Helpful staff. Leg too could be better. Food was okay.

The staff were very friendly. Love the legroom space even in economy. Staff were friendly and onboard entertainment has a lot of good choices!

Check in took a long time although I had already checked in via app; it took a long time to board; Seats we’re not comfortable; The way food was served was very weird and unpleasant since some people were served first even when we were sitting next to each other. Food was awful! Flight attendants were not very attentive.

Nothing much to expect for an hour flight

I have guitar when I fly, they don’t allow to take the guitar with you on board even the bins was empty

A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."
Ưu: "I loved the professionalism of the crew, and how they treat the passengers with such care. I prefer Singapore airlines over any other. Seats are very comfortable. This craft had touch screen monitors that worked well. I was able to use my own ear buds by pulling the jack out part way."

Ưu: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

Most unreasonable, cheating me of my payment. I have since sought legal advice and contacted travel agent regarding, seems case law from several instances in my support. I had to pay thousands for new flight Austrian Air. Swiss thieved my money and I dont mind saying so. Unfair and unfair conduct. I am saving this letter for twitter to tell my friends of my disgust. I will be happy if this is sorted refunded immediately. A copy of these details and medical letter already provided to Jithendra from flight network (online travel agent)."

I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Staff was not up to standard. Very rude.

Overbooked flight. My wife and I got split up. I have a replaced disk in my neck (kids behind me constantly kickin my seat) made for a painful and unpleasant flight. (Staff did nothing to prevent this)

Only the flying part was okay. They have not served food to two of us in the Doha to Hyderabad flight They told that they are not aware of our food requirements We had to travel without food

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding this flight consisted of minimal organization on the crews behalf, the Gate's security machines were off, people scattered everywhere with not enough seats to fit everyone. When entering the gate (with security machines turned off keeping in mind everyone has already passed general airport security and is only trying to enter the gate. Staff would direct passengers towards an attempt at creating a boarding queue. Once passing the gate doors and walking towards the queue directed by staff, it seemed to be a normal occurance to have another staff memeber shout at you and redirect you another way. Getting scolded by gate employees and requested to remove all electronics turn them on and being requested to remove most clothing items at the gate while everyone is watching with security machines off while only selecting a few passengers seems to be a regular occurnace in Doha & with Qatar Airways. People standing all around, no queues were initiated by staff, instead staff would push through passengers to get to the front instead of propretly annoucing the boarding through an intercom. No matter how loud staff was screaming their sounds were drowned out by the passengers which turned boarding a full translatlantic flight into a chaotic scene. Once on the flight I noticed the headphones provided were broken, I politely requested a new pair...from 3 different employees...which took over 20 mins to replaced. Qatar Airways prides itself on quality unfortunately as an economy passenger I have yet to experience any of that other than when it comes to good on flight entertainment."

It would recline on its own which caused constant adjustment throughout the flight."

After waiting in line for an hour to get my boarding pass, I proceeded to security and they would not accept it and said I needed to go back and get a stamp or prove my purchase from months earlier (my confirmation email was not enough). Although I was able to get the stamp, this is frustrating as my name should have been listed (Sara) which is what I provided in my online profile when purchasing the tickets or the person at the Qatar desk should have realized this when providing me my boarding pass."

When I got on the plane, I asked the flight attendant to please be careful when he pushed the cart down the aisle because the last time I flew, the flight attendant smashed the cart into my elbow and drew blood. The flight attendant laughed at me, so I told him, calmly, that if it happened again, I would sue the airline. He didn't like that, and so for the next ten minutes he sent three different flight attendants over to ask me crazy questions like, "Do you have anything you would like to tell us?" I have no idea what this was about. Eventually, I was told to get off the plane, which ended up costing me over $1,500 in transportation, hotel, and new flight (on Emirates) fees. It was and still is a nightmare because my vacation has been ruined due to having no money. I'm a master's-degree-holding English teacher of 11 years with no history of ever having been asked to get off of a plane for any reason, and no, I was not drunk because while waiting for my luggage to be returned, had a conversation with three Boston airport police officers who did not arrest me or even understand why I had been kicked off of my flight. Nor did I speak a single profane word to the Qatar flight attendants or security, and of course, I did not use violence or resist when I was told to get off the plane. Unlike Qatar's staff, the Boston police officers were very polite and understanding. Emirates, on the other hand, was a completely different story. They were great. The staff was friendly, and when I was sleeping, they didn't send their staff over to harass me. I have flown on Emirates, Qatar, and Ethihad many times, and I truly don't understand why Qatar's staff have been instructed by their managers that it is okay to lose long-time customers and kick professional teachers off of their planes just because they think I wasn't perfectly sweet and nice to them all the time. I am an American, and in my country we have freedom of expression and speech, as long as that speech does not indicate violent intentions or use profanity or insults. Basically, I felt as though I was in a country with no rights to free speech at all. Presently I am having my lawyer work up legal documents for Qatar to get my money back and to reimburse me for travel and hotel expenses, as well as having to take two extra days off of work to reschedule my flight. I truly believe in the transparency of the travel industry through using comments like those I am making you readers aware of right now, and I assume you will benefit from this rhetorical question/advice: Emirates and Ethihad are sometimes a little more expensive than Qatar on certain flights, but is it really worth it to risk having Qatar take your money and make you miss your flight for no reason? Is it acceptable for an airline operating in the USA to deprive Americans of their right to express concern to the flight attendants on their plane?"

Honestly! . The airport terminal E is grey, drab and boring. No TV and only 2 hour of WiFi. I was told I had to pay to use one of their lounges just to get a recliner chair to lay my head for 11 hours. I felt like I was in a holding cell- and the flight was delayed by an hour, had a gate change that they dint tell us till less than 1hour- boy was I glad to leave Zurich!. If that is Swiss hospitality, they have a long way to go. Save your money and use another airline. You will be much happier- trust me."

I drove more than 2 hours to the airport where finally I could check in but I was told that my return flight seats had disappeared again. They managed to put them back again. I hope this time it’s finally ok. The support staff on the phone told me I could get reimbursed for the seat reservation I had paid for for the on going flight. The Swiss staff at the airport told me there would be no refund. Swiss is terrible"

The flights between Zurich and Brindisi were more comfortable than the long haul flights. The long haul flights are abominable and should be outlawed by governments as they are currently configured. The boy next to me literally could not fit his legs/thigh bones in the space provided by his seat. I did okay as I am not tall, until the woman in front of me decided to lean back. It is not her fault, however, though I thought nasty things about her and periodically tried to dig my knees into her back to get her to lift up her seat. The fault belongs entirely to Swiss Air, which chooses to treat human customers as steerage. The only thing that made the experience worse was the impossibility of choosing my seat online for my return because I had only a smart phone with not-great wifi available. Choosing one's seat should not be dependent on having good wifi and a computer, however. It is bad practice to "sell" seat choices. The families around me were not able to sit together because of this shoddy, greedy practice on the part of the airline. It is also not fair, subsequently, that other passengers are faced with giving up the seats they've chosen, or been given, to assist families in sitting together. Honestly, the extent of the greed on the part of airlines nowadays is astonishing. What used to be a thoroughly enjoyable way of traveling has become an ordeal at best."

My back was in constant pain and I was unable to do very many things due to the back pain during my "vacation", The flight attendants had to remind the parents that their children could not stand on the seats during takeoff or crawl around under the seats. No ability to change seats or I would have. I didn't have a problem with the other children on the flight, when they were crying their parents tried to do something. However these people brought playdough for their child to roll out or punch on the seat tray and all they did was constantly yell loudly at their children, Well not about the kicking, punching, or crawling around. Just yell in general at them."

TA should enforce carry-on restrictions - MANY passengers brought significantly oversized bags, causing delays and difficulty finding space in overhead bins. IST is very inefficient with security checks. We went through THREE security checks and had our passports checked SIX times before finally being able to board. There is also a significant lack of vendors offering food, newspapers, and such in the gate sections. One of our worst airport experiences in 40 years of air travel. TA does serve very good food, so thanks for that. Comfort-wise, padding in seats needs to be improved, as does leg room. If you are six feet tall or more, you will be aching after 5 or 6 hours, let alone 11.5 hours.

Good: The bag with slippers, toothpaste etc. Bad: The cabin crew didn’t want to bring a refill for a cup of tea. They wanted me to walk back to the end of the plane despite the seat bags on sign. Good: A full water bottle and full size blanket.

I lost my second flight because of the airport‘s stuff mistake . They asked me to pass the passport check line instead of passing the transit that’s why I lost my second flight and then I had to stay 12 hours in airport to catch the second flight which was available for me plus I paid for penalty!!!

What an awful experience flying Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Miami. The crew were rude, unresponsive, and my food was raw and cold. I did not even eat in business class. I will not be flying Turkish Airlines again.

Electronics aboard seemed to work fine for those interested."

On deplaning from a flight from Barcelona, a Turkish Airlines employee was checking boarding cards the connectivity flight and directed people to the appropriate exits for domestic and international connection. We had a connection to JFK and tried to enter the exit for international connections. She insisted that we go to the domestic exit despite my telling her we had an international connection. This led to passport control which had never occurred to me anywhere in the world when making an international connection. Next problem - I was told I needed a visa! My travel partner did not need a visa and was already through passport immigration control. The officer did not speak English and pointed in the direction I needed to go to get a via. I told him I did not want or need a visa but that was it! I started to look for the visa application area and there was no staff or anyone to help. Finally I found 4 kiosks for e-visas - only one worked. 20 plus dollars later I had the visa and immigrated. We quickly reverse the process and went though security and passport control to get back inside the international terminal. It was nuts! The boarding in Istanbul was crowded and chaotic."
Ưu: "Everything from the greeting received upon entering the plane to the overall service for the entire flight was quite excellent and wonderful. A really nice perk was the kit given to all the passengers in economy class with slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, lip cream, and eye mask - no airline does this anymore and it is to be commended. The food on both legs of my flight (New York to Istanbul to Nice and the return) was actually very good -- this was the second time I've flown on Turkish Airlines and I look forward to flying again."

Ưu: "Flight attendant cared a lot about the older lady sitting next to me, was grateful when I helped her. Food was excellent, screen size and selection of viewing material was very good. We were on time and the little comfort bag was very good, lip balm!"
Khuyết điểm: "Nothing that I didn't really like, the price was good and the service excellent."
Ưu: "The food was good, the drinks were great, the stewardesses were professional and helpful and the entertainment system was really good, lots of movies. We got there safe and on time...what more do you need? Oh, and the price for my route was amazing; the next airline was $1000 more and the one after that $2000 more."
Ưu: "Crew was courteous and helpful. In flight entertainment was great, wide selection of movies and games to keep people occupied."
Khuyết điểm: "Seats can be bit squeezy and uncomfortable, wifi onboard only for business class. Food need to have more variety."
Ưu: "Food was fantastic. There were no delays. Very enjoyable."
