Airlines lost all my bags and is not being helpful at all in tracing them. Value of baggage is over $25,000. I expect a full refund and expect to be compensated for the loss.

When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

This caused inconvenience to me and my family to wait 7 hours for the connecting flight to Johannesburg from Doha. When the flight is changed by airline for their convenience, they would have given preferential treatment to the passengers involved. We had to bare the cost of food and make us comfortable on our own due to the delay in transit."
Ưu: "This review is for return travel from ATL to MAA (Chennai, India) and back. Route: ATL-DOH: about 14.5 hrs; DOH-MAA: about 4.5 hrs; Likes: 1. Baggage check-in process was simple and easy. 2. Meal preferences was good - I'm a vegetarian and on the onward journey forgot to specify the meal preference but the crew had enough inventory to meat the requirements. 3. Every seat was provided with a small plastic pouch/packet/goodie bag that consisted of a eye mask (very thoughtful), pair of sock, toothpaste+brush (very thoughtful), hand cream. This was very useful and effective. 4. Entertainment - options were good and current."

Not sure if this is something to do with the browser (tried with Firefox, Opera) 2. It would have been good, as part of the online check-in, if the users reminded to specify the meal preferences, etc. I forgot to specify the meal preferences but thankfully the crew had enough of what I wanted. 3. Take a relook at the packaging of the toothpaste tube in the goodie bag. It was sealed in such a way that it was difficult to open it w/o a sharp object. This should have been easier. 4. Seats were the worst part - poor legroom. Worst, the seat cushion is the worst. I think it was just a fabric over a metal seat with minimalist of cushion. ATL to DOH leg was the worst (and the longest leg of the trip). Unless you have open seats next to you it would be a back breaking and painful trip. Seat comfort wise, I would rate Qatar as the worst. Luckily on the return leg (DOH-ATL) next two seats to mine was empty, so was able to stretch and sleep well. DOH-MAA or MAA-DOH seating was little better (think its a older plane; newer planes have worst seats) 5. The website was damn slow while accessing from overseas. Even in the US, at times the website hangs-up, freezes or spins often. 6. Food was ok -dinner and lunch but minimalistic; I didnt see any specific breakfast menu or any coffee served separately (was part of beverage option during lunch or dinner) 7. There was no alert, communication, notification, reminder of upcoming trip via email or text, etc. Many airlines does this very often but Qatar was totally silent on it (they did have my email during checkin). Not sure why."

Emirates chauffeur drive booking at the arrivals needs to go back to the old ways. I hadn’t booked a chauffeur drive as at Dxb airport you could get immediately, however, now you have to book and I had to wait 25 mins to get a vehicle and that too after making requests to supervisor

I plan to write against them in some leading newspaper for being racist. If people like us stay quiet and injustice and humiliating attitude they have against us, we will continue to suffer. She made us feel like friends as she gave us an insight into her 'high flying' lifestyle while being professional. I had already selected my seat prior to boarding which I paid hundreds of dollars for. Then after boarding the flight crew asked me and the gentleman sitting next to me to move our seats to accomodate for another man that wanted to sit next to his wife. Then I was stuck in a middle seat and I paid for an isle seat. I thought this was rediculous. No one offered me a discount or anything! And the man that wanted to sit next to his wife wouldn't let the plane leave till he was sitting next to his wife. What was I supposed to do? Hold up the plane even longer? This was so crazy!! Outrageous!"

Khuyết điểm: "Omg...the crew...the crew, as was in the past, and with the exception of 1 poor guy who was really trying his best, was RUDE and lacked finess. They would literally kick u in the hallway (while passing this hostess gave me a good knock on my foot and didn't turn around to apologize. ..she kept going). They will serve you food and throw the trays down on your table, talk over you to the other hostess in the other isle while serving you. Speak in the most condescending tone, especially, unfortunately to older folks or foreigners who had a hard time understanding. I mean....total chaos and, for someone who flies often both dom & intl, this has got to be the worst service received, and thought the price point is as juicy as pie, I still expect some level of class and great customer service. It's not worth it."

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Khuyết điểm: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

we missed out connection due to predictable sized crowds at the passport control. While an hour and a half seemed enough to me, it was way too tight given the conditions. Iberia had only two customer service agents at the terminal and it seemed half our plane from Los Angeles missed our connections even though we arrived in Madrid on time.
Left my luggage behind. Flight attendants were extremely rude. Got charged twice for my ticket and still no refund. Worst airline i’ve ever flew with.

Khuyết điểm: "According to my itinerary, we were scheduled to fly from Marrakech to Casablanca on Royal Moroccan Airlines flight 402. There was no flight. My itinerary also said we were to fly out of Casablanca on American Airlines. After sitting at the gate for over 2 hrs. in Marrakech,one of the ground crew members told us our flight had been canceled, but we were never notified. The supervisor refused to give us a letter stating that they screwed up by either sending us to the wrong gate, or that the flight had been canceled so I could get my money back thru my travel insurance. She said the flight was not cancelled so it wasn't her fault. No flight left from our gate. She refused to help us book another flight. I had no smart phone to book another flight and she told me, that was too bad. I asked what should I do, she said "that is your problem not mine, I cannot help you." There were 2 others they sent to the wrong gate and 6 others who had the same problem as us. Later 2 others, on a different flight with RAM, walked up to the ticketing section and said they were sent to the wrong gate and missed their flight too. I need a letter from someone so I can retrieve my $1800 back from my travel insurance because we had to book other flights and stay an extra day in a hotel in Casablanca. I don't feel that is asking too much. We were there early to fly out and did everything they told us to do. Luckily, someone cared enough to let me use their smart phone to book another flight and hotel or this could of been a real tragedy."

Ưu: "My rerun flight was overbooked so they had to find another flight for me and one other in my group of 4. Nothing was offered to make up for the inconvienience. They did manage to find a direct flight that departed s couple hours later."
Ưu: "Upon boarding the flight attendant looked at my seat # and directed to to the correct side of the aircraft. I found this to be very helpful, since on the trip over I was in the wrong side had to bother people to move so I could get to the correct side of the aircraft. Travel can be very stressful, this made boarding quicker and easier."
