When the cabin lights are ON, the crew is hustling to keep the passengers occupied and chewing. Free Beer, Wine and mixed drinks in Coach! Every Service - Snack, Drinks, Lunch, Dinner, Coffee/Tea, Second and Third rounds of drinks includes a cold towel to wipe your face and hands and most important, trash is collected promptly EVERY single time. WOW. I noticed that Flight Attendants take notes on sleeping passengers for every major meal service, and they take the time to revisit those customers when awake to check they might have wanted to be fed. I also noticed that the crew has special double sided tape to pickup crumbs and spills in the aisles so grime is not tracked into the carpet. Dont be surprized to see a flight attendant cruising the aisle after dinner with a soft cooler full of small vanilla Hagen Daz cups..."
Khuyết điểm: "We flew from Bangkok to Washington Dulles with a connection in Tokyo. Snow in Japan caused crew shifts to max out and ultimately a dramatic change in flight departure. (Guaranteeing a missed connection) This caused multiple downstream challenges. 1. Original flight was scheduled for 00:30. (Half Past Midnight), rescheduled flight was scheduled for 12:30 (Half Past Noon) For Americans unused to a 24 hour clock, this made emails From ANA very difficult to wrap your mind around. Was it a typo? What happens when you miss your connection? (Turns out weather delays do NOT result in accommodations or meals being provided) Rescheduled flight should have been for 1231 with (AM/PM in Parentheses) 2. For passengers who spent their vacation/trip near the equator, the prospect of spending the night in snowbound Tokyo was simply not addressed in the cancellation email. The better option was to stay in your original point of origin and make the connection in one day, but email has NO telephone number for passengers to call to make these arrangements. (We ended up calling a toll California telephone number to be sure we got an English speaking agent) 3. Many SE Asian departing cities have a crazy baggage weight policy that allows for Two bags of 25 Kilos each , but if you have a single bag that weights 32 Kilos, you must pay excess baggage. Although the policy may NOT be specific to ANA, there are hundreds of folks of all nationalities repacking suitcases on the floor of the airport, to try to meet the regulations. As a traveler I understand this, but as an ANA customer it makes no sense, especially when the ticket agent cannot charge the overage to a credit card at the ticket counter. Instead sending you to a different location then waiting for you to return with a receipt. Its a huge scam and ANA can do better communicating the rules to passengers via email or their web site. Nothing starts a long trip off worse than arguments over arcane rules. 4. Changing a return flight arrangement as a result of weather happens at the last moment, but seat assignments apparently could not keep up. I would rather NOT fly than face a center seat in coach for 14 hours. I cannot explain what happened, but repeated attempts at advance check in showed NO assigned seats available, the ticket and gate agents could not improve on this, but BOTH flights ended up having empty seats and in the end we stressed for nothing. ANA must be able to do better, improving their IT systems to make advance seat assignments possible no matter how challenging the problem of "equipment" and other changes in the face of a canceled flight."

The flight flew off course for almost 30 minutes, while the flight attendants required everyone to remain seated due to supposed turbulence. We felt no turbulence for almost 25 mins. No update was given to passengers while we flew far off course. I motioned to the flight attendant, who was seated due to turbulence warning, to ask why we were off-course, but she could not get up. Many passengers were pointing to the flight path animation, to point out that we were flying straight north, instead of southeast. The flight attendant then called the captain for an update, and then the captain finally made an announcement about weather delays around shanghai."

So basically all that crew does is just asking which course gold members want an hour before serving. It seemed silly with no actual benefit."

When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."

The bathroom was definitely not cleaned enough, I went twice where the floor was soaked, the seat was wet and the sink full of toothpaste. I understand that every passenger should be responsible enough to clean up after themselves, but it was not an enjoyable experience. The crew was friendly enough, but it didnt feel like the personalized service experience that is usually the case (where they introduce themselves, explain the do not disturb sticker etc). Also I think there was something wrong with my seat because it didnt "lay flat" all the way."

We had to wait for our neighbors to step out of their seat and take advantage to do the same. Felt very claustrophobic. The crew told us they had run out of some juices that we would have liked."
Khuyết điểm: "Our flight from Boston to JFK in Ny was delayed an hour. We got to JFK and ran from the plane to the terminal and they had already closed the door but the plane was still there. They wouldn't let us on the flight and it ended up even being delayed for 30 minutes! We talked to JetBlue and they said they couldn't do anything for us so not only did we miss out on a day in Italy, we lost our a ton of money on all the things we booked for Tuesday. We also then had to get a hotel in ny and everything was booked so we almost had to sleep at the airport but luckily we found a place that had a last minute opening. Still was super expensive and no one helped with a "destressed rate". Now we have to wait until 10 again tonight to try to catch the plane to Milan because Emirates only has one flight a day. This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had."

Ưu: "My checked luggage bag was damaged. I noticed the damage only after I I reached home. However, when I reported Cathay Pacific baggage staff were very helpful and professional. I know several airlines who hide behind bureaucratic procedures to stonewall customers. CP is not one of them. Excellent service, before, after and during the flight."

I am extremely pissed off"

I usually travel with my son who's 3 I been flying many different airlines and I know in every airlines the most annoying is the tiny restroom I don't even want to go in there. 2nd of all Most of the cabin crew are very nice and very polite some aren't when you hit the service button you are expected someone that willing to help not the face like what the heck you want from me??? It's the long flight I understand and I'm exhausted too I just need to see someone willing to help and with a big smile not grumpy face. One last thing is the food. I'm not sure who's think about the menu for kids I'm not sure it is my son or the food But he never touch the food only thing he ate are the dinner roll I hope I can see some change for kid menu pick somethings that most kid like to eat maybe? We were very upset since we have a wedding celebration scheduled and the airline showed no flexibility even in situations where the floght was delayed! They charged alot of mone to rebook for the next day"
Ưu: "I’ve flown Many airlines in the past but my experience with Turkish airlines was wonderful. The only bad thing was that there was a lot of turbulence. The staff were super helpful, every time you asked for something they provided quickly. The seats were spacious. Great flight entertainment tons of movies to choose from. Food was yummy. Finally, someone at the airport helped in re-booking our flights but I have yet to have anyone give me an answer regarding compensation! In addition, we are traveling with an infant which isn't easy but we had the bassinet seat on our original flight. Now it's sold out for the flight tomorrow and no one will assist in trying to help get us better seats. I understand things are out of your companies control but being in an airport with an 18-month baby isn't easy and no one in this company has made this crazy travel schedule easier. I would like someone to call me back or email me with something that could maybe be done to help us! No one at the call center will help!"
