 20kg can choose a seat and get a small sandwich and water that's alright. Boarding was fast."
Khuyết điểm: "It was quite bumpy throughout both flight were I was wondering why it was perfect weather. Both my flights were delayed You have to pay for everything wondering why I don't have to pay for the toilet. =)"

Khuyết điểm: "Barely any leg room, very tight for average to small sized people. Can't image what tall people do..."

Ưu: "I liked the price, convenience and mango sticky rice. Check in was smooth as was boarding. The staff was nice, and the Thai happy attitude made it all the better."
Khuyết điểm: "I didnt like the way they pressurize the cabin. It felt a bit hot and stuffy, plus simply not as comfortable as other airlines. Not many healthy food options either."

Khuyết điểm: "Having to buy even tea and soda. When I ordered Lipton iced tea and instead received hot tea, the stewardesses acted like it was very inconvenient to change it."

Ưu: "Food was excellent and price for food was reasonable"

Khuyết điểm: "Even for a reduced fare, I've never been on any other airline that even makes you pay for water. I've flown many other reduced fare lines that still offer you a beverage and a small snack, even if only peanuts or pretzels. That this flight offers no beverage or food without payment is disappointing."

Ưu: "Not much of anything this discount carrier is only cheap if you like traveling with just the cloths on your back."
Khuyết điểm: "4kg of luggage costing 1600 baht. You dont even get a drink of water for free."

Khuyết điểm: "We were not informed that they charged for baggage! At the last minute we had to run and pay $30.00 each bag. The only way to know that was going to the airline website link on the confirmation email-very back door. Also on the flight not even water was free-you had to pay for everything. Add all that to the fact that the tickets were more expensive than other Thai airlines. We weren't all that happy with Air Asia!"

Khuyết điểm: "They tried to make me pay almost 400 Canadian dollars for my 20 kg bag! I ended up still having to pay 87 Canadian but because it was unexpected it was unimpressive to say the least. Then once on board they won't even give you water or anything!!! What a joke. Not what we are used to in Canada."

Ưu: "Had to pay for water when was thirsty. Coughing because of dry throat. Did not have credit card so suffered the whole way there. Made myself fall asleep."

Khuyết điểm: "The bagage fee for one checked bag was excessive. The cost of the flight for distance high."

Ưu: "Getting on board plane."
Khuyết điểm: "There was a 40 minute delay. No information for other passengers for flight after us. So hence chaos for our flight."

Ưu: "Myself and my 3 friend were seated together and were able to get priority seating without requesting it."
Khuyết điểm: "It was an extra 900 baht for checked luggage. We were shuttled to where the plane was during boarding, but had to wait in the shuttle while the previous flight was unboarding. The cabin was not cleaned between flights and they came around collecting garbage as if it was our garbage that needed to be thrown out."

Ưu: "Flight was inexpensive and clean."
Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed. I was charged so much for my 12KG bag... they said if I had checked in 4 hours prior to my flight it would have been 300 Thai Baht... but I checked in 2 hours prior to my flight (that was then delayed an hour) and was charged 900 Thai Baht! Very frustrating."

Ưu: "I flew out of BKK to CNX. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Boarding a bus at the terminal in BKK for the ride out to the aircraft was the only detractor, although not totally uncommon in Thailand."

Ưu: "Helped me with additional baggage and didn't exploit that I had forgotten to book my luggage."

Khuyết điểm: "I did not like having to pay almost $90 for my bag at the airport. I wish I had received notice from kayak that this was not included in the flight."

Khuyết điểm: "baggage charges. confusion on how to pay and not included in ticket. Seemingly very expensive. check in had inadequate personnel to service the boarding passengers. long, long wait in line cup of coffee on 6:10 am flight was very expensive"

Ưu: "That we got there!"
Khuyết điểm: "90 minutes delay leaving due to late arrival of prior flight. Little communication from the staff as to the expected departure time. Complete CF at the airport. But once we were on the plane, it was OK. No food, no drinks, not even any water. Minimal space for the knees. No baggage at all include with the fare. I would have paid for bags in advance, but website make this impossible unless you become a "member", which mean giving all sorts of personal information that they don't need. After queuing for 30 minutes to drop my bag, I then had to wait again in a different queue to pay the bag fee."
