The service is excellent, the meals are good, and I absolutely love that you get slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and even free headphones should you forget yours. Top service! Good meal portions! I also like that you have 3-4 different meal or snack options each service. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!!! Also, the flight attendants are very polite and courteous. You never feel like they just don't care. They even help with families traveling with small children. A+ guys!"

Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.

I am request a total refund and suffering. Fight JL7519 from Miami to Los Angeles on June 9. I paid my Covid test $300usd (antigen then PCR). I also booked three Hong Kong Hotels. W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". I lost my non-refundable hotel money and didn't get the ticket to go to Hong Kong. Please refund my money. 435-363-9297. kylwal@mail.com fly from Miami to Hong Kong kyle Au. stopped in Los Angeles.

Ưu: "The flight never occurred. The first leg of my flight from Ho Chi Minh was cancelled and I was not informed. I discovered this when I went to check in. I called Kayak to resolve this since I had confirmation of the booking and was placed on hold. After 2 HOURS I hung up. At roughly 4:00 am I spoke with someone at Kayak who confirmed the flight was cancelled and that I was not contacted. An offer was made to put me on another flight a day later but that was impossible because of needing another Covid test. I was able to arrange another flight that was more expensive."

One exeption was a smoked salmon bit with capers -- this was the tastiest part among 8 meals over 4 flights."

Khuyết điểm: "I wasn't allowed to reserve a seat - apparently they don't allow Kayak customers to reserve seats now. I was forced into a middle seat and was uncomfortable and dehydrated the majority of the trip. Nice girl at baggage check said she'd ask a manager to move me, and to let them know at the gate, but the people at the gate said no. I felt discriminated against because I didn't book through them and/or I'm not Japanese. They historically love to put mushrooms in their food, like a fetish. This left me with one choice for the entree - some version of oyakodon - eggs and chicken. In my box there were two enormous chunks of fat/skin and another unidentifiable part of the chicken, and about the amount of edible chicken as 1 1/2 nuggets from Chick-Fil-A. There was more lotus root than chicken, so basically I had a box of rice and scrambled eggs with garnish. For the second meal, it was the Yoshinoya gyudon - a small serving of thinly sliced beef with rice. If I bought this fresh at a Yoshinoya restaurant, it would cost about $3. It's the rough equivalent of serving you a McDouble - cheap and filling and a coin toss if you get stomach pains. I lost that coin toss. Unless there is a big fare difference or I find out that their reserved seat policies are changed, I will choose ANA or another carrier. I used to enjoy JAL, but I cannot abide by idiotic decisions that seemed designed to punish people for using 3rd-party booking sites or who are not Japanese."

This caused a lot of stress on me however, the Japan airlones Crew escorted me (we ran as fast as we could) to my next flight so that I wouldn’t miss it. Ưu: "I was surprised that such a short flight was able to use the newest generation of the 737, the 800 series. While as cramped your typical 737, the seat backs are super thin to allow just that much extra leg room for my two-meter frame. As always, the cabin crew was lovely."

Fortunately, a crew in Jakarta is able to re-route my flight to Chicago. As a result of this, my total trip time increased by 2 hours."

It's ok flying ANA. I'm going to fly again with this airlines and endorsed them to my friends

My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

With a warm blanket provided, I would suggest keeping the cabin a bit cooler and providing extra blankets if people need them. Also the movie selection on ANA is not nearly as comprehensive as what United provides on international flights."

When I arrived in Doha I was told by the transfer desk that I did not need to pick up my bags because they had been checked to my final destination. I even asked them to pull up my flight information and to confirm that, which they did. However, when I arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, my bags were no where to be found. No one has found them yet. I also called Qatar Air before my flight and asked about hotel accommodations for my layover because my layover was from 6:00 pm to 7 am. When I called, I was told that I would be given a complimentary hotel room because of the length of the layover. However, when I arrived I was told that I did not qualify for the hotel accommodation. Then, I was told that a hotel room would cost 250. When i arrived at the hotel, I was told the cheapest was 325."

Khuyết điểm: "When making a review, I make comparisons with other airlines. I was expecting that Qatar Airways would be better than Emirates. It is my first time to fly Qatar airways, just to see if it's worth flying with this airline since it was the Best Airline in the world for 2015. But Emirates improved so much better that they overtaken the throne of Qatar Airways.. When you promise 5-star comfort and luxury, it should be what is promised.. Key points: 1.) Beverages should be served more than just twice during this 9 hour flight. It's a bit sarcastic that you flash a reminder on the screen that says "Keep Hydrated" but beverages were served only twice. I always had to ask for 2 glasses of water, overall 4 glasses of water on this 9 hour flight. And I can say that I got dehydrated. 2.) No hot towels for sanitary before food is served. I had to go to lavatory, wash my hands and put some alcohol before eating. Which is kinda hassle.. Sanitary is very important. 3.) I spent 8 hours layover in Doha before my flight to Milan. No complimentary meal. (Emirates provide complimentary meal if I have long layover in Dubai) 4.) I don't know if it's due to bad weather, but this flight, QR 933 was the roughest flight I have been on, not just short turbulence but long hours, maybe 3 hours. I was so dizzy and couldn't sleep. I signed up on privileged member club because I'm looking forward that Qatar would be the best choice for Airline. This review is just one of many reviews that should be looked at. Considering that you should continuously develop and aim to bounce back on the top. Do not settle for "okay", do not settle for second spot. Be the best, and compete for the first.
