I did not want to make a big deal, so I just ate it. Then they did not offer any beverages when the meal came! I literally had to beg them to make me their famous “Singapore sling”. Shocking really!!. When I had my coffee, my request for cream and sugar went ignored THREE times. Finally they grudgingly gave me only cream, rendering my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never ever will I travel on this horrid airline again!"

The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices)."

I had to pay thousands for new flight Austrian Air. Swiss thieved my money and I dont mind saying so. Unfair and unfair conduct. I am saving this letter for twitter to tell my friends of my disgust. I will be happy if this is sorted refunded immediately. A copy of these details and medical letter already provided to Jithendra from flight network (online travel agent)."

Why did my overhead light shine on the seat next to mine? Never mind... the flight was fine. Nothing to shout about, except for what I wrote in the next "What I didn't like" box...."

Great, but I was annoyed and upset that she did not warn me that it was a front seat, with now place to put my personal bag. The wife of the guy next to me was 10 seats away, so I found an isle seat at the back of the aircraft and moved, so she could be with her husband. It all worked out okay, but the agent should have been more informative and have offered the option of that rear seat. It's not nice to be sneaky."

Ưu: "Boarding process was very orderly. The 2-4-2 seating arrangement is quite nice for economy as it is a bit more spacious & comfortable. Sat in window seat with a huge compartment storage next to me by window - great for easy access to electronics, etc.. Great movie selection. Short and efficient flight and my fears about basic economy ticket were dissipated as I was able to check a bag and get better seat assignment at airport."

Khuyết điểm: "This occasion, the manager was So rude to me and even called me a liar in front of too many people. I don't speak or understand French and the woman really embarrassed my life. I checked-in online before I got to the airport and I mistakenly went to terminal 1 instead of terminal 2. So by the time I realised and got to terminal one, the baggage collection stand had closed because I was there by 15:18. To make the long story short, I got through the security where I was delayed for 20mins searching through my things and when I asked about time, the security said the flight won't leave with out me and they would inform them about the delay before I get to my departure gate. Anyway, I got to the gate with some time left and this extremely rude woman whom I was told is the manager insulted the living day light out of my life and turned me back. So I didn't fly with BA in the end. No matter the situation and despite me being late, I believe things would have been handled better. And even if the manager felt I was lying, she should have been more diplomatic about it and speak to me in a good manner. I won't be recommending flying BA from Nice to anyone. That woman was so hurrible, that experience haunts me psychologically."

Khuyết điểm: "I took a BA flight after a while. I had stopped flying BA in flight service and comfort was poor. I travel business class. Seats were dated (seat cushions), plane was dated, inflight entertainment systems dated (compared to most other airlines). Crew goofed up on food. I had a seat change which I informed the Sr Purser who came to take food order, his colleague who came to serve drinks. Still the server gave my food to the other passenger who had requested to change seats. Which resulted in no food for me. They clamoured some meal fro economy class and served so shabbily (only a pic can show how shabby it was - unfortunately I can't attach one here). In spite of all this the purser showed no remorse or offered no apology. I think I made a mistake in choosing BA, should have never come back to them."

I had to go through the whole process of checking in again in Montreal, where I could have missed my connecting flight to Toronto. I think your BA staff in Mumbai should be trained better, thanks."

Khuyết điểm: "Just the fact that BA decided to hold us in UK for 6 hours to get their full pay and the fact that Heathrow ground crew had not enough de icing equipment and resources were at an all time poor response. Three hour lines for checking on status of bags, status of flights, unable to book a hotel through BA and got nothing from them. I didn’t enjoy freezing and staying there in Heathrow freezing... plus I didn’t fly this flight home due to fears of them not being able to handle a coating of snow versus what loads of snow we recieve in the states. I had to take Air India home to the US AND HATED IT... thank you BA and especially Heathrow Number one for lack of response and total irresponsibility..."

The airline should have not have that tight a connection knowing all the screening that must be done to board the next flight. We were held up at every entry point, not told what to expect and thus had to prepare for screening on the fly, while hoping our plane would wait for us, which it did and the many people who boarded after us. Entertainment system was slow and non-responsive and my husband's had to be reset to even start to work. One bag left behind, but delivered promptly within days of arrival"

The lady named Michelle in Dublin almost killed me with her lack of knowledge and slowness. The airplane was extremely dirty including diner tables, seats, and bathrooms. It is the worst airline that I ever flied with. In Dublin the check in and information desk of air lingus were awuful. Full of attitude and absolutely no knowledge."

If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport"

Delta waived the $300 cancelation fee due to the terrorism alert to rebook two other ticket I had purchased. BA said they would but I can not receive confirmation of this until I rebook in the fall. You get much better seats on other airlines without having to pay first prices. Boarding was confusing for people that don't know that Club World means business. And food was bland."

The airplane was an old 330 with shitty bathrooms, and I can't forget how one of crew keeped knocking on me in the toilet and he actually opened the door and said nothing at all which pissed me off,because I work for airline company and I had been in many once before but that behavior is amature once from supposedly experienced Crew member. Anyway save your money and time and avoid this airlines."

Ưu: "my family and I flew one way Singapore to London (15 hours 1 hour stopover in KL) for $1600 (all 4) Singapore Airlines or BA were $1800 per person. they are nicer airlines but not $5600 better. Airbus A380 was a bit tired but service was good. pretty painless trip all in all"

Web checking did not work (with an error asking me to contact customer service at the airport) at both departure and arrival flights. I never fly in middle seats but was forced to do so since the staff couldn't give me an aisle seat during check in. I am still waiting for the airlines to contact me about damages."

Khuyết điểm: "Relatively little to complain of. As noted above the lack of a fully reclining seat is due to the aircraft type in general. Otherwise no complaints."

Ưu: "Line took 1 and a half hours to get through. Never again and I plane on going to Bali alot in the next 40 years."

Khuyết điểm: "Food was stale cellophane wrapped bread and croissant that I did not eat. There is no alcohol served on any Malaysian flight of less than 3 hours. It was a bus boarding that was delayed by weather supposedly but the Tiger Air flight that was due to depart from the same gate area 35 minutes later actually took off on time before our flight. I lived in Malaysia and Singapore for eight years in the late '80's and early '90's, at which time I thought that Malaysian was the best airline in the sky. Sadly, their present service is US airline quality at best without the general ability of US carriers to keep to schedule which makes them one of the worst in Asia."
