Excellent service. Clean aircraft. Took off and landed on time. Did not feel it was an 18 hour flight. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again.
Only 2 meals on a 16 hrs flight and they had few option for food and drink. Qty was not sufficient
I liked the cleanliness of the flight, my check in bags got loaded into cargo for some reason and I had to wait over 30 mins for them to arrive becuase a thunderstorm hit and they people in charge didn’t want to drive the cargo section over in a thunderstorm.
Someone from the airport employee open our luggages and stole Nike air 1 shoes and Bally shoes, and 6 Nike dri fit shirt, and lots of chocolates.
It is just a normal flight. Short flight. The Aircraft was bit older and was very shaky.

Pretty slack. A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

Ưu: "To be honest I had a pretty bad flight because my allergies exploded during the entire flight - constant sneezing, runny nose, you name it. However, the attentiveness of the crew really made up for it. The cabin was decorated with tiny wreathes (so cute!), and the pillow/blanket was very comfortable/warm for an Economy seat. Although I did not use it as much, the entertainment seemed top-notch. And the crew-- they noticed that I was not feeling well, and offered me peppermint tea and snacks that did sooth things a bit (you can request for snack/beverage refills anytime!). I loved that they gave out black socks to the passengers too (I prefer taking my shoes off during the flight, so the socks added warmth & prevented my own socks from getting dirty). All in all, it was one of the best-serviced long flights I had, not to mention probably the most affordable price I paid for my annual trip to Korea (from LA)."

Not only was my last-minute Virgin ticket cheaper than Jetstar, I didn’t have to pay the ridiculous extra baggage fees Jetstar charges, and a meal with alcohol was included in my flight. Virgin all the way!"

Also while I'm on the topic, my continuing winger is luggage charge calculation. Why do I at 72kg with 10kg of luggage have to pay extra when a 150kg person doesn't. Air travel cost is directly proportional to payload. This has to change."

The allowance was also much less than on other airlines- traveling for 2 months made this a real surprise and made us shuffle things around at the counter. I would have appreciated some kind of explanation / apology. Also, I don't like the in-flight gambling ("raffle") option. Jetstar hands out scratchie tickets for $5.00 a pop. The odds of winning (the car) are ludicrous and gambling is a serious problem in Victoria. So, I don't think it is appropriate. The in-flight food was absurdly expensive. Finally - and, perhaps, most importantly - the flight wasn't smooth. It didn't appear to be due to turbulence, but (rather) the pilot / s. The plane kept dipping up and down, making us feel sick."
