Latam was very accommodating the crew out of Peru was super helpful and kind
airport staff are very spoiled disrespectful
Seria muy bueno que primero bajaran los pasajeros con conecxiones ….se hace muy dificil ir de un lado a otro y las lineas son largas. De uruguay a Montevideo nos hicieron en chile pasar revisacion de bolsos a los que teniamos conecxiones y habia 1 sola fila?????Habia mucha gente que se dirigia hacia diferentes paises y estaba enojada.Ojala algun dia cambien los asientos x lo menos cuando son viajes de 8 horas muy apretados y incomodos, no todos tenemos dinero para viajar en Primera Clase
I would recommend Lan Chile to all people flying to South America. Definitely a great experience.

Everyone was queuing together for baggage drop, checking... it was a mess and took ages. It’s unfair on those who have already checked in online because you were ended up queuing with everyone else."

Ưu: "The flight itself was fine. The flight attendants were friendly and solicitous. The food was good on the long haul leg of my trip. The trip itself was nice."
Khuyết điểm: "It seems LATAM changed the way they charge fees in July. The ticket for my return trip included no allowance for checked bags, and that detail wasn't obvious on my reservation information. Imagine my surprise when I check-in for an international flight and I'm told I can't check any luggage because it isn't included on my ticket. I ended up paying $210 to check two bags. Also expect to pay a bit more for decent seat assignments. My default seat assignment was at the very back of the plane, right against the rear bulkhead where seats often can't recline. So, another $60 to move elsewhere."

Khuyết điểm: "The check in line had a three hour wait....it was a mad house. Then they told me the flight was boarding at 5:30 for a 6:33 departure, so I got stressed out to get to the gate. We did not board until 6:45 and left at 7:30????"

Ưu: "Premium Economy DIRTY , Aircraft was not cleaned even in Prem. Economy. Seat sold as Business Class on Kayak but actually exact same seat as economy in the back. Mean was disgusting Seat was dirty, Could not understand ANY of the announcements Will definately try a different carrier when available"

Khuyết điểm: "The customer service I received on the plane however was probably the worst service I've ever had and I fly a lot. From a stewardess giving me grief for requesting coke and crackers to the overall customer experience was very much lacking!"

Khuyết điểm: "Hiking boots and a rain jacket were stolen from my suitcase during normal checked baggage transfer. In mexico city after standing in customs line for a very long time, I found my bag sitting by the luggage conveyer belt. At my destination I found my hiking boots and jacket to be missing. I suspect they may have been taken in mexico cit but it could have happened anywhere along the process"

Ưu: "There entire experience was 1st rate. I've flown to Europe with various international flight companies and LATAM has equaled such but what put it above others was the personal attention when I had a problem with luggage. In Lima, Peru there was a connection and an attendant named Sebastian went the extra mile contacting luggage handlers with his cell phone to ensure my bag was recovered and waiting at the gate of my connecting flight en route to Buenos Aires. A special thanks goes to Sebastian. Thank you Brother."

Khuyết điểm: "The boarding had to be done by bus, then climbing stairs with carry-on luggage. It was cold at 8:30 am. It was not comfortable. Same thing happened in Guarulhos, SPaulo, en flight MVD-GRU"

Ưu: "Every employee is super helpful and the airline is family friendly. Airplanes are always new and clean. The meals are always good as far as airplane food goes. They have a generous baggage policy and unlike other airlines the airport departure tax is included in the fare. They serve the customers unlike the domestic airlines."

Ưu: "I flew from Baltimore to Miami to Bogotá with zero issues. I am a musician and was traveling with my guitar, nobody hassled me and there was adequate space. The only issue was in Bogotá for my return flight. After struggling with the LATAM kiosk machine I was told by a LATAM ticket agent that flights from Bogotá to Miami are through American Airlines. Luckily a very nice American Airline agent accompanied me back to LATAM and convinced them my flight was with LATAM. Everything else was simple and easy!"

Los que están en tránsito deberían permitirles bajar del avión antes para poder llegar en hora al otro vuelo. Sugiero que la tripulación informe a los pasajeros en tránsito sobre dónde dirigirse según el vuelo siguiente"
