Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
I am request a total refund and suffering. Fight JL7519 from Miami to Los Angeles on June 9. I paid my Covid test $300usd (antigen then PCR). I also booked three Hong Kong Hotels. W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". I lost my non-refundable hotel money and didn't get the ticket to go to Hong Kong. The plane boarded late but they would not give anyone an estimate as to when they’d be boarding to allow people to go to the nearby lounge. The in-flight crew was awesome, and the premium economy is well worth it. Wish they allowed purchasing of business class upgrades, only allowed with points. Food on this flight not as good as their usual. Not many new movies to watch. Overall comfortable flight
I book my tickets thru kayak.com and when we are boarding, 6 of us sit in 6 different places. I have 3 kids and a senior mother. The crew are nice, but not willing to work with other passengers to change the sit for us. Kayak didn't send the seat assignment ahead so I didn't know we are not sitting together. Specially 11 hrs flight. ☹️
The cabin is SO HOT. Made the entire trip obscenely uncomfortable. They also only turn down the lights for 4h of the 9h flight, making is very difficult to sleep. Also, kayak and JAL wouldn’t let me change my flight, which was incredibly frustrating! JAL has a very nice on board crew.

I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

However, the attentiveness of the crew really made up for it. The cabin was decorated with tiny wreathes (so cute!), and the pillow/blanket was very comfortable/warm for an Economy seat. Although I did not use it as much, the entertainment seemed top-notch. And the crew-- they noticed that I was not feeling well, and offered me peppermint tea and snacks that did sooth things a bit (you can request for snack/beverage refills anytime!). I loved that they gave out black socks to the passengers too (I prefer taking my shoes off during the flight, so the socks added warmth & prevented my own socks from getting dirty). All in all, it was one of the best-serviced long flights I had, not to mention probably the most affordable price I paid for my annual trip to Korea (from LA)."

Staff looks amazing and treats you first class even when your in economy. They are so polite and really genuinely want to give you a above and beyond experience. And they over achieve at it! They meals are great and very satisfying. The planes are big and roomy even in economy seats. On our return flight we had a brand new plane which had a sleek touch screen monitor and controller. There mad tons of media available (articles, language games, games, movies, tv shows and more) with USB ports to charge devices on each seat. Plus 10inch personal monitors. Earbuds were included free of charge, aswell as socks toothbrush and tooth paste. They have is two big meals on our direct flight (awesome that they have direct flights). Plus, they offered free snacks too and gave us a full can of soda vs. a small cup. They come through several times offering coffee, tea, water and snacks. All free of charge. This was my first time flying Singapore Airlines and I loved it!!! I wish Everyone was this amazing! Norwegian Airlines was the opposite as far as charging for everything! Had to pay each stop for any luggage ($100 per checked bag). No meals free or charge. They wanted money for everything! And yea a skimpy sandwich was $9.00 :(."

They were simply relying on the process which has been broken. Then upon the delivery, the driver informed us the severe damage in my tumi bag."

My next flight with Asiana to the US from Korea encountered another problem and I was further delayed another two hours, with another two hour layover in LA. The cabin crew was friendly, but not very useful. They provided food, but no help. This is the worst Star Alliance airline I have ever flown. I will not be a returning customer."

For a 12 hour flight this makes things extremely uncomfortable. Also the plane was a little older and the seats were hard and uncomfortable. The in flight entertainment system was also hard to use, unresponsive touch screen and strange little remote. Additionally we sat on the tarmac for an hour waiting for flight documentation. This not only caused us to miss our bus once we arrived at our final destination, but also added another hour to an already very long flight. The captain was not very forthcoming with information about the delay. Overall the experience was unpleasant and I don't look forward to having to repeat it."

Because of this, I had to put my cat in the overhead bin during takeoff. This gave me and my cat a lot of stress, although they let me take her out during the landing. Also I thought the airline would open much earlier than my flight so that I could ensure the safe transfer of my pet-in-cargo."

It arrived after 18:00, boarding was suppose to be at 18:40 but by the time I was able to get on the rail to the main station it was 18:40. Luckly a crew member had a sign and was calling out "HCMC". Luckily I am in good shape because we ran through the airport to the next connection as they were getting ready to close the plane doors. Need to have someone walk and time, the time of arrival from Seattle into Korea, onto the rail, to the main station and distance to gate 40. You may very well miss your flight."

My experience with Turkish airlines has very disappointing. The crew members were not polite during the flight, I had kindly requested for a cup of water, three times! But I had not received a single cup, I will not be flying Turkish airlines again.
I got confused about flight time and day missed my flight and rescheduled it for another day they charged me again $260. Even I tried to call the airline 4 hours before nobody answered me . I don’t have time now to fight this case but I think it’s not fair…

In addition, the flight was delayed by 1 full hour and when we arrived in Vienna our luggage (and the luggage of many other passengers) had not been sent with us. We waited in line for luggage for 30 minutes, then another line for at least 30 more minutes to report the missing bag, and we were then told that it wouldn’t arrive for another day and would be delivered to us within a 3 hour window in the middle of the day. This was essentially an entire night and day lost to a mishap that the airline didn’t even notify us of when we landed. Pretty frustrating."

For long haul flights they must be more generous in terms of seat size and legroom."

If they organized the boarding passes ahead of time, why not the hotel? So we were quite exhausted. The plane was again delayed leaving Istanbul. Movies on flight not what they used to be."

Ưu: "I bought a ticket for three persons: my wife, my daughtet and me. I am Nigerian, my daughter American, and my wife's Turkish. However, because of the diplomatic row between Turkey and the U.S., my daughter was refused entry into Turkey. Turkish airlines' policy was to refund the ticket of any American caught in this row. They said they will refund my one month old daughter's ticket. However, my wife and i will not receive a refund. We bought the three tickets together. Our ticket numbers ended in 235...51, 235...52, and 235...53. However, they will not refund our whole money by cancelling the ticket but only that of my daughter. So this is the question: Does Turkish airline want me to leave my one-month old baby in the U.S. and tavel with my wife to Turkey? What kind of parents will we be if we were to abandon our daughter to take a trip to Turkey. Even, the people in Turkish airlines will judge us evil parents, yet that was exactly the only option they gave us. Lose your daughter or lose your ticket money. They will not even just change our iternary or give us another destination we suggested without penalties which are almost 3/4 of our initial ticket price. They just made away with our money. You cannot say, 'We are cancelling tickets for American citizens' but make no exception for parents of infant citizens. This is the height of criminality. So, me and my family couldn't take the flight and lost $1500. We had to buy another ticket by airfloat to get to Georgia. But Turkish airlines refused to even contact us on the refund for my daughter. A truly criminal enterprise."

No TV news or sport to watch Toilet was not clean. My seat can recline easily without pushing the recline bottom. This was a connection flight. Passengers had to go through 4 check points. Too much redundant. At the last check point, 4 gates shared the same check point. We saw a line but no sign for it. So we went to the front to find out what the line was for and went back to join the line for security check. There were people who did the same thing but tried to cut in the line right at the check point, creating chaos."
