Then they told us all to get off the bus and go back into the terminal and wait. No explanation or apologies. Waited another 30 mins then everyone lined up again. They never explained what the issue was - it was a bit unsettling. Like, was it a meintamice issue? Should we be worried for our safety? Or was the aircraft simply late/delayed? Upon taxiing and take off the pilot finally said they were delayed from a previous flight and the plane needed to be “checked.” Would’ve like to know that an hour earlier when we first got kicked off the bus."

No fluff flight only I can see the different is the baggage weight you can take is only the extra. Seem we stayed on the tar mac for a while flying out and flying in Ho Chi which, the air movement in the cabin was not that great at all and little stuffy and warm. One thing leaving out of Term 3 at Singapore if you go thru Immegration and want to eat the food is not great all and stay away from Burger King and for the 3rd time got sick again! Worst Burger Jiont in the World ever! From no soda, the chicken nuggets tasting like fish, and the Burgees did not taste like burger very sickening! Thier are a rip-off to still wanted everyone to pay full price for the a meal and without no drink and pay extra for water and wanted people to pay for ice. Burger King Co. really need to take hard look at this Joint for very bad foods serving people and getting them sick and ripping people off with money. Seats are small and compact and the seat belt for the airline is small for a bigger person and not meaning over weight."

We had to queue an hour and a half for our boarding pass and check in, which makes it unbelievable how is that possible. We were there early since 815am, and only got our boarding around 10am. We nearly missed our flight as there were queue all around for security check. I guess this is the first and the last time i will travel with Vietnam Airlines."
Khuyết điểm: "We booked the flight for family of 8 Despite informing them over counter in Narita international airport that to place us at 2 together in the same because we have kid of 8 years and 12 years , we were all allocated separately. We could not do online check in even we log in 24 hours before flight ,all seats shown available is individual. Being in the airport early does not help too. I will definitely not consider taking Vietnam airlines in future n will cautious friends to be aware of such service."

They use the Communist system in the international airport"
Ưu: "They assigned me the last seat abutting the bathroom in the back of the plane. It was the smallest seat with zero leg room. The seat itself had zero cushion. And because the back of the seat is against the wall of the bathroom it could not be leaned back either. The entertainment screen is so close to my face I could not look at it directly. I was probably the only Black guy in there. I wonder how they found me that seat. It was a Nonstop flight, I will fly China Southern every chance I get because I just want to get from point A to point B. But, I'll be asking more questions about my seat assignment before accepting it."

And to make everything just great I never received my luggage. Of course you try to call customer service. Guess what no one is available"
Khuyết điểm: "My bag didn’t make it to the final destination. I was one of many people in the same situation who made the same journey originating in SF and ending in Bangkok. We had an almost 3 hour layover in Guangzhou, so I doubt that there wasn’t enough time to make the bag transfer."

There wasn't a vegetarian option so I was given just bread to eat twice on a 15 hour flight. To top it all off, the airline worker at check in forced my companion to pay $150 to gate check her guitar (which has always counted as carry on thru other airlines), and then at the gate she was told she couldn't check it and that she was to bring it on the plane as we originally intended. We noticed she was the only person given any trouble and the only black person.....all in all, a terrible experience."

The security lines were long and passport and ticket had to be checked 4 times and you had to be on queue each time. After the interminable security process, you reach the gate only to fall in line again for a shuttle bus before you actually get to the plane. 2. The connecting flight fr Gounzhou to Manila was 2 hours late!!!. We were all getting restless and hungry inside the plane. 3. One stewardess was annoyed at an elderly lady who was merely asking where she can claim the carry-on baggage that was taken from her because there was no room in the overhead compartment. Considering the passenger's age and the excruciating delay she had to go through, the stewardess could have been more patient and helpful. 4. No entertainment. The whole flight was exhausting and disappointing."

Ưu: "First, crew and service were wonderful. Business class food was very good. BUT on the SF/Guangzhou route, both ways, business class seat 14K did not work! These are 14 and 12 hour overnight flights and seat wouldn't even recline, forget laying flat! On the outbound flight I didn't realize until we took off. The crew tried to fix it and couldn't but gave me one of the crew seats in the back of business class. Not great to be separated from my husband for most of the flight, but I could sleep and was otherwise comfortable. Returning Guangzhou to SF, had the same seat. Checked it as soon as I boarded and it didn't work, again! This time they got ground crew to fix it before take off. It worked most of the flight, but once I put it up after laying flat for 8 hours, it stopped working. Would not move from a straight upright position. Ridiculous! SO check to make sure your seats work before you take off!!"

There was mass confusion with Chinese immigration workers because they didn't speak English and understand we were simply transiting (for which no visa is required). For the love of God, PRINT YOUR ITINERARY AND BRING IT WITH YOU WHILE YOU TRAVEL. It's the only thing that got us through immigration. We had to recheck our bags and go through immigration and customs several times on our way from Tokyo to NYC."
