Overall a great experience, but would have liked it to be a 12hr experience instead of 5."

I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

My husband and daughter were in First Class. The service was below average to say the least - more training required from check in to on board - (in Sydney the staff on the ground went above and beyond) In Singapore it was very fake and contained no sincerity. The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

Someone met me at the end of my second flight to tell me I missed my connecting flight. With the adjusted flight Singapore gave me, there was no chance I would have made it. They did purchase a ticket for me on another airline to get to San Francisco in the end."

Even though we called emirates customer care to afd oyr name in assistance when we booked the ticket but at airport they said we cannot privide any assistance . Moreover one of our family member had wheel chair assistance they never provided wheel chair at Dubai airport reason being they said they have shortage of wheel chairs. Such a bad experience we had !! I will never recommend anyone to travel with Emirates."

Every other airline I have flown allows this. What is even more frustrating is that a women's purse is allowed, so I saw women carrying giant bags with their laptops, etc. in those bags, whereas I had to stuff mine into my carry-on briefcase. This is not normal (as in, other airlines allow it), is not mentioned in the ticket, not mentioned while given the boarding pass, BUT is strictly enforced at the very last minute right before entering the plane."

We all expect to have to wait our turn but it's incredibly frustrating when 1) the system isn't fair (eg splitting a queue into two then allowing those behind you to go to the front of a new line) and 2) treating us like second class by drawing a curtain in front of our faces so Business class people don't have to see us when they disembark."

My personal TV's touch screen wasn't working so I complaint to stewardess, who asked her manager, Ms Jacky to come, she resent the system which worked and then stopped again. I again complaint but by the time Ms Jacky came the system started working again so she said "I did not know how to use touch feature. I was touching it too hard."

I just was a little bothered by the fact that I had purposely chosen to have my boarding pass be digital (to save the environment), but to do this you have to check in online. As a result, they can't verify your passport (something they need to do in person). So when I got to the gate they had to check my passport and then made me use a new, printed boarding pass. Not a huge deal, but just something that bothered me."

They are too upright, making it very difficult to sleep. On one of their planes, the seats didn’t recline at all. I recommend paying a bit more for extra leg room ($150) or flying business or first class even (for long flights)."

BA is the only carrier that charge money to pick up seat assignment in advance more 24 hrs ."

Even if ticket was suspended why it was not informed me to take any pro active action, why I had to wait in long queue to know that my ticket was suspende, IS IT NOT RESPONSIBILITY OF BA ???"

They provided a good voucher, but the cheap hotel they put me in didn't have a kitchen, USELESS. 5. The flight was LATE getting to London the next day and I missed my BRITISH Airway connecting flight to Thailand. Had to wait another 7 HOURS to get a flight out. 6. Terrible service, over priced and rude agents. The agent told me " I don't know who waived your fee yesterday, but I'm not." Cold, considering the plane I was on the day before was shooting fire about to explode. 7. I was rebooked no choice of seating or consideration."

I had a long flight to London from Delhi already so I was too tired to immediately realize what he had done. It only occurred to me when I boarded the flight. I had booked a premium seat in advance and had paid $175 extra for it. He basically moved me to a regular economy seat at the back without asking me or refunding me. That's fraud."

Ưu: "I thoroughly enjoyed my flights. Boarding was efficient and well-conducted. Seats were quite comfortable, I felt. The entertainment systems included plenty of content; movies allowed for different tastes, and there were other options. The crew were thoughtful and responsive to specific requests or needs. Blankets and pillows, earphones and announcements were useful. It was possible to sleep, but also, to stay awake if necessary. The flight arrived in good time, and was de-boarded efficiently as well. The menu was sufficient, although the tarragon chicken was underwhelming: the pasta dish was quite nice. The coffee was not great, but drinkable. I appreciated having actual milk for the coffee."

Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!"

Ưu: "Except for a 1-hour delay, overall the flight was good, smooth and enjoyable. Loved the inflight meal. For the price we paid we got meal and 30kg baggage allowance, we thought that was just value for money. And they departed from KLIA and not klia2 which is more convenient."

Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."
