Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.

They also have some deal with fast food restaurants, Mos Burger and Yoshinoya so sometimes you can get their air version of the fast-food meals. I had Yoshinoya and it was pretty good. The entertainment was okay, the only 2 things I wanted to watch was John Wick 2 and Guardians of the Galaxy 2, but the movies change every month so it was probably a bad batch. Also free toothbrushes and toothpaste available on the plane and a self service snack area. Overall it was great."

Sorry the review I just posted was for this flight which was the long haul flight. The planes were nice and that’s about it. No 2 full service meals, only a little tiny vegetable wrap an hour into the flight. Nothing else until the last 2 hours which was the only meal served. Terrible at that. Also no amenity kits were given. Not even a toothbrush. No snacks or nuts in between. Just an awful experience with a mediocre crew. Very disappointed in this supposed 5 star airline according to Skytrax.
OTHER AIRLINES WOULD CHANGE YOUR FLIGHT FOR A FEE BUT ANA DID NOT!!!!!!!!!

Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

However, the attentiveness of the crew really made up for it. The cabin was decorated with tiny wreathes (so cute!), and the pillow/blanket was very comfortable/warm for an Economy seat. Although I did not use it as much, the entertainment seemed top-notch. And the crew-- they noticed that I was not feeling well, and offered me peppermint tea and snacks that did sooth things a bit (you can request for snack/beverage refills anytime!). I loved that they gave out black socks to the passengers too (I prefer taking my shoes off during the flight, so the socks added warmth & prevented my own socks from getting dirty). All in all, it was one of the best-serviced long flights I had, not to mention probably the most affordable price I paid for my annual trip to Korea (from LA)."

Boarding: I was asked to check my carry on complimentary. I assume the staff believed my handbag was too big. Crew: n/a outside of the snack service. Comfort: the turbulence was so bad I was nauseous. I looked for the bag behind the seat and it looked used. Food: n/a except for the complimentary cookies. Those taste good. Entertainment: only allowed for Sprint/T-Mobile customers for some reason. My flight two days before included entertainment so this was disappointing. American Airlines spelled my name incorrectly which resulted in me being unable to use pre-check on both flights. I am overall disappointed with this experience.

We were re booked flying through San Francisco, missing out on flying on qantas, which is what I had paid for since they are a premium airline. We were booked on virgin America and then United for the international flight. United charged us each for 2 bags totalling $150 each, despite we booked a ticket with qantas which allows 2 bags each. Virgin America honoured our 2 bags, but united refused to. United also has service and aircraft which do not match the levels of qantas which I has specifically sought out. I could not eat some of the food because of the poor quality, and this is something I’ve never done before on an international flight. Additionally their were a lack of amenities on both flights, and no food vouchers despite our travel delay of over 5 hours. This whole ordeal has cost me money, worktime, and created a lot of stress to where I have had to cancel meeting on my arrival in Sydney."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed 2 hours, then moved to the next morning at 6am. Before we got to the hotel, the flight was pushed back to 8am. All for mechanical reasons. We've flown this route before, and have had an abnormally high number of mechanical issues. They seem to use older planes for these shorter flights, and it really shows. Technology could really help ease these situations. American's app does not allow you to look at rebooking options, so we had to stand in line for a solid 30 minutes to speak to an agent. Since it was the last flight of the night, there were only 3 agents there to help an entire plane's worth of people. Calling American didn't help. They couldn't help with hotel/food vouchers. These types of vouchers seem like something else that could be distributed through the app or electronically, eliminating the need to stand in line and grow increasingly frustrated. To add to the fun, the vouchers were not event enough to get a hot dog and drink for dinner, then a coffee and pastry for breakfast. Once we got the vouchers, trying to get to the hotel was a disaster. They had 1 van, so they could get about 10 people every 30 minutes. We just took and Uber, and were eating in the restaurant by the time others were still arriving from the shuttle. There was no one from American there to help coordinate with the hotel or shuttle. We were like blind sheep wandering around looking for the van. Finally, arrive for the flight the next day, and they start boarding about 10 minutes before the 8am takeoff time. So, of course, we were late getting off the ground. Then, when we arrived in Dallas, our gate was occupied by another plane, so we got to sit on an old plane for an extra 30 minutes until another gate opened up for us. Really, other than crashing, not much else could have gone wrong. Made American look completely incompetent...which is happening more the more we use them. Next time, I'll pay a higher fare to fly with Southwest."

The flight landed at least fifteen minutes early...but we didn't have a gate..and ended up departing the planeapproximately on time...but planeside checked baggage took almost thirty additional minutes to finally return to the plane full of waiting customers. Felt way too long....and the ground crew didn't seem to appreciate that most people had a connection..."

Khuyết điểm: "I purchased a round trip ticket to Miami for my infant son and I to accompany my wife on her business trip. First off, there was a 2.5 hour delay. The flight was overbooked. The lady at the ticket counter would not switch my seat to be seated next to my wife and 4 month old infant. Luckily the gentleman beside her was willing to switch seats so that she could comfortably breast feed our son. My checked luggage was severely damaged. The side of the luggage was caved in and one wheel was completely ripped off while the other was partially damaged. A cart had to be rented in order to transport the broken suitcase through the airport to the rental car service area where we picked up our car. The infant car seat belonging to a $180 traveling system was damaged and is missing pieces that secure the broken canopy. We were rudely advised by a staff member to file a report as she pointed in the general directional of a line a mile long. We have been advised by the manufacturing company to discontinue the use of this car seat because it is no longer considered safe for the baby to travel in. Should we ever be involved in an accident, the car seat would likely fail to ensure the baby's safety due to the mishandling by American Airline employees. Unfortunately since the flight was ridiculously delayed and my son was ill, we were unable to file the report. My wife has since contacted American Airlines via telephone and intends to write them a formal written complaint."
Easy online check-in. A cup holder at seat/ on outer side of tray to hold coffee when trays have to be in upright position & when first on board and having a place to put drink from the terminal while organizing bags before sitting. [Previous question of survey needs N/A option as we didn't have any food. I put 'mediocre' but was looking for N/A as we didn't have food onboard so cannot comment on this]
A guy two rows behind me started smoking mid flight. My eyes still burn 4 hours later. Food sucked. Sitting in the plane for 1.5 hours while they searched fir bags was insane.
their app was good and sent timely notifications. Seat was uncomfortable, entertainment pales in comparison to Emirates. Hot meals were mediocre and quite overcooked mush.
I liked nothing about this arrangement. I will never use Kayak or Air Canada again. I don’t recommend either

And when we arrived the luggage of at least 15 passengers, including mine, did not arrive. After waiting 45 minutes at the carousel for the luggage and another 35 at the priority desk I was informed that the luggage was not coming on the next flight but the next day. They apparently had run out of overnight bags so I had to buy a toothbrush and a t-shirt at the airport to sleep in. Now normally I would pack a carry on with the basic essentials for such a situation but this was a direct fight with 3 follow flights to the same destination..... I have no idea who votes for Air Canada or how many votes it takes to win the awards they keep claiming but there is something wrong..."

We called kayak customer support and they wouldn't refund our money!! Horrible experience never again! Never flying Air Canada again !!"

It is particularly painful, since this trip was supposed to be special, for our 50th wedding anniversary. If Air Canada is represented by Travelocity it should at least insist that it is not misrepresented. Air Canada's reputation is worth the effort. A more appropriate name might be Air Canada Rogue. A new boarding pass was printed for the next flight and she assured me that my checked luggage would accompany me from Toronto to Calgary. They also printed a boarding pass for my next flight to Lethbridge. On arrival in Calgary flight personnel ask all patrons to remain seated to allow those of us who had a connecting flight to depart first. I certainly appreciated this kind suggestion and it allowed me more time to reach my next departure gate."

However, I was still required to present my passport and go through customs, and I'm pretty sure I came out of the plane in a different country than I started in, so I conclude that they are splitting hairs to cheat customers out of a standard service."

If she didn't like having her legs squished she should have upgraded her seat and the crew member shouldn't have allowed me to be uncomfortable and not having the same luxuries as the rest of the customers."
