Khuyết điểm: "Agents at check-in desk took longer time to process passengers, even though some desks had two people helping. The web check-in line moved slower than the line with passengers who had not done online check-in. When I booked my flight via kayak, I was not given an option to select seats (this was new) . I was able to indicate my seat preference but there was no followup. When I checked in online 24 hours before my flight, the only option for seats was in the middle, which I did not want, although I I knew the flight would not be full. I was able to change seats when I checked in with the agent in the airport ."

Ưu: "A380 is a great plane to fly in, very roomy. Entertainment was good but could be improved by allowing access while plane is still on the ground. This is significant on these long haul flights as boarding commences about an hour before departure."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was confusing. The gate showed as "open" sometime before boarding actually commenced which was confusing. The seats have a very strange headrest thing you can't move which I found a bit annoying. Otherwise seat was good."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was chaotic. There was another Virgin flight leaving Launceston at the same time so the lounge was very busy. Our flight was late while the other was on time and there were no announcements that our flight was delayed. The screen over the gate also did not show our flight details at any stage, even when it eventually boarded.. I'm familiar with Launceston airport so it was okay, but for someone not familiar, especially an international visitor, it would have been confusing as to which flight was which especially as no announcement or visual display was given that our flight was running late."

Especially since other regional carriers are providing two meals, free internet & more comfortable seats!"

Ưu: "Flight delayed , missed flight, has to stop at Abu Dhabi for 8 hrs to catch another flight to Bankok then 5 hrs later for Ho Chi Minh City. 1 meal, no breakfast for overnight flight . Terrible flight"
Khuyết điểm: "I checked in at Hyderabad and the check in staff were more than unprofessional. First they said my carry on bag and laptop bag should be no more than 7 kgs which was wrong. Later when I asked them to show the baggage restrictions, they went back saying it's okay. I had only 1 check in bag and it weight 1 kg more. I thought they would allow it since I had only 1 check in bag but they made me take out that extra kg and check in my carry on as second bag. Finally I asked for an aisle seat and they said the flight was full. But when I boarded the IAD flight I was rather surprised to see quite a few aisle and window seats. So rather than being a great experience, I would say it was a mediocre one because of the Hyderabad staff."

Had to spend couple of hundred dollar for accomodation . Not happy at all. First time experience with flight and booking agent is very unsatisfied. Thank you though"

It might be reason if they are smile or polite passengers might ask more questions or more extra drinks or food. I don't think that will be case, it will be very long journey many people has remember the flight journey and need to travel back again in same flight."

Khuyết điểm: "I have flown in Cathay , Singapore , KLM . lufthansa as I go to Calcutta every year for last 25 years . Never had a 16 and half hrs flt with only one full meal . It should be 3 full meals. Both ways had totally unsophisticated cabin crews . Needs education and training . A basic term like scotch on the rocks needed four explanations . No clue about beer whatsoever . OK for Saudia not for gulf countries. Village girls in an uniform."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight got held up due to bad weather at ABU and had to spend a few hours in the shabby airport before being boarded on a later flight that landed at 3:40 AM, instead of original 8:40 PM!!! Jet lag compounded due to screwed up timing. had to wait till dawn till family could pick me up. Etihad didn't load all my luggage due to transfer - so had to stand in line to file a report after a 34 h flight! Very unhappy about that, even though luggage arrived later on same day.. Boarding process was chaotic. Can you get Indians to form a line by zones, as all other airlines do??? Finally, I was cramped into a non reclining window exit row seat even though I had explicitly stated in my Etihad preferences that I preferred aisle. A most uncomfortable journey after a long wait. Almost decided I'll never fly your airline again. Just almost..."

Stuck in New york from last one day. Ethihad needs to do more for international passengers to help them find an accommodation at least. There was nobody to help or a distress center available at JFk airport."
