Extra leg room seats at extra cost are near toilets and watching the comings and goings from there is not pleasant. Staff ok but nothing special, left waiting with forms for lost luggage, little explanation. Plane decor looks tired, seats narrow. Luggage lost. Know why I like to fly Thai airways"

Khuyết điểm: "Before I start my complaint I would like to say that my family and I had 6 emirates flights this year and 5 of those flights were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our traveling with emirates but this 1 flight came out to be the worse flight of my life. I made online check-in and chose our seats and all was successful but when we reached the airport and I opened my app, it displayed that online boarding pass was not available. After moving slowly in a long queue, when I reached near boarding counters, an official checked my name in a list and informed that there was some new tax applied on us and thus I had to visit counter 5 or 6 to pay that tax. We joined the queue of counter 5 but it was not moving at all and I noticed some people being served at counter 5 who were not in the queue, thinking that counter 5 might take longer, I joined counter 6 queue where there were only 1 family and 1 passenger ahead of me, for next half hour we stood there but that queue didn't move. Finally after some time another counter called me, he confirmed that I had made online check-in. We were given boarding passes and were asked to wait for tax processing, After another 15min, we were given all papers and were requested to move to the immigration counter. After immigration when we were going through final security check, the emirates official asked me to hurry up, I showed him that the security process was going on in front of him, upon that he asked why I was late to airport, I informed him that I made online check-in and I was required to be there 90min before the flight but I was there 150min before the flight and it was in front of him how long the tax processing took, upon that he said that I should have been at the boarding counter 240min before the flight and that I should be aware of the facilities at the airport (although it was my 1st time there). I had not made any complaint on what had happened so far to anyone and I was not rude to anyone although I was with my wife and 1.5 years old son who was crying coz of warn weather and thirst, we couldn't provide him with water coz we were standing in queues all the time. But hearing such comments from Emirates official were quite unbearable but still I stayed calm and reached at the gate. When I handed over the boarding passes, I was told that my boarding pass was missing and I was quickly blamed by emirates officials that either I reached there without a boarding pass or I had lost it. When they checked in their system it showed that I was already boarded, I understood that they gave my boarding pass to someone else but they kept on saying that I had lost it and also informed the same to plane crew, then they made a manual boarding pass for me and let me pass the gate. We were the last passengers to enter the plane. When I reached at my seat, there was someone else sitting there, upon taking attendant's help, it was discovered that the passenger sitting there had my boarding pass."

Ưu: "Whether coach, business or 1st class, Emirates creates their passengers with respect and thanks in all they do. A 13 hour flight is no short haul and the Emirates staff kept a positive aire throughout the flight. The meals were very good, the service as well. The facilities were kept clean and accessible. Thank you Emirates...you made my trip a pleasure both to and from Dubai."

Ưu: "I flew from Orlando DL to Dubai ,and from Dubai to cape town and both flight I was selected to seat on the middle seat,f that happens on my return flights to Orlando fl ,I will never fly emirates again"

Ưu: "Very comfortable interiors and great food and drinks. Crew is also not a bunch of jerks."

Khuyết điểm: "Kayak booked the ticket through flight network and when we reached airport the airline staff was not able to find the ticket. The flight was missed in trying to find what went wrong and when called the flight network they told that due to insufficient time between booking and departure time they canceled the reservation. No message was sent for cancelation and it caused a lot of troubles and grief to all involved."

The seats are comfortable, the entertainment options are great, staff was all very friendly, alcoholic drinks were complimentary, they give you a great care package with socks, ear plugs, toothbrush and paste, and the price was great!"

Khuyết điểm: "IAD-->DXB--?AMM; Airlines took my stroller from me before boarding the first flight to Dubai(at gate), and they gave it to me in Amman. WHen landed in DXB, There was a long walk form the plane to the gate where you can find a stroller in the airport( which is only a single stroller) and having 3 kids which does not help. Why not give strollers at gate just like all other airlines! I was prepared and had the double stroller with me! Never again on Emirates with kids!"

Khuyết điểm: "1. I had put in a request for vegetarian meals, but my request was ignored. At meal time, I was given a choice between chicken and lamb. I again asked for vegetarian, and was told they didn't have any. The white guy in the next row asked for the same, and it magically appeared. The attendant noticed my shocked stare and then gave me a veggie meal too. 2. On a 16 hour flight, our tv screens didn't work. None of the attendants even came by to check, even after repeatedl requests. 3. My 6 and 9 year old kids would like to know why they didn't get any of the courtesy toys/coloring books that were given to other similar age kids. I don't want to tell them it was due to their skin color. 4. Even a request for water turned into a tug of war after we had waited for almost 20 minutes. I finally poured it out myself."

Khuyết điểm: "We were allowed down the jet way to board only to come to a closed plane door - waited for at least 5 minutes for plane door to be opened. Crew seemed tired and disengaged. Walked on the plane asked crew how they were and got less than good reply. In flight woman never smiled, overall crew seemed tired and as though they did not want to be there. Perhaps SFO based crew on way home? Tired from flight over to Dubai? But it was really noticeable and a real difference from the flight over to Dubai from SFO 2 weeks earlier."
