Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.

I am request a total refund and suffering. Fight JL7519 from Miami to Los Angeles on June 9. I paid my Covid test $300usd (antigen then PCR). I also booked three Hong Kong Hotels. W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". I lost my non-refundable hotel money and didn't get the ticket to go to Hong Kong. Please refund my money. 435-363-9297. kylwal@mail.com fly from Miami to Hong Kong kyle Au. stopped in Los Angeles.

Ưu: "The flight never occurred. The first leg of my flight from Ho Chi Minh was cancelled and I was not informed. I discovered this when I went to check in. I called Kayak to resolve this since I had confirmation of the booking and was placed on hold. After 2 HOURS I hung up. At roughly 4:00 am I spoke with someone at Kayak who confirmed the flight was cancelled and that I was not contacted. An offer was made to put me on another flight a day later but that was impossible because of needing another Covid test. I was able to arrange another flight that was more expensive."

The accompanying dishes were unimaginative -- raw vegetables (salad), steamed vegetables, pickled vegetables. One exeption was a smoked salmon bit with capers -- this was the tastiest part among 8 meals over 4 flights."

Crew is a little too efficient- got woken up 90 minutes before landing to clear the mattresses. Lots of announcements- a bit too much. On time, and quick to respond to requests. Khuyết điểm: "I wasn't allowed to reserve a seat - apparently they don't allow Kayak customers to reserve seats now. I was forced into a middle seat and was uncomfortable and dehydrated the majority of the trip. Nice girl at baggage check said she'd ask a manager to move me, and to let them know at the gate, but the people at the gate said no. I felt discriminated against because I didn't book through them and/or I'm not Japanese. They historically love to put mushrooms in their food, like a fetish. This left me with one choice for the entree - some version of oyakodon - eggs and chicken. In my box there were two enormous chunks of fat/skin and another unidentifiable part of the chicken, and about the amount of edible chicken as 1 1/2 nuggets from Chick-Fil-A. There was more lotus root than chicken, so basically I had a box of rice and scrambled eggs with garnish. For the second meal, it was the Yoshinoya gyudon - a small serving of thinly sliced beef with rice. If I bought this fresh at a Yoshinoya restaurant, it would cost about $3. It's the rough equivalent of serving you a McDouble - cheap and filling and a coin toss if you get stomach pains. I lost that coin toss. Unless there is a big fare difference or I find out that their reserved seat policies are changed, I will choose ANA or another carrier. I used to enjoy JAL, but I cannot abide by idiotic decisions that seemed designed to punish people for using 3rd-party booking sites or who are not Japanese."

This caused a lot of stress on me however, the Japan airlones Crew escorted me (we ran as fast as we could) to my next flight so that I wouldn’t miss it. Fortunately, a crew in Jakarta is able to re-route my flight to Chicago. As a result of this, my total trip time increased by 2 hours."

Customer service and helping people

Didn’t announce reason for delay. Staff was vague about departure time. Flight crew could have asked if we need help in figuring out the controls and adjustments. Staff needs to be more helpful

When I arrived in Doha I was told by the transfer desk that I did not need to pick up my bags because they had been checked to my final destination. I even asked them to pull up my flight information and to confirm that, which they did. However, when I arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, my bags were no where to be found. No one has found them yet. I also called Qatar Air before my flight and asked about hotel accommodations for my layover because my layover was from 6:00 pm to 7 am. When I called, I was told that I would be given a complimentary hotel room because of the length of the layover. However, when I arrived I was told that I did not qualify for the hotel accommodation. Then, I was told that a hotel room would cost 250. When i arrived at the hotel, I was told the cheapest was 325."

Qatar Airways customers deserve better treatment."

Khuyết điểm: "When making a review, I make comparisons with other airlines. I was expecting that Qatar Airways would be better than Emirates. It is my first time to fly Qatar airways, just to see if it's worth flying with this airline since it was the Best Airline in the world for 2015. But Emirates improved so much better that they overtaken the throne of Qatar Airways.. When you promise 5-star comfort and luxury, it should be what is promised.. Key points: 1.) Beverages should be served more than just twice during this 9 hour flight. It's a bit sarcastic that you flash a reminder on the screen that says "Keep Hydrated" but beverages were served only twice. I always had to ask for 2 glasses of water, overall 4 glasses of water on this 9 hour flight. And I can say that I got dehydrated. 2.) No hot towels for sanitary before food is served. I had to go to lavatory, wash my hands and put some alcohol before eating. Which is kinda hassle.. Sanitary is very important. 3.) I spent 8 hours layover in Doha before my flight to Milan. No complimentary meal. (Emirates provide complimentary meal if I have long layover in Dubai) 4.) I don't know if it's due to bad weather, but this flight, QR 933 was the roughest flight I have been on, not just short turbulence but long hours, maybe 3 hours. I was so dizzy and couldn't sleep. I signed up on privileged member club because I'm looking forward that Qatar would be the best choice for Airline. This review is just one of many reviews that should be looked at. Considering that you should continuously develop and aim to bounce back on the top. Do not settle for "okay", do not settle for second spot. Be the best, and compete for the first. Due to terminal renovations, there was inadequate seating. Couldn’t understand the gate agents announcements with her mask on. Could use more legroom in seats

Boarding was two-step, checkin then wait then enter the aircraft. Aircraft was very old, seats worn and even ripped. No entertainment. Feed was very basic - a warm sandwich in a plastic wrap… crew was ok, a bit cold and stern but otherwise polite

Waited 45 minutes for the pale to get cleaned up. Almost missed my next flight. My bags didn’t make it to my final destination.

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..

Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."
Khuyết điểm: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."

Khuyết điểm: "My pregnant wife was downgraded from business to economy 20 minutes before departure because the airline made a mistake with the reservation for our puppy traveling in the cabin with us. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Khuyết điểm: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Khuyết điểm: "Had to check in our underweight small carry on because there was no space left. Left out hotel at 3.15am. A dry croissant did not satisfy three hungry children for breakfast, the coffee was terrible and the seats too close together. Not a good experience."

Ưu: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Khuyết điểm: "Downgrade without notice or consent separating family. Paid full fare for family to travel business class together. AF without our knowledge downgraded one member, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. They offered no compensation, no apology, and CDG ground crew was terribly rude. All anyone said was, nothing to be done, now please Leave"

Khuyết điểm: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."
Ưu: "Seats were comfortable, but the sliding action, instead of recline, took getting used to. Food was very good. Snacks available on demand, along with drinks. Complimentary wine with meal was also quite good. Entertainment system was first rate with plenty of options for TV. movies, music, games, etc..."
Khuyết điểm: "Sitting in the middle two seats in the center of the 777 left me stuck for most of the flight. Got up only once. Wife's feet and ankles were swollen by the end of the flight. Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."
Ưu: "Other crew members were very polite to us, in particular a younger tall woman."
Khuyết điểm: "2 crew members, one named Terri were quite rude and short with us. I even heard her say she was ready to get off the flight. She also asked everyone around me if they liked their flight but did not ask me. She basically threw my coffee condiments at me and dismissed my concerns about the food. I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."

Ưu: "Service was great! Plane was clean. Premium seats were comfy, with the extra $500 per person."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was chaotic. People were blocking the premium line, so we didn't know where to go. Luckily, an attendant was calling out and told us to go down the first lane."

Khuyết điểm: "Everything! Flight was delayed made my daughter miss her connector and there were no other flights to her destination. Then your airline refused to put her on another airline . I had to pay $600 for her to fly delta because she had to get back to school for her finals the next day. And United was absolutely NO help!"

Khuyết điểm: "Really small restroom. Plane on second leg was too small to even have a first class"

Khuyết điểm: "My flight from OKC to Denver was cancelled the night before and United neglected to inform me. I learned about my cancelled flight at the OKC airport. United has all my contact information and Im a frequent flyer with United, so they had no reason for not contacting me. Another example of poor customer service."

Ưu: "United needs to get there entertainment figured out because it does not work right. Out of 5 flights in the last week only got to watch TV once. Same way when I flew in January. We pay enough money to fly at least the extras could be worth it. Everything else was fine"
Khuyết điểm: "Extremely frustrated at having to wait a full hour for baggage to be delivered to baggage claim. Otherwise, fine--the typical comfortless, joyless flight that all airlines provide."

Ưu: "The staff was pleasant. You can sign up for text notifications in reference to flight information."
Khuyết điểm: "The gate changed and there was confusion as to the correct gate. Luckily I had signed up for United text notifications which communicated the change. Restroom restrictions due to non functioning test rooms."

Khuyết điểm: "Of course it is so noisy. I reserved my seats and they strung us out from 8 to 20.. geeze.. lot of good that did."
Ưu: "I was able to spend my day with loved ones because the flight was exactly as expected ....on time, no mechanical, staffing or other delays. United Airlines rocks!!"
Ưu: "Arrived on time, no luxury but great price."

Khuyết điểm: "I nearly missed getting a cup of ice when the refreshment cart came up the isle. Then the attendant acted as if he couldn't understand my request for a "cup of ice, please" and he tried to hand me a small package of snacks. I had to repeat myself 2 more times and finally got my cup of ice. I said "thanks!" His look told me I wasn't "welcome"."

Khuyết điểm: "VERY UPSET THAT MY FLIGHT WAS DELAYED AND I MISSED MY CONNECTION AS WELL AS MY LUGGAGE DID NOT ARRIVE IN LONDON UNTIL YESTERDAY-June 18 after leaving Oklahoma to London on June 14 also my luggage was damaged when it was finally delivered here in London... Broken wheel and zipper!!! I also had to go out and buy a pair of pants, shirt, socks, underwear and a jacket for meetings on Thursday and Friday."

Ưu: "I flew from OKC to Houston and then home to DSM. The price was terrific for a one way flight. I bought at 2:30 am for $130. I checked later the next morning and the price was $455! United Airlines is a great airline. There was a wonderful agent who helped me at the kiosk for check-in. Very friendly. The flight attendants were great too."
