Among all the international travels, I think Cathay was the best followed by Emirates. Qatar seems to be at the bottom of the list in my experience. They did not even have a strategy to house long layover guests and also would not grant visas. Still using Covid excuse, as if their country is so clear and clean of the pandemic.

Interestingly, since all flight attendants were women, about 50% of the flight did listen to them since there were many conservative Arabs onboard from Qatar or Saudi Arabia (i.e., those who are taught not to listen to or respect women). This made for some frustrating sites to witness but it's obviously not the airline's fault. Poor women!"

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.
I love KLM, its very spacious and clean and the landing is always very soft. Great Airline!

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. They could not do the "entire change" and required that we wIt in line after line. Will be a full 24 hours until the entire trip is complete. Would have been nice to at least sit in the empty first class seats on the transatlantic flight with my party as a bit of customer service. Wondering how many hours other had to wait for alternative flights because they did not use the first class seats as an alternative."

Khuyết điểm: "The boarding gate was not posted until 25 min before plane was scheduled to depart, the departure was 20 min late, Customs at Lisbon took 1.5 hours for a simple stamp on my American passport. The aircraft was packed full, not even water was offered without charge, the service even at that was barely fast enough to make one pass of the passengers before landing, the aisles were continually blocked with service carts selling so how are you supposed to make a bathroom break?"

In consequence we could get only separated seats, needed more time for checkin etc. As we have booked the flight with AA Budapest-London-Miami-Sao-Paolo, and Santiago-Miami-London- Budapest, we faced this problem several times."

I even asked a flight attendant if I should speak to someone and she said no because it will "be sorted when we get to London."It wasn't"

You're going to run out of elements to name your BS elitist clubs after. There seems to be a trend where flight attendants physically lean in and force passenger seats upright prior to landing. I appreciate the frustration, but I don't like being caught in the crossfire when they lean over me to do it."

Khuyết điểm: "Once were on board our pilot informed us there would be a 1 hour hold time by the tower. After 20 minutes, things changed and we left. We arrived late, but it was Terminal 3 to Terminal 3. Fast right? Nope. Walked for days and then we got to go through security again. Arrived to gate. More of room with in access, but no out access. Good thing there were bathrooms in there - oh no wait - there weren't. Good long wait with kids before we could board."

Khuyết điểm: "I sit in 2K of A350-900. Though it is known as a throne seat, there is an error on the installation of this seat. The foot rest that comes up and supposedly joined with the ottoman to make up the flat bed is too long so this seat never can actually go to full 180 degree mode."

Entertainment unit was one of those press-the-screen-and-maybe-10-seconds-later-it'll-react types. Crew wasn't very communicative about what each cart rolling down the isle was for. Not a terrible experience, just not particularly good."

Khuyết điểm: "Pudong airport ground stuff requested for Singapore identity card; soft copy was presented, both identity and re-entry permit issued by Singapore government. They were not clear, hesitate, call around. By the time they found out what is required, we already spent close to 90 minutes. If it is not due to flight delay, we left with very little time to clear the immigration, security screening and locate where the gate is."
